I enjoyed my dining experience but don't feel eager to come back. Pros:- flavor was great - portion size is very filling- fries came with lemon would which was yummy and I liked how much greens were in the burger - staff is friendly and nice- food came out very quickly - pretty nice ambiance for an airport restaurant - really cool cocktail options (I didn't try any unfortunately) Cons:- pretty expensive This is the main reason I wouldn't come again: it's pretty good but I just would never want to spend this much money on slightly above average food if I'm eating by myself in an airport. I'm glad I tried it because of how high the reviews were on Google, but honestly I felt like I've had this meal before. Maybe I'd come for a cocktail?

Best airport restau ever. And full on vegan options!! Thank you!Plus a creative cocktail menu. Great place to come at a good airport. The only complaint? There is too much food on this plate. I recommend splitting. You just can't finish it all.

This is one of two restaurant/coffee options at SEA that I can recommend. Service and food are consistently good, and the prices are reasonable for an airport. Also, if dine in, you can drink coffee in a proper mug/cup like a civilized person. They have the same beans as the to-go counter. Good espresso!

Floret is the sister cafe and eatery to Cafe Flora. Although I've never been to Cafe Flora, which is highly praised, I enjoyed dining at Floret before my flight. It's a nice spot to check out at SeaTac International Airport if you need coffee or sustenance, especially for you, vegetarians. I visited Floret when I had an early flight out to the east coast, and needed some caffeine. The only place that was open was Starbucks, which I am not a fan of. Therefore, I was glad to find Floret open in the early hours next to the A gates. In addition to its shop where you can grab already-made items at the coffee counter, they have a spacious dining area and bar, which is where I sat before my flight. I ordered an iced lavender latte and wasn't hungry until I saw they had a coconut cake with a mango gelee. Heck yes! I had to try this cake, so this was breakfast of champions. The coconut cake was so moist and creamy, with tons of coconut flavor and the mango gelee added the tart and slight sour flavor, completing the creaminess of the cake. Ya gotta get it! For carnivores though, this is not your place. If you're looking for some meaty protein, look elsewhere as Floret is a vegetarian eatery. The menu did feature a lot of different savory and sweet items, with a full coffee and cocktail list. I'd be down to hang out at Floret again to kill some time before a flight over that coconut cake. Noms.

Absolutely love coming to this place! It's definitely underrated. I saw a long line at Starbucks and thought... They don't know it's just a few steps away. Heaven!Absolutely love the frittata, overnight oats, lavender field latte and today I'm trying the mango Matcha iced. It's a sweet little place with easy takeout, and a nice little seating area as well.

Quick line and super yummy! This was a great addition to this section of Sea-Tac, with Starbucks close by and always insanely busy. I absolutely loved the Iced Mango Matcha, and the Floret Vegan Burrito was delicious as well. The burrito was $13 but was a great size for the price. Highly recommend this place!

This will always be my go to spot at the airport! Sometimes I wish I could fly just so that I could go here. They have so many amazing healthy options but the food tastes like comfort food. It's a great way to get some veggies and fiber in before a trip but still feel like you're eating something you couldn't make at home. This last trip, I got the seasonal scramble made with tofu. Their scrambled tofu is insane- I have no idea how they make it but it's perfect to me. Such good flavor and the veggies were perfect. I got a side of cheesy grits, which are an absolute must. My entire meal was also gluten free, as is most of their menu! Everything they have is vegetarian, and a lot of it is vegan as well. This is one of the top spots for allergen sensitivities in the whole airport (or perhaps even the city). The staff is always so kind and quick. They know the menu really well and understand that people at the airport are in a hurry. On my most recent trip, I put in a to go order then left to go to the restroom and fill my water and my meal was ready at the front by the time I got back. When I have more time, I love dining in because they have a really beautiful spot with big windows and funky wallpaper. Already excited for my next flight!

Best place to have a sit down meal in SeaTac. Floret is part of the Flora Restaurant group which is pretty well known in Seattle for its delicious vegetarian food fare. I'm a big fan of Cafe Flora but it's getting harder for me to visit the city, so getting to try their sister restaurant Floret in SeaTac is a bonus whenever I fly into Western Washington.LOGISTICSLocated right before the A Gates at the intersection between A and B. I fly Southwest at B Gates lot so the location is convenient since it's on the way. To get the full dining menu you will need to dine in - they have waited table service. Otherwise there is a coffee bar next door that sells cute local goods, great local PNW coffee, and tasty pastries and sandwiches Togo.Service is super friendly and prompt at getting your orders and food in, especially for a transit restaurant. Some tables have access to power, particularly the counter seats facing the wall,. It's also situated facing the windows so you can look out to the runway and watch crews prepare aircraft. FOODThe menu here changes seasonally so I'll review what I usually get here...Regular / Loaded Yam Fries: The yam fries here are AMAZING and totally worth getting if your entree doesn't already come with them. Perfectly crispy and just the right texture. I also love the sauce they come with, it's like a green goddess dressing. Sometimes they'll sell "loaded yam fries" where the yam fries have toppings liked pickled onions, corn, avocado, etc. I've had it in 2 variations over the year, so be on the lookout! The regular yam fries are still worth it though.Brussels Sprouts: These have also varied over the year - more recently I had their maple chili brussels sprouts that were sweet with a slight kick of spice. They have the crispy charred texture you get from deep frying them and they are super addicting.Portabella Mushroom Swiss Dip: A great sandwich, the portabella mushroom is very flavorful with melty swiss cheese and caramelized onions You won't miss meat. And the bread is nicely toasted with a slight chew. You can also make it vegan or gluten free. Served with yam fries, it's large enough to share with another person, especially if you're getting other sides or appetizers.Mushroom Pie: This is only available at the coffee bar next to the shop - if you're in a rush and want savory treat, highly recommend the mushroom pie. It's like a large flaky empanada with a creamy mushroom filling. Just the right amount of salt and very satisfying with the amount of mushroom in it.Sweet & Spicy Crispy Tofu Sandwich: Had this on my last visit to Floret - it's a good sandwich, the tofu is a thick slab with a good crispy coating. The pickles and cabbage slaw are a good contrast to the spicy sauce too. It's not too spicy either, more like a kick for flavor.Cocktails are also great here, it's one of my favorite places to get a drink too at the airport. Their drinks are fruity with some being stronger than others. I've had the Figgy Old Fashioned and Blackberry Bramble a few times. The coffee bar next door is also nice as it serves Stumptown Coffee, and they have some seasonal drink specials (ex. lavender honey, etc.)OVERALLSometimes I try to budget more time before a flight so that I can eat at some places in SeaTac. Though I am not a vegetarian, this has been my favorite restaurant for a sit down experience while waiting for a fight. The bar is also great with creative drinks. Prices are expensive for drinks or food, but that's just the nature of eating at the airport... and honestly, at least the quality is there for what you pay for.Even when I don't have time for a sit down experience, the coffee bar on the side is one of my favorite places to get pastries and more local coffee. If you like good food and have enough time, I definitely recommend dining in or getting something to go from the coffee bar next door.

I'm sad this place is in the airport because if it was somewhere where I didn't have to buy a plane ticket to get to it I would go all the time. The latest time I went I had a margarita which was nicely balanced and very drinkable and I also had a sweet and spicy crispy tofu sandwich. I am still craving that sandwich, even after going on a ten day vacation and eating lots of amazing things since. It was the perfect combo of - well, crispy, sweet and spicy. Although it was a big sandwich it didn't sit too heavy in my stomach for the flight, either. Service was quick and very friendly - the servers all covered for each other and food came very quickly. The restaurant initially looked cramped to me but it turns out tables were spaced a nice distance apart and it looks out on the tarmac and into the airport so there was plenty to watch. Will definitely come back next time I have a flight!

First, the food deserves 10 stars so shout it from the mountain tops - SeaTac airport should be HONORED to have this restaurant at their airport! Wow! Cafe Flora is one of my to 10 FAVORITE RESTAURANTS IN THE WORLD! I go to their beautiful Madison Park restaurant for special occasions and when I found out they had a "mini Cafe Flora" at SeaTac I almost DIED OF EXCITEMENT! I now have inspiration to get to the airport 2 hours early!!! Thank you Cafe Floret - cute play on your name by the way :) This review is not about their amazing and delicious, perfectly crafted food, or their clean and charming environment... it's about the service. If I owned this place- I'd want to know who is "the face" of my company! Who is making the 1st impression and how's it going? Ummm ... sadly. it's not going great Cafe Floret! We traveled on June 24th 2024 at 3:00pm, so I sprinted with enthusiasm to - of course- Cafe Floret! I was flying across the world and wanted to take something delicious with me! There was only 1 person in line - I couldn't believe it! It wasn't crazy busy like it usually is. It was calm and even peaceful... until it wasn't! I saw all the gorgeous- I mean GORGEOUS bakery and pastry items in the window. The food descriptions were a bit confusing, because they are not listed directly under the food item. I needed a little help figuring out which was which and wanted to know what ingredients were in a few options. The cashier lady was having none of it! I guess my questions about, "which one doesn't needed to be heated?" and "what is an apple baguette?" were just too much. I felt like I was annoying. My questions were obviously irritating her and putting her out. I also asked for a glass of ice to go with my coconut water, " happy to pay for it" I said. I guess that was also really over the top annoying! I asked if I could have a bag to put my items in- (there was a stack right at the counter, right in front of me, which I did not see) She POINTED! No words just POINTED. I now felt full on intimidated, flustered, even nervous by this interaction, that i couldn't get out of there fast enough! Gah! I was so uncomfortable - I then couldn't figure out why the Apple Pay card thing wasn't working- and she let me stand there trying every which way to get my card to work ---- HAHA she could see I was trying to get it to work on the Pay MONITOR SCREEN, not the actual little card holder. She just let me fumble around for a few minutes, watching me, not helping me at all. I found that interesting since she obviously knows her system and where people should pay with their card. I said, "Omgosh - I didn't see leave a tip" - the card pay thing happened too fast. SILENCE. Long silence. I reached into my wallet to get cash. I had a $20 and a $1. The cheerful man behind the counter helping make people happy and days a little brighter (my life is really hard and stressful right now - but I don't show it- so I really appreciated his kindness) was definitely worth the $20, but I was nervous he wouldn't get it. I sadly left her a single. I didn't want to encourage this kind of interaction from her, for others to experience. I was so disappointed in this experience- however, BIG, FAT bonus points and shout out to that super helpful, super kind man who can obviously "read a room" - he got my cup of ice, handed me extra napkins, told me where the plastic utensils were and warmed my sandwich for me. He obviously saw this whole interaction - I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels UN-COM-FORT-ABLE ordering from her. Give that sweet msn a promotion and raise! I'm sorry about the 3 star - I almost made it a 2, Not positive I'll want to go through that again, next time I'm traveling. Life is too short and sweeter elsewhere. Think of all the people traveling from around the world - leaving the USA, with that kind of feeling and experience as their impression of "how we treat people" here!Don't let that wonderful man step away from the counter - because he puts a smile on it! He was clutch! Ps read my other reviews- I RARELY give 3 stars, because I go to places that I LOVE!
