Bahama Beach Waterpark

I've been bringing my grandkids here for a very long time. The hours are perfect. We all love the new waterslide & swimming area.We always pack our coolers and stay all day. And the concessions are a great price. We happened to go on a day when it was not crowded. We always have a great time.

Drove an hour to come to this place. Went on a Sunday and arrived at 12:15. There was already a line starting. The line was taking a long time. I tried to get tickets online while in line and it wasn't going through. My friend tried also and wouldn't go through. 45 min later and almost to the front they tell us the card system is down and it's either cash or to buy online. I told the lady their online seems to be down as well. I heard a few other people having the same issue. No ATM. I had some cash so was able to get in. Couldn't buy water or food in there. I had some water but needed more for myself and my son. The water in the water fountain was so hot and not drinkable. The minimum they should have done is offered water to people in this heat. Kids standing out there in the heat and if you didn't have cash you couldn't get water. It should be illegal to refuse water to anyone in the heat considering this was their problem with the card system being down. So if you decide to visit bring cash and a cooler of water because they won't care if you're out in the heat.. you won't get a $2 bottle of water to save your life. Other than the entry issue the park itself is ok for a water park. My son had fun in the kid area. I had planned on getting a cabana for shade but couldn't do that due to their card system issues. Was able to find some seats. Food is overpriced for what you get and a lot of the items on their menu weren't available.

On top of all of the lines being extremely slow my family ended up with strange bug bites literally all over their bodies after getting in the water here. There are bugs in the water.

Fun place and you can bring your coolers! Price is just right! Making it a fun day trip

This is a great Waterpark for the price! I took my six year old nephew here and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. Coconut Cove was a hit for the younger kiddos. It had a variety of kid-friendly slides and the adults could slide on them too! They have several lifeguards and monitors on site. It's a great location for us folk who live south of Dallas. Also, there are plenty locker rentals and they're reasonably priced at $5. I definitely will be returning!

Our family reserved a pavilion for a family reunion. It was great!My one critique is that if you order food in bulk is to order the hotdogs, instead of the cheeseburgers.

Very disappointing. We got to the park and was they closed it 28 minutes later due to the weather. But it didn't rain and we were denied refunds or credits. A lot of families were upset. We should have been given something because the weather turned out nice for the rest of the day.

Went on a quick family vacay. This place was perfect due to smaller size and less people than sea world or fiesta Texas. Kids were able to enjoy lazy river and slides. Ate before we went and afterwards so didn't try the food. Had a small shop where you rent a locker and I picked up bottled water and sunglasses. Will definitely be back. Worried about recent review of bugs but that wasn't noted when we were there. I have a 6,7, and 11 year old. They all had fun. My 7 year old is autistic but she could enjoy the lazy river and coconut cove. My 6 year old was 47.5 inches so some workers let her do the 48" rides and some didn't. ‍

This was great. Spacious and clean bathrooms and the entire Waterpark. My only complaint we were in a cabana the attendant escorted us to the cabana and disappeared fir our entire visit. My daughter called to no avail. We went and got our own refreshments. Meanwhile, we see folks in other cabanas getting service. Oh well, this will not stop us from coming back. Aside from being dumped by our server it was a great day. The kids had a ball.
