Came to the neighborhood bar to watch the bearcats game...with my 6 week old. They were happy to have us, turned them game on and let us sit in the back room by ourselves. It was perfect. Great service, plenty of space and hot cheese curds! Draft beer selection was ok and bathrooms weren't ultra pleasant, also no changing table but I get it as we probably shouldn't have had our baby in a bar. But it was mid day soooo anyway. Can't wait to come back later and try the burger!

Great food. Highly recommend the French Burger. The two kitchen staff will make you an incredible feed.The two bar staff on at the time (not Rodney), however, give less than zero fucks. I waited over half an hour for a first beer. We were never voluntarily checked on. It was not unlike pulling teeth to get another drink. Always had to call someone over in frustration. The girl who took care of the other end of the bar (there were a total of 9 people all-up in attendance) was always on her phone, and the guy on our half of the bar spent most of his time with one group, shooting the shit and taking shots. In the 3hrs I was there, he definitely drank far more than I did. When it came time to tab out, that was an ordeal that took about forty minutes. He did admit he forgot about it. C'mon! There were only NINE people sitting at the bar. Real shame. Food was great. I get it that hospitality staff are hard to come by right now but.... FIRE your bartenders. They didn't give a shit and it's definitely hurting your business.

The bartender kicked us out because my wife had her service dog. He said, and I quote, "unless you're blind, get out!" He was pretty aggressive. Blatant discrimination. I will be filing a report with the ADA/EEOC. The staff here needs and seriously lacks adequate training.

This was my first time coming to Floyds. The ppl were great. Got treated kindly, service was fast and the food is really good. Appetizers and soups also served. Definitely coming back

I like Floyd's but they made a rude comment during my most recent pick up order, shaming me for not also purchasing alcohol. I get you are trying to keep your head above water during tough times, but I'm on a budget here too, with uncertainty in my own financial situation. I'm not a big drinker in the first place, and it was a week night. The wings were good, but I guess if just ordering a meal and an appetizer isn't good enough for them, I'll use my going-out budget elsewhere.

Bartender is awful to customers! Name calling, rude and made inappropriate comments.Shocking the owner continues to allow him to treat customers this way-unless he's friends with the guy! Ever a shame!

My fiancé and I have been to this bar a handful of times, and each time we were met with awful service from the same RUDE bartender that others have mentioned in previous reviews. How has the owner not addressed this??!! Why does the owner continue to let this bartender ridicule customers and provide awful customer service time and time again???? Not to mention, the cocktails are subpar, food is subpar, and the staff filters the touch tunes music so much to only what they want to hear. We wanted to like this bar sooo bad after recently moving to this area, but there are so many other BETTER establishments out there. We will not be returning and we will be providing our service to other bars in the area instead.

The bald bartender is absolutely awful. He actually raised his voiced yelled at our group several times for placing individual drink orders on a night there wasn't even a line at the bar. We didn't even all get a drink or all go up to the bar at once to order. Can't handle..... being a bartender? Not sure if he was drunk or just rude. So rude to the point the other bartenders in the neighborhood hate him too, so at least we could commiserate somewhere else after leaving. And he put soda in an old fashioned.....

Great local bar! The bartender Mark is an old-school dive bar barkeep who's personable and funny. You should check it out.

Major Update - Floyd's is a dying fish. Never busy, barely open and it seems struggling. revamp the place and make it friendly inviting place to come - it's your last chance to survive. Get rid of Ron already and save the place. Just care again. Or sell it !
