Enjoyed the strawberry matcha! The macarons were so cute, but were definitely on the sweeter side for us. Unfortunately didn't get to try the cupcakes but they looked amazing. The aesthetics of everything as well as being bale to buy fresh flowers was super cute, might come back to try the other pastries.

Preordered their "Heart Shape Puff Pastry" for my parents' 43rd wedding anniversary. My sister &I went to pick it up so it gave us the chance to finally step inside. We were extremely pleased to see how our order turned out.. it was beautifully created. It was also very delectable. Not too heavy, just a light &tasty pastry. First impression for me was the aesthetically pleasing look of the bakery. Every single detail was so pretty. I love how you can get an iced matcha latte, delicious pastries &beautiful blooms all in one stop. Their carrot cake was really good, I couldn't even share. I also enjoyed their u-bae marble bell &turon cupcake. When I got home, I told my husband we need to go back together. I definitely want more carrot cake &to try everything else on the menu.Lastly, the customer service was on point. Everyone was so kind &friendly. It's amazing to see the owners actually putting in work &helping out too. Really shows their dedication &passion for what they love to do.

"Cake" - somehow it totally misses with capturing how special the dessert is. The artistry with which this pastry style cake is assembled and topped... is mind blowing. We ordered an R and T shaped cakes to celebrate an engagement. And the cakes were so beautifully topped with macrons, meringues, roses, orchids, fresh cream... It was the crown jewel of the party! Kudos to the lady-duo who are truly power houses in their craft. I'm so grateful I've discovered this bakery - I'll be back!

So, I had no clue that we have always been passing this place during our Mitsuwa runs and trips to the bookstore that are in the SAME PLAZA Glad we didn't miss this time because our timing was perfect, we were able to go in, as the space is tiny inside.. and CUTE and clean.. what an awesome combo of Filipino and Japanese inspired desserts... I do LOVE desserts.. and my love of sweets does rub off on my family I jokingly told the gal helping us during our turn in line that I would like 1 of everything in the case please, the expression on her face was priceless and her response of, "That can be done." made me laugh. I'm glad she knew I wasn't serious, but she did say that we came on a good day where they had A LOT of options for the day.I wish I can remember the names of ALL the desserts we got, but I don't. Just know we were ALL satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful sweet snack in our day

I've been wanting to go to Flour Atelier for a while now and it didn't disappoint. What drew me to their store was their feminine aesthetic as well as their Japanese & Filipino Fusion Branding. Unsurprisingly, there were several cakes inspired by Filipino as well as Japanese culture such as the Ube Leche Flan & Itsumi Yuzu. I decided to go with the strawberry shortcake, which was light & sweet, and paired very nicely with the vanilla latte that I ordered.Located right next to Mitsuwa marketplace and Ross, there is plenty of parking and a great way to get some coffee on before shopping! I totally recommend this for coffee dates, flowers and cakes! I'll definitely be back to try more of their uniquely flavored cakes. The shortcake was delicious and not too sweet. :)Parking: Plaza & Street ParkingPrice: Cakes ranges from $6-$10Recommendation: Vanilla Latte & Ube Leche Flan

Such a cute little cafe next to Mitsuwa & Ross. They have fresh florals, local artist works, simple drink menu and cute pastries and desserts. Seatings are outside. Service was great and they add little baby's breath flower on the cup.

This cute little shop is right next to Mitsua. They have a pretty selection of sweet treats and drinks. Seating only available outside the shop. I came with my friend who was visiting from out of town. I got the matcha with whole milk and a pastry filled with cream. The pastry was not too sweet but quite flaky. The matcha was ok. They have flowers for sale by the stem as well.

If you're in the mood for something sweet with a sprinkle of charm, Flour Atelier in San Diego should be your next destination! This cozy haven dishes out Filipino-inspired treats that are nothing short of *dessert-ful*.Kick things off with the Calamatcha, where tangy calamansi and high-quality Paru matcha team up in a *tea-rific* blend. The calamansi can be a bit bold, so opt for the strongest level of matcha to achieve the perfect balance.I clearly had a calamansi craving, so I also tried the Calamansi Cheesecake Tart. The texture was delightful--smooth and just sweet enough--but I wished for a bit more of that zesty calamansi kick. Still, it's a great pick for those who enjoy a subtler citrus flavor. The Ube Flan Cupcake is a subtly sweet dream, with a topping of ube halaya and flan that's truly *flantastic*. And don't miss the Earl Grey Lavender Cupcake--though it's not Filipino-inspired, it's a *blooming* standout. Its bold flavors and balanced sweetness make it my absolute favorite! Sian's service was the *icing* on the cake--she's incredibly friendly with excellent recommendations. Flour Atelier is a *slice* of dessert heaven you'll definitely want to savor!

Been walking by this bakery and looked around but never made a purchased. I had time Friday afternoon and tried their #LavenderLatte and #HaloHaloCupcake. A bit pricey at $15.++ but I must admit they were delicious. Their cute tables and decor gave it a nice setting to enjoy these decadent treats. I will come back to try their other items Service was very friendly too
