Overall I had a good experience. The location is a little sketchy and the indoors can be a little less cluttered. But what I do want to say is THIS PLACE DESERVES MORE STARS THAN IT HAS!As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely sweet young lady and a bunch of prizes. You pay, sign the waivers and walk on it. We went on Father's Day so it was completely empty but that made it soooo much more fun! My 4 year old son had a blast going on the slide over and over again! My husband and I even got to jump around! This establishment is definitely family owned. Each child is $10 and adults free. My infant did not pay since she doesn't even crawl. $10 for a great time and a couple of hours just around the corner of our home, SURE! Will definitely be back again! Let's support this small business!

Fun for kids to come and play . Great for young kids and older kids. Lots to do to keep kids busy for many hours. Great place to have a birthday party and you can bring your own food.

Called and spoke to the manager/owner of the business about AC not working! Her responds was a giggle and its Texas! If I would of know the a/c didn't work and only have portable air units that don't work I would of never had a 6 year old party done in a heat box. Kids were hot and throwing up and party was cut short Bc of NO AC! she just laughed and said no refunds! UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER AND I ILL BE REPORTING TO THE CITY FOR ALLOWING PEOPLE IN W NO AIR CONDITIONING! All she could say was contract says all sales final! Trashy business!!!!

Let's be real, when it comes to affordable options for kids to run and play, especially on rainy day, it's limited, however this place allowed my rugrats to work off some built up energy and it didn't break the bank. Let me not lie, I had a Groupon, but now that I know about this place, we will be back. They offer a membership with a monthly price of $15 so your kids can have a safe place to run around. Get your mind right - this is NOT a trampoline park - these are inflated bounce houses. My kids are 5,4 & 2 and they loved every minute. Would I take the 15 year old -- no and if I dragged him along there are video games that he could play to pass the time. But for what's its worth we had a great time. Note: this place is located in a "strip mall" and I use that term very loosely. I actually made a couple of "where are we going" turns as it's a one way before I finally realized where I needed to be.

The floors are so gross, games don't work, bounce houses don't have the balls to play with, and the characters are terrible looking.

We came here with four kids excited to try this place out. First impressions: it's very small and cramped. The lady who was working there was REALLY nice but the entry way and lobby were tiny, it didn't look inviting. Now for the inside. The inside looked worn and older. And there were all these weird empty spaces and corners with cones and water bottles. It was strange. Also there was an air pump right in the middle of the walkway where I had to tell an Unsupervised toddler NOT to turn it OFF because the biggest slide there would deflate! There are only about 7 actual play jump things. And they are all pretty much for little kids. If you have bigger kids - and we had one 12 year old- they'd be bored out of their minds. The little ones liked it but it got repetitive real quick. Another thing, we didn't like the machines that you had to PAY for to use. And that's AFTER you already PAID to get in. Really !? .75 cents for the air hockey!? And to play the basketball too!? We were there early and it was empty so it wasn't horrible. But as soon as it got later in the day and more kids came in the place really was chaotic. There was a birthday party setting up and the place really is too small for that. Honestly I'd rather drive to the jump places in Dallas for the bigger kids. For the smaller kids this works out ok if you don't want to go too far.

This place is not at all what was described. For the amount of money we paid to rent the place out on a Sunday, I was very disappointed. If you are even considering this as an option, I would look elsewhere.1) The place is extremely dirty on the outside and the inside. There was cake all over the ground outside that you could tell had been there for a very long time. Inside is even worse. The bounce houses were very dirty and you could tell had not been cleaned in a very long time. Inside the INFANT bounce house, there were little small balloons that could have easily been picked up and swallowed. Please see photos as a reference.2) Through half of the "Play area" is exposed concrete where multiple kids fell and hurt themselves due the hard cutoffs between foam pad and concrete. Please see photos as a reference.3) There was no air conditioning in this place at all. There were several roll in space air conditioners that were not doing the job even remotely. In the beginning of August it is simply not enough.4) The bounce houses started falling down 3 separate times while children were inside of them. More than a few bounce houses are all plugged into the same surge protector and popped the breaker all 3 times. No where near safe in this environment. Additionally, a few of these bounce houses had GIANT holes in them with some being covered in tape and some not.5) Exactly 1 of the games "worked" and I use that term lightly as the wheel on the machine was completely broken.6) This place had no where near adequate lighting. Over half of the lights were completely out and other half were barely working as is. Please see photos as a reference.7) There was a popcorn machine with popcorn in it and all the kids were asking to have some so once we actually looked at the popcorn inside, it was very clear it had been there for weeks and possibly months.Save your time. Spend your money elsewhere.

Cancellation policy is not clear. They stated you can cancel anytime before the event as long as it's three days before, doesnt mention anything about non refundable deposits UNTIL YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THEN THEY TELL YOU ITS NONREFUNDAVLE... but I can reschedule a year in advance if need be.... AFTER REVIEWING THE PLACE AND SEEING HOW AWFUL IT IS I CANCELLED MY PARTY BUT WASNT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT?! absolutely ridiculous. I just created the event today and immediately cancelled and you can't give me my deposit??? Dirty place, ugly setting and a total scam for your money!!

Aim High indoor Bounce is absolutely amazing I have had my godson party here for two years in a row... the kids love it and everything about it ... Aim high is also reasonably priced an one of the best place to have a party or any event !

Have known the owner for several years and I have seen her "bend over backwards" to make a customer happy! Not the cookie cutter type owner
