Flyin Taco

Took my friend her for a girls day out treat on our way to do some shopping. This time we tried the smoked brisket tacos. It was a super busy time and while we were waiting it got really windy and started to rain. We decided to wait in our car and it was really cool that they had a pager for us to know when our order was ready. Again we were very pleased with the flavor and quality of these tacos. 3 / 13.00 or 5.00 each. I could only eat 2. Saved the third one to share with my husband. Can't wait to go again. Next time I think I will try the burrito

This place was amazing. I had the brisket tacos. Outstanding! If you haven't tried this place, you must. You won't be disappointed.

Tried a pork, brisket and shrimp taco. Pork was really dry. Beef was so so. Shrimp was best of the lot. Probably won't go again. Just not my style tacos. Omar's, Super Tortas, Gallo Diaz are all better options.

After trying most of the taco trucks around Edmonds and not being happy with the results, I ran into this delightful wagon of goodness.These are the best tacos I have eaten in Snohomish County, period.I tried the brisket taco and the shrimp taco and was very impressed.Perfectly cooked and seasoned, fresh condiments and veggies all nestled in a nice warm tortilla. I recommend this taco truck highly. Get 3 tacos for only 13 bucks and you are full and happy and looking forward to the next visit.

I'm sold. I can't wait to go back and try the other meats. It was relatively busy for a weekday but also probably took 20min to get one taco and a burrito so if you order more than that. Order ahead! A little pricey in my opinion, but I was extremely satisfied. No tables or seating.

The tacos here are so good!! I ordered brisket tacos and man, they were perfect. The red and green salsas are pretty fabulous as well. One taco is around $5 and it's quite filling, but I recommend getting three for $13, the more the merrier!! I'm looking forward to having these again and wanting to try the shredded pork, my coworker got those and they looked so delicious.Each taco is filled to the brim with all the fixings, purple cabbage and my favorite - pickled red onions, yum.

I've had the delicious joy of experiencing Flyin Taco at the truck and later hired owner Kyle to cater a work event. The tacos are incredible. Everything is so flavorful and fresh, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality and portions! When Kyle helped cater a work party for 75-100, he did a fantastic job beforehand with prompt and clear communication, and day of was helpful and provided a perfect setup! Highly recommend for either a casual truck stop by or catered event.

I'm surprised there are so few reviews of this place. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and the food is great! I got 3 tacos - 1 shrimp, 1 pork, and one smoked brisket. All three were good, but the smoked brisket taco was on a completely different level. It was absolutely one of the best things I've eaten in the last year or so.Anyway, if you drive by this truck in Edmonds or anywhere they happen to be parked, do yourself a favor and grab some tacos. You won't be sorry! The smoked brisket is especially recommended.

i just happened to be heading to the edmonds ferry & swerved into the parking lot when i saw this taco truck. it's a fair price for what you get in this particular area. lots of fixins' inside the taco which i like.my only suggestion is to put two tortillas together, especially with the corn ones, as they tend to fall apart too readily after the first bite. two tortillas is pretty standard for a street-like taco. good flavor. good job.

Wow! These tacos rock! Just saw this truck for the first time and had to stop in. MAY BE THE BEST TACOS IVE EVER EATEN! The meat is deliciously cooked, and the toppings are fresh. Love the pickled onion, what a great touch. Definitely check them out! I am so happy to have found my new go to taco spot!
