Good vibes and great rink. The rink was clean and leveled. They also have a good DJ on the BYOB nights.

This place and people were amazing! Super super nice, inexpensive to skate and not busy at all! The young blonde curly teen was such a gentleman and helped me twice after a couple falls. They have definitely trained the employees respect and friendly attitudes. I definitely would go again and highly recommend them! The place was clean and super cool Hawaiian themed!

I will NEVER have a party or come here again!!! It was 99° outside, and there was NO AIR (ac) inside the skating rink. We were literally sweating as if we were in a sauna.It was horrible. They ran out of little kids skate sizes , some of my guest didn't get to skate.They also didn't have any socks available to buy the manger stated they didn't have any smh.After returning my skates I saw the staff put my skates back on the rack I ask him why he didnt spay the skates with disinfecting spray he said they havent had any in months.That is very unsanitary I was soo in disbelief!!! I will not be coming back to this skating rink. The host was great. The music was good also.The manager was aware of all of my issues but didn't do anything. All she said was, "I feel like I've failed you."But did nothing about it.I wouldn't recommend coming here at any time.

Very boring .tried to hold us hostage and they took our shoes. No fine people .. and played oontz oontz music . do not recommend for teenagers . maybe for older adults but no .

Ok would not recommend this place to any family oriented individual. Now if you want to take your non supervised teen that has no manners or disregard for public safety this is the place to bring them... No matter what you ask the staff, they have no clue of what's going on.. For example today: I was there taking my daughter and her friend out for a good time. Then a threat for a shoot out happened. We were.dealing with the village idiots, no training or sensitivity. Someone needs to step up and take some responsibility for the lack of management and the training. The owner is never around to face any responsibility for the business or it's customers.

I booked a birthday party for 8/14/21 got the platinum package it was $300 +tax. We had the 4-6 time slot, when we got there the place was packed we had to ask people to move off our tables 3 times. Then as out 8,9,10&11 yr olds were being knocked down by an adult when I went to let the manager know she said really well he is a regular I told her I didn't care he needs to keep his hands off our kids. After that we were rushed out of the building by the hostess and manager we didn't get to finish our party like we wanted to but yet they sure as hell is wanted the $300 payment. I will NOT be coming here again we drove 35 min to have a birthday party at this place and it was nothing but a disappointment.

Aloha roller skates in mesquite texas ruined my 5 year old daughters birthday party. By the end of the party, she was crying about how this was the worst birthday ever. The host was amazing but spread thinner than a sheet of paper between all the parties (5) The manager working the desk clearly isn't knowledgeable enough to do her job. I run a 1.5 million dollar business as a general manager and i know It is her responsibility being the MOD to make sure she has the inventory and supplies to provide for the guests she is servicing. For my 300.00 party, we used 2 of the slips for skates out of 20. There were not enough skates for my guests. I was told I could get 100 bucks back but wouldn't get the 4 large pizzas I was supposed to receive. Even for the 150 package, you were to get 2 large pizzas, and we received none. This was my child's dream party to go skating for the 1st time. I believe you owe her a redo, even if it's a free ticket for admission for only her. Aloha, you really dropped the ball and my child deserves better than what she received.

terrible service , one of the staffs were vaping infront of my child.Very rude and unprofessional. Later then a female staff had spat in my food because my presence was "rude".

place is a fun place to go until I found out a short female with braids in a ponytail working at the food stand was talking bad abt me to my own friends she must be REAL miserable to talk abt a lil kid.

I was going to say it was late but my two and three-year-old enjoyed they sell and the staff was over accommodating very respectful very nice
