Selection is decent for its size, prices fairly high, cashiers fairly friendly. Small, tight parking lot.But really what stands out is the rude old man who is the manager/owner.Doesn't stand behind their products when they are expired or rotting away. Difficult to deal with for non grocery services like money order and bill pay. And the store itself is often randomly closed, or closed early. Wish there was a better local supermarket.

Excellent take out food and fresh market. Highly recommend the surf and turf burrito. Kind and helpful staff. Great local market.

Seriously, they even offer check cashing, money orders and other fiscal services. And if it's fresh meat you're looking for, you have choices. Because Food Bowl's carne asada tacos and burritos are rocking some serious flavor, loaded with all the fixin's that make your taste buds groove. Note carne asada burrito comes with beans. A great little local market with a good variety of grocery and alcohol items (no hard alcohol just fyi). Highly recommend their house made chips and variety of salsas. Staff is super friendly and helpful!!!

Still coming here frequently after all these years, typically if I'm on the way home and just need one or two items for dinner. They are also my go-to for meat. Their beef is very fresh and priced much lower than anywhere else, so I exclusively get my steaks and ground beef here. The chorizo is delicious - and you can find everything you need to make your own street tacos here! The chicken is a bit more expensive and sometimes frozen, but I do buy it from time to time just for the convenience. I am a little sad to see that the prices have gone way up on some items, like the house made tortilla chips (from $1.99 about 3 years ago, to now $3.99), but what can I do, they are still my favorite chips. The cheeses are also more expensive now, though I do love their selection. Their packaged goods and non perishables are very pricey, so I would go elsewhere for those. Service is always friendly and efficient.

Great store with a wide variety of goods and produce. They also have a nice selection of meats and other essentials.

Great selection of groceries including gluten free vegan keto etc, essentials, hot food, and drinks. Ordered three tacos (2 Adobada and 1 carne asada) for less than $6 and loooved them. Kind and quick service. I saw other reviews upset that the employees talk to each other. I thought it made for a friendly neighborhood community vibe. I'm going to be a taco regular here.

My favorite local market! Food Bowl in South Park is a wonderful local business that has been providing for its neighborhood and community for years now. It has fresh produce, non-perishables, and more for any of your basic needs! In the back there's a deli where you can request fresh cut meats, and order freshly made sandwiches, salads, tacos, and burritos etc. My fam and I stop by often for a take-home lunch or dinner! Perfect spot to go to before a nice picnic!

People that work there are super nice, but the main owner/manager (very rude) runs this place very unprofessional. He advertises his hours but always closes early and denies people entry even when they're supposed to be open 15 more minutes. I've been shopping here for the last 10 years, and he still denies me even when there's 10 minutes left. Sucks when you have a small business run by a rude joke of a boy.. this guy sucks
