Aqua-Tots Swim School Fort Worth/Bryant Irvin

Highly recommend this swim school! The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy app makes it simple to change lessons. Facility is clean and orderly.

My son has overall enjoyed his lessons at the Bryant Irving location. Staff is supportive and caring. They are very understanding about rescheduling if needed as it's hard to predict a young child's health etc. Only dislike is there is turnover as instructors move on to other ventures.

We love Aqua-Tots! My son has attended classes twice a week since he was four months old, he is now fourteen months. He gets so excited to go to class and has learned so much! We are obsessed with coach Kaylea and all the littles love her!

We love this place! Coach Brandon and Coach Casey are super patient and my daughter has learned so much. The facility is exceptionally clean and I feel safe bringing my family here during covid. This place has been a haven for us! Thank you!!

Our family loves Aquatots on Bryant Irvin. My now 3 and 6 year old have been coming 1-3 times a week since Aug 2022. Originally we were coming to get safety basics like how to float, get to the walk, etc and not be afraid of water. However, we've stayed for almost 2 years now because we love it so much. They got the safety stuff down very quickly because we started with a frequent visit (3 classes each week) and the skills that actually teach them how to properly swim is what I was not expecting to love but actually do! My youngest started in the class where the parents get in the water with the kid and by 30 months old, she was really doing most of the skills independent of me. I honestly thought I would not miss getting in the water because it's so much getting both of us out but I do indeed miss it so much. It's awesome to see them excel and that's 100% because of the coaches. We've had a schedule where we have different coaches so I think we know almost everyone there (or at least they know us!) and all of the swim coaches have been awesome. Very kind, very patient, and attentive. After each class, they give very constructive feedback to the parents. I also very much appreciate how clean the facilities are and the snacks. My kids buy snacks at every visit and they have a good mix of healthy and fun snacks for like $1 each. Rescheduling or canceling classes was also something we do frequently either because of sickness or things coming up and it's so easy to do using the app. I can see how many make ups we have left and what times/coaches are available. And I even reschedule both kids at the same time to work with our some times crazy schedule. Our babysitters and nanny have taken the girls too and it's very easy to have others like grandparents or aunts/uncles fill in. Not sure if all the Aquatots do this but our family loves the extra swim parties and games they have at holidays and such. For example, at Christmas, they had swim with Santa with crafts, photos, open swim, snacks, etc. at easter, they had an egg hunt where the kids could get eggs in the pool and trade them in for prizes/candy. And our favorite was a swim meet - like a very positive mock swim meet - where the kids competed in different heats either others in their skill level and were awarded prizes. The coaches rooted them on and cheered like it was the Olympics. We've been to two other swim schools for kids in FW and this is the best. You will not be disappointed, your kids will have fun and gain valuable safety skills and invaluable confidence in the water

I signed my 4yr old daughter up for swimming lessons and I don't know why I didn't sign her up sooner. She loves coming for lessons. This will be our second month and I am so happy. The staff is so welcoming and the instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely recommend.

We have been going to AquaTots for a few months now and we love it! My 5 year old would not put her face in the water at all when we first started lessons and within three weeks she was retrieving a ring from the bottom of the pool! She looks forward to each week with excitement and we could not ask for more. The space and pool are well maintained; the instructors are patient with each child and mindful of the time allotments; the other staff members are extremely kind and gracious!

Great place for kids to be safe and learn how to swim. My 8 year old.daughter loves coming every Saturday

I have been taking my kid to aqua tots for many years, previously things were going very smoothly, Ms. Casey the manager left and things are terrible now. The facility is still good but the customer service is terrible, they rarely return phone calls, scheduling is awful, any scheduling question I have the front desk person will say manager has to do it and she is not here today but she will call you tomorrow, that never happens. Next class when I ask again I will get the same answer. They will change the schedule without even informing us or checking with us whether we can make it to the new class or not. When I ask the manager she says that the front desk is supposed to inform us or she assumed front desk already informed us. Their scheduling policy also has to change. The only reason I'm continuing with them is because they offered a promotion of one extra month if I pay for 5 months and I paid upfront. I'm recommending all my friends to look elsewhere.
