So this place is always a hit and miss - The Spicy Wontons have shrunk tremendously and the taste is not there.Lettuce Wraps have shrunk tremendouslyBeef and Spicy - not spicy not flavorful anymoreChicken and Spicy - not spicy not flavorful anymoreI believe they have given in and gave up on their traditional foods from their culture - owning and loving your culture is one of the best things a restaurant can do, stop conforming to people who do not appreciate what you have to offer.A long time ago - I should have reviewed this restaurant and I would have given it at least 4.5 stars - now not so much.Please go back to your traditions along with stop skimping on your portions.

Is this place under new Management? Usually when the quality of food changes it's due to this reason. It's not always for the better, as in this case. We would love to get the assorted fried rice. The amount and size of meats and shrimp were always huge and so good. Now i have to dig around to find small pieces of meat and maybe 3 pieces of shrimp. I will give it another try but if im disappointed again I will move on....

We order from here multiple times a year. The food always TASTES really good but there's always something stopping it from being excellent. General Tso's for example, sauce is so good, but there's never enough of it. If you order takeout and wait to eat it comes across as a little on the dry side. Also, the chicken to breading ratio could be improved. I swear some bites are just chunks of fried batter with no chicken. The "crab" in their dishes needs to be spelled "krab" in the menu because crab it is not. It also if often times spongy and my least favorite part or certain dishes. Overall it's clearly pretty good as we keep coming back, but I am not going to tell people they HAVE to try it either.

Best Asian cuisine in Weatherford !! We ordered a variety of dishes and no one was disappointed. Portions are large and we all had leftovers.The server was knowledgeable about dishes as was able to help us with all of our questions. The broths and sauces were flavorful. The noodles were a good texture. My niece said they were "good slurping noodles". My only good complain would be that my soup dumplings didn't have much broth. The scallion pancake was delicious and crispy. I actually dipped it in the sauce that came with the dumplings. The inside was nice and clean. You should stop here.

Amazing food, everything we got to try here was a five star dish! We found this place on a whim and decided to try, so glad we did!

Food was amazing, super impressed! The lunch special included salad, soup, meal and spring roll. It was a great variety for great price. Our waitress was training and she did a great job and the lady training her was very professional and helpful to her. Nice and clean inside. We will be back!

This is our second time visiting Bamboo Garden and it did not disappoint. They have added a lot of great dishes to their menu and have a Hand Pulled Noodle Bar with the most delicious noodles I've ever taste. We forgot to take pictures until half way through our meal but the soup was full of perfectly cooked beef and the Beef fried rice was piled high. Food was delicious!!!! The service was top notch. The owners are so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Just tried this place, we didn't know it was here. Service was great, we were attended to quickly and politely. The food was excellent. We had the Hell Ramen, dumplings, Kung Pao Chicken and egg drop soup. The egg drop was very thick, so if you like a thinner one you might skip this one. Dumplings were perfectly cooked as was the kung pao. The hell ramen was amazing. The soup was very creamy with a good amount of chili oil. Chashu was very tender. All in all I'm very impressed. I will definitely be frequenting this place!

Solid food, good portion sizes, though I feel like the last time I went the quality of meat wasn't quite as good as it had been in the past but that may be a one off

I'm giving them a 1 star for their take out service. I ordered Mongolian beef and when my husband got home it had no beef. Yes they did credit me 15% but not until after basically calling me a liar because the person said she checked every order. Will not be going back.
