Belle's Chicken Dinner House

We love this restaurant and try to go here as much as possible. The food and the service are great! I liked the rolls better when they were cooked in muffin tins, but they still taste great! Will definitely be going back as often as we can.

We love Belle's so much and I have to stop in every time I'm in the area. I'll even drive out of my way to grab some to go. My work travels are generally early in the week when they are closed so when I get the chance I'll load up for the family and bring it down to Houston. Still delicious 6hrs later.The staff is friendly and the theming is uniquely Abilene TEXAS. Everyone is family at belles.Desserts are to die for also but they never survive long enough to get photographed.

Food was awesome! I had the fried catfish and my cousin had the chicken fried steak! All the sides were delicious! Service was top shelf!

Peeps. Hands down one of the most entertaining places I've ever visited. The decor is wild. The servers are very friendly and the food is delicious. This is a different level country with a huge statue of John Wayne, with Lincoln and Elvis posters everywhere. Belle is dead, but her vision is alive! Check them out and tell them PK sent you.

We do not often go to Belles but the grandkids wanted to try it SOTook the 6 of us to Belles. They were very busy so we never got the 2nd batch of rolls we ordered. The food was good but I was surprised how skimpy the sides were. I am thinking they offer refills on the sides but the waitress was so busy she never got to come check on us. I felt sorry for the waitress because she was constantly running around trying to take care of way too many tables. The check was well over $140 so we will have to wait a long while before we come back

I'm used to Babe's chicken, but I'm sure Bell's chicken is probably the same really close so I bet it's pretty good. I haven't been there yet.

Fantastic!!! Food is amazing. Servers and wait staff are friendly and efficient. Love th ambiance. This is my go to birthday meal!!Can't say enough about this place ! Oh yeah, best dinner rolls ever.

How could anyone write this place less than five? It's family style dining home cooking. Yes the menu is preset, but you can choose different entrées. I mean it's literally so good I looked to see if my grandmother was in there cooking. Cool little building decorated well very clean and every server was super friendly. I think it was the owner working the cash register and she and I talked like we were old high school friends.

Our server Amy was wonderful and the other servers all greeted us when we walked in. We had the chicken fried steak and baked chicken and both were 5 star. The rolls and sides were really good. I also had a piece of homemade lemon meringue that beats out all others. Loved the open and quirky atmosphere.
