My son and his friends went to ninja kids today. At some point some stranger stole one of the friend's cell phone from the cubbies. My kids told the manager Jordan. It was a zoo as it was a Saturday. We weren't able to find it so we left our name and info before leaving. Within two hours Jordan called- he/she had watched footage and located the person- called them- told them they needed to return the stolen phone and they're bringing it back! Kudos to some stellar customer service!!! This manager is a true testament to honesty, accountability and reliability. He/she should be highlighted for their outstanding commitment.

Absolutely horrible! Drove about 35 minutes to come here and this place is ridiculous. Employees aren't supervising anything but walking around together or on their phones besides 1 really sweet girl. She was blowing her whistle getting onto some kids. Friends of the employees were coming in free, no wristbands or socks. Restrooms were dirty and the boys was closed so we had to go upstairs. Yes it's a cool place for kids to play but beware of the clientele.

Table tables with food near the toilet? well, that's probably only acceptable for those who don't care where they eat. I've never seen that before.

I jumped ONE time with my family and they started charging us monthly, even though we never signed up for a membership. When I called in, they didn't answer, I have left messages and had no response from them. Not to mention the fact that when we were there my husbands sunglasses were stolen out of a cubby. Don't even get me started on the LITERAL POOP smeared on the walls in the bathroom. Absolutely horrific. Every employee was so apathetic, it is truly one of the worst run businesses I have ever encountered.

Went here one time last year around October and didn't realize they have been charging my card monthly since November. We DID NOT sign up for any kind of membership. We don't even live in that area and know we are moving out of state in February. Be careful when you go to this establishment cause they will sign you up without your permission.

Pros and cons for sure, but bottom line is we had a ton of fun.These places are so dangerous. I know they're common and super popular and super fun, but WOW, just a thousand ways to get injured. And while there are rules, sometimes it feels like a free-for-all with very young staff and supervision.LOTS of options here and areas suitable for all ages, but the ninja warrior area is my favorite. Boy was I sore the next day - ha!! Hands hurt, shoulders hurt, various arm muscles hurt, abs hurt. Killer workout for sure.Like most places these days, they seemed understaffed and certain areas needed more supervision and general help. I admit there were times when help COULD have been there but staff were messing around, so... that always sucks.But the bottom line is you and your kids can have a great time here if you're into this sort of thing.

Went one time, used my card to get in one time they stated we wouldn't get charged again, Like everyone else has said~ My card has been charged multiple times month to month over and over after constantly calling, going up there telling them to cancel whatever it is they are charging me for. I'm having to get a new card because no matter how many times we call or go in there we get another charge. So sorry to everyone who has been having the same issue, literally fraud.

Like many others have stated after a one time visit they have been fraudulently charging my account month after month for 4 months. This is fraud and ridiculous they have no right to do this. Would never recommend coming here!

Suck a fun place I would come here again me and my brother were here and we had such a fun time we played basketball and we were jumping and it was super fun
