Bear Creek Spirits & Wine

I stopped in here while our family was on vacation at Great Wolf Lodge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I browsed the whiskey section primarily, but they did have a wide variety of spirits, wine, and beer. The store is well organized and clearly labeled.While there, I was able to find a bottle that was a bucket list item for me. I even had the opportunity to share which brings me great joy. If you're in the area or even within a 20-30 minute drive, swing on by. You won't regret it.

Dylan helped me when I came in. Amazing selection and the setting there is really nice. He helped me narrow down between a few different bottles. Ended up getting a bottle of Garrison Brothers. I will definitely be back. I just moved to Texas and now I have a place to help grow my Bourbon collection.

Come try this local gem! First Friday of every month there is a wine and food tasting! Try from 5-8pm! It's $15 pp and you get a discount if you purchase that night! It's a great place to start your Friday evening! Not to mention their wine selection is pretty great.

Went to this spot for a wine tasting and ended up loving it. All of the staff are so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the products. They made me feel so comfortable and made me want to come back again and again. I love that their store is a manageable size--unlike many other stores. It is not too large or too small either. There are a variety of wines, beers, vodkas, tequilas, rums, and other items available. Also in the back of the store they have a medium size area with a cheese and olive shop and room for seating. Every first Friday of the month they have a wine and food pairing night. You get tons of catered food from a local restaurant and wines to pair it with for just $15! It is one of the best deals in town.Most of the products the store the staff has sampled so ask away! And they are always having a tasting, so there are opportunities to sample. I definitely recommend checking out Bear Creek Wine and Spirits for all of your drink needs!!

I've been here a few times recently, only after work, and there has been a nice man that helped me find stuff and ring out. 40s heavy set guy, real nice. But recently I went during the day and felt I was walking around dodging non face-masked employees. I am at risk and should not have to deal with people like this just to buy beer. Not only that but when I checked out they pulled their masks down to talk to me... great place if you don't care about that though.

We had a great time at the wine tasting last Friday. The Chefs Point food was awesome!There was even a vodka and gin tasting...great deals and fun!!! Will be back.

Came in to buy wine and wow do they have a selection. Rex is very knowledgeable and will help you get exactly what you need. Prices are well below chain prices and they match prices if you bring in the ad or show it on your phone. They have a wine society that is nothing short of outstanding. Can't wait to enjoy the tastings.Don't buy you're alcohol anywhere but here.

I was coming from Roanoke, across 114 with the intention of heading down 26 the one liquor store that I know carries Railean. Well shortly after clearing the DFW Connector construction chaos I spied Bear Creek Spirits. Even though it had the potential of cutting my ride short (beautiful day for a motorcycle ride today) I decided to check it out. The good news is that they have the white Railean I wanted. Price was good too. Very decent selection of all things alcoholic, and a co-located cheese shop too. Another fun bit was the "Virtual Bartender" (see photos). Over by the cash register is this large touch screen that can help to find drink recipes, even adding them to a "party" for automatic quantity adjustments. Results can be printed or e-mailed. It was pretty cool. Bottom line: While it looks big and new, it's actually been open about 15 months. That surprised me because it looks like they were still putting things on the shelf... Maybe it's just normal pre-weekend activities at a liquor store (especially since this seems to be the only one for a fairly large area).

Before I was started with the wine society, I did not know that much about wine especially around the world. I was your typical grocery store buyer. Rex has an amazingly knowledge on the wines. Bear Creek Spirits and Wine is also great for selection on wines that you will not fond anywhere locally.

I came in to buy top shelf tequila. I left with feeling like I just took a mini class and a fabulous bottle. The employees are extremely knowledgeable And they have a fantastic selection.
