Our first time was a sit down lunch and I played it safe. Ordered the chicken fried rice. It was absolutely delicious and the helping was more than enough, so obviously I had yummy leftovers to take home. The service was very accommodating and the atmosphere was inviting. Five stars!!Now, I only go to Asaka for my favorite rice and hope to try some more great options soon!

We usually like eating at this place but the last several times the food has not been good . Last night we went to eat and I ordered a monster tower and it's suppose to have tuna on it like before instead it was like potted meat and it wasn't tuna . It was disgusting and probably should have sent back but I learned a long time ago to never send food back because your next order won't be good . I was sick to my stomach after eating this and won't be back .

Really good sushi & food! I loved everything we tried. We had several sushi rolls & scallop hibachi all were very fresh. Did not like the iceburg lettuce under the seaweed salad & squid salad it's not necessary. Also watch for the auto fill on the tip with a takeout order a tip equal to table service was added to mine you have to manually adjust it before checkout online.

Looking for a nice quiet place to just enjoy a relaxing evening with great food and drinks this is a perfect place for it. Their kani salad is my favorite thing to eat there and all the sushi rolls i've had so far are very fresh and delicious. Let's not forget that you never have to wait long for all your food.

My wife and I absolutely love this place! We eat out usually once a week, and Asaka is one of a half dozen places that we frequent on a regular basis. The food is awesome! The sushi spectacular! The service is excellent!

Everything but the sushi is good. The sushi ingredients seem to not be fresh or stored correctly, making most of the rolls dry or flavorless or stale. Being one of the few Asian restaurants here it is disappointing to not have good sushi. The service is attentive and they are always nice. I only pick up my order.

I decided to give Asaka a try for my birthday dinner with family after reading the good reviews. It was very disappointing and wish we would have traveled to DFW for a real hibachi experience. The hibachi did have a nice appearance but definitely the most bland I have ever eaten. I had to add a lot of soy sauce to make it edible. Several of my children ordered udon noodles and they were very bland as well. The fried rice tasted rancid and did not seem to be cooked fresh. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice but the waitress was very unprofessional, not friendly and poor service. My husband has a shellfish allergy and I was asking her a question regarding something on his plate and she was very rude about it. Overpriced for the quality of food received. We will not be returning and do no recommend.
