Food was very good as well as service. Nice menu with many choices. I especially enjoyed the egg rolls and egg drop soup.

How sad. The last time I was in the Plano area, (which was quite a few years ago), this used to be the best Chinese in all of Texas. Not any longer-- both the food and service have worsened tremendously.The interior was how I remembered it-- nothing fancy, but a clean and spacious dining room. However, the service was AWFUL. The older short woman was borderline hostile, rushed and appeared annoyed with us. We had to find her for the bill. The food was awful. The gyoza were pretty good, but that's where it stopped. My Orange Chicken was gloppy and soggy, my Dad's Kung Pao was fatty, and everyone else's dish was much too spicy. We all noticed a stomach-ache after eating it due to the poor quality. I'm never coming here again. It must have new ownership.

Taste is decent. Close to our house. But there is no service and it is extremely slow. I waited for 45 minutes for a pick up of 4 simple dishes and I am still waiting... . It is a Sunday , and I came around 615pm. So be prepared to wait for an hour. Also I don't know the sequence of dish , there are ppl who came later but they got it earlier than mine. I wil only come when I need last minute order. The waiting time is too much. It will be easier to go somewhere a little further but better quality and faster. Eg east wall.

Best Cantonese Cuisine in Plano.Been coming here for years, under the previous owners, and now even with new management the establishment still serves very high quality food.The Beef Flat Noodle, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the Beef w/Broccoli and fried rice are a must! The ambiance is quiet, relaxing, and feels as if you are somewhere else for a while, I love it! My friend who's been to China says the food is consistent with what he had over there.

We occasionally crave roast duck noodle soup and we are trying out different places to get the dish and we were happy with 369. This was our second visit to 369 and we were very happy with the flavor of the roast duck, wonton, and the noodles! The texture of the noodles was good and the soup was very flavorful. Also the Chinese broccoli came out really good, with lots of fresh garlic flavor that we really enjoyed.

Probably our last visit. Ordered hot tea. They brought a 10-cup coffee carafe with one individual tea bag. We sent it back. The duck & wonton noodle soup did not have sliced duck, but, rather, chopped bone-in, rubbery duck. The duck was inedible. It also had the wrong noodles and a watered down broth. I had to wait 30 minutes to send it back.Look, I get that they were very busy for Christmas. It does not excuse the server being condescending about our order and the tea. It does not excuse the terrible soup. In the end, they just made it a terrible experience.

Excellent value for your money and great flavors all in one. You can't go wrong with the sweet and sour chicken, the beef flat noodle, and many more options here. You also probably won't be waiting long for your food, perhaps 15 minutes at most if it's not busy.If you want something particularly interesting, try any of the dishes from Szechuan. They have a different kind of spice from what one would normally think of as spicy.

Came here with my sister. It was my first time though. Food was good. Ordered the half roast duck too but it didn't have much meat on it and it was like 17 bucks. No complaints other than that. Service was great. He made sure we had everything we need and checked up on us several times. Glad I didn't have to wait on anyone to do their job for once.

Rating this restaurant 4/5 because it's one of the few places near me that offer Chinese BBQ. The roasted duck I always has nice flavor and the BBQ pork is always tender and sweet. Some tips: if you like spicy ask for the chili oil! If offering online through door dash for pick up save yourself the up charge and call in for a pick up order over the phone. Fast and friendly service each time!

Honest good food served with good portion sizes. If you are looking for ambience or amazing service, this might not be the place. If you want no nonsense authentic Chinese/Canronese BBQ, this is a great place
