Wonderful meal. The zero proof mocktails were super good. The heirloom tomatoes were perfectly ripe and refreshing. The pepperoni pizza was great, but I might try something little more adventurous next time. Get the apertivo spritz

Tried this place on a whim on Friday and it was okay. To start, the ambiance was super nice so that was a win. For drinks, we got the orange wine and the slacked out. The orange wine was fine, nothing spectacular. The slacked out was good initially but then became a bit much over time. For apps, we got the focaccia with whipped ricotta and chili oil. The chili oil was delicious and the focaccia was good. The whipped ricotta was very bland - needed more salt and flavor to add some depth. For dinner, we got the clam pizza which was the star of the night. 10/10 recommend. For dessert, we got the tiramisu. The portion was huge and the flavor was good but the lady finger layer was too dry and the texture was off for the entire dessert and as a result didn't enjoy it as much as we wanted to. Overall, got for the pizza!

My husband and I went for our 2 year wedding anniversary and when we walked in, they had personalized menus that said "happy anniversary" on them! Such a sweet little touch. Our waiter was very helpful and recommended some of his favorites. We went with the focaccia bread (it's a MUST), the olives, and one of the pizzas. It was all so delicious. My one gripe was that the table were pretty close together, so when you're having a conversation, you battle talking over the people around you. But the atmosphere was very welcoming. Very authentic. Parking was definitely a battle and had us walking about a quarter mile to get to the restaurant.Despite the parking and seating, I would absolutely recommend.

Super cute restaurant with amazing service, I highly recommend going during happy hour! The garlic bread was amazing I just wish we had gotten one more piece or at least saved some for the meatballs and the cheese/fig plate.. however, the meatballs were slightly underwhelming. The pizza was phenomenal! I was expecting it to be a smaller pizza but was pleasantly surprised to get 6 pieces.

We had dinner here last night, and everything was excellent! The service and food were great. The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but it was money well spent.

Beautiful restaurant with a tapas style vibe. The portions are small so be sure to order multiple things. The focaccia was by far my favorite thing on the menu. It was light and airy and the sauce that accompanies it meshes well with the dish. The snap pea salad was also light and tasty as well. The mint really added a kick but not a lot to overwhelm the palate. The real star item was the tiramisu. To die for. If I had ordered that alone this would've been 5 stars. Overall very beautiful restaurant with great food!

Folk has an excellent happy hour! The only thing that is missing from the HH menu is some meatballs!! Every Italian place needs a meatball app ;)The service here was excellent. The server was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick! The ambiance/esthetic is cute, clean, and comfortable - really enjoyed it and they have the perfect patio for a sunny day. Will definitely be back!

Taken advantage of--that is my lasting impression. This place has all the elements to be a fantastic restaurant. Great decor, quality servers, good food--but their prices, portions and tactics are insulting. For example, they have a delicious mackerel dip but if you want to actually "dip" something into it you have to purchase focaccia essentially doubling the price (but they don't tell you that when offering). Have you ever in your life seen a dip that wasn't accompanied by a chip, crostini, toast point or something to dip with! Of course you haven't. Their Sungold pizza utilizes a cherry tomato sauce that is absolutely devoid of flavor, but there is a very delicious Margherita pizza that is not listed on the menu for reasons unknown. I asked for a side of the margherita tomato sauce to actually impart some flavor into my Sungold bland flatbread. I was charged $2.00 for a dollop of tomato sauce to add to my $23 personal pizza. But perhaps the most poignant example of the gauging that this restaurant engages in is with their desserts. $8 will purchase you the most ridiculous, insultingly minuscule portion of ice cream you have ever seen! It was delicious but made me just feel exploited. I have dined all over the world from Michelin star restaurant to roadside dives in Appalachia--and the one thing that I hate more than anything is to feel insulted by an establishment. This place succeeded in doing that in spades. I will never be back.

Folk is a HIGHLIGHT of the Nashville culinary scene! I came here on a double date while visiting this gorgeous city. Definitely make reservations. Street parking can be a bit of a challenge, so make sure to allot a little extra time. Our group was seated promptly by the friendly waitstaff. The whole way to the table, I was in awe of how cute and classy restaurant looked. We ordered a TON of food to share, and unsurprisingly, the highly-recommended Littleneck Clams Pizza was one of the best menu items. Our appetizers included Anchovies, Mussels, Bread, and Caesar Salad. Alongside the pizza, we got Eggplant Parmesan, Steak, and Trout. Not sure how often they rotate their menu, but everything was incredible. For dessert, we wrapped up with Tiramisu. Not to mention, every cocktail we tried was refreshing and flavorful. Can't remember exactly what I ordered. Overall this feels like such a typically 5-star American dining experience, but I'm so here for it and want to come back again. Love all the fresh food and fantastic customer service that Folk has to offer.

This was my second time at Folk. Although the service is here is amazing and we were tended to very promptly, the food failed to make up for everything else. And food is why we come to eat, right? Some may say that this type of new american style is their cup of tea, but I think the creations on the menu lacked cohesiveness in flavors. Our meal started off great with the focaccia and anchovies. Really delicious. This set us up for pretty decent expectations for the bigger plates and pizza. Pizza (mushroom, if i remember correctly, and a rabe pizza) was really salty (commented by all 5 of us diners). There was a salad we ordered, too, that was kind of weird - chopped romaine leaves with a LOT of grated cheddar cheese on top and another ingredient I can't remember. Ordered another dish but don't remember it either but do remember it being super salty. Lots of 'dont remembers' bc it was quite an unmemorable meal, sadly. I I'm not sure I agree with the other reviewer about the tiramisu - it tasted like grocery store tiramisu, honestly. The blood orange sorbet was so much better. This and the focaccia/anchovies were the only things we liked in our entire meal here.Come for the vibe and beautiful space, but don't have expectations for the food.
