Altitude Trampoline Park at KELLER

We had our twin grandsons birthday party there today and we had a blast! Our hostess could have done better but Christina went and fixed the toilets and moped and checked on us and made sure everything was awesome! She was really great!

We visited today for Toddler Time which was great! However, there are signs posted everywhere about no food/drinks yet there's not a concession stand to buy food/drinks for my young child. It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges.Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

I can't believe we waited so long to go. I wasn't sure what to expect as adults going without kids but we had a blast!! They have lockers and plenty of seats inside too. They even have nice massage chairs for those who just want to relax. Cant wait to go again. So fun!

My gosh. Where do I start? This place is filthy! You walk in and the front desk person doesn't even greet you. After staring at her for few mins to get the attention she said I'll be with you in a minute. asked us to sign the waiver and that was it. No wristbands for my kids. She didn't ask if my kids had socks. Nothing!! There's a sign that says foam pit, but there's no foam pit. Definitely a run down place! Will never be back to this location! It's free play for everyone. No attendants watching the kids. And to be honest, it smells like pee!

This place is in need of some repairs. Things are falling apart and could really hurt someone, especially a smaller child (and I saw many young ones). Frayed flooring was honestly the least of my concern. I saw many gaps, exposed wood and metal and cracks that should be covered by the soft protection mats. The worst was a small jumping platform in the main jump area that literally had metal and wood exposed and the material was so loose and about to fall off. I did tell an employee and they said they are waiting on repair team...but at least cone it off. It's like they don't care if you get hurt because you signed your legal rights away 14 different times before paying to jump. Also they had 2 major jump attractions totally closed. We will not be back. It was our first time and chose it because the other Fort Worth location (off of Bryant Irvin) was great!

Unclean. Beginning with the parking lot which was filled with liter. We arrived right when the park opened and the bathroom garbage was overflowing as if it hadn't been emptied since the previous day. I saw no one sweeping up the floor or replacing the garbage in the main area, as they continuously were needing attention considering the number of birthday parties taking place. I witnessed only 2 attendants watching the kids, who didn't seem very alert. I have visited the cityscape location many times and it is pristine and well monitored compared to Keller. Will not be returning to Keller.

The workers here are very unprofessional on their phones the entire time, two of the young ladies working here wet laughing and pointing at an autistic boy, and when we went to address the manager Cameron he responded with " I don't want to hear it". I wouldn't recommend this place simply from the rude and unprofessional staff.

Great place to have family time. We all enjoyed ourself and lots of jumps going on! Must go, indeed.

If I could give a zero review to this place I would do so. I ENDED CALLING THE POLICE TO THIS PLACE! THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR SMALL KIDS AND DON'T TAKE YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS TO THIS PLACE EITHER. I had an incident with a rude 16-year-old kid who pushed down my 5-year-old autistic daughter just because she hugged him. When he did it and told him why he pushed her down and he said he didn't need that hug. I told him he could tell her no and turned her around or back out. He told me he didn't give a shit and walked away. I complained to the managers who are kiddos too and they didn't do anything. I stayed and the kid that pushed my daughter sat down my daughter was playing and got close to him when that happened he gave her a horrible look like if she got closed he was going to do it again. I asked him if he would like to be treated like that. And he told me the "F word and leave me alone". I told him he was a little asshole. He stood up and called me the B word called me Slu.. and threatened to hit me. if it wasn't for a friend he would have hit me and he threatened my friend too. The old guy who was with him held his hands in his back and asked him to calm down. I finally left the place and when I was in the parking lot I called the police and they went inside and when they came back they said they could not do anything because teenagers always run their mouths and since he just threatened to hit me there is nothing they could do. And by the way, the staff said no to come back. Pathetic!!! Very bad administration here. The situation could have been handled differently but pretty much expected from a business run by kids. What these kids didn't like was that on the last visit I had they had almost everything closed inside while they just focused on the front desk charging people for attractions that we can't even use because according to them they don't have enough staff but they do have staff that stay all the time in the front desk playing on their phones doing nothing.

Safety cushioning is not covering the plywood which is exposed in multiple places. The pit where there are 4 trampolines and a "diving board" should be closed. The part you jump into is not inflated and there are no signs stating this nor is there netting blocking this off like there is other places in the building. highly dangerous! (Review as of 3/15/2024)
