Fletchers Bar and Grill

An hour .5 minutes later after ordering my food... Bartenders are awesome Jalisa and Taylor. Knowledgeable and friendly, they both are great conversationalist. What more can you do after 1.5 hours of waiting... for your food? The story. The sound chef called out and the to go orders run deep and there is one person in the back over a hot stove/grill... there is no back up plan sadly. This was my first time visiting this location as fletchers. I expected more but unfortunately the right people are not in a position that they love. My food, the grilled salmon with pasta was "ok good" but it was suppose to come with a salad and a few extras that I requested and expected. They didn't make the to go trip either. While there were certain things I loved about this place. The bar service and the people, the kitchen detail lacked stamina. Judging from previous reviews, I cannot say that this is how they do on most occasions but this restaurant does have potential to connect with stake rankings and maintain there ability to be the best in the area. On this visit they missed the mark. The bar's set up was decent but they lacked a few advertised items like a draft set up that was in plain view but non-functional "Stella". The crowd was decent and the wait staff appeared to be busy. The fact that the business was there doesn't add up to the experiences that you are set up to endure. Not certain what the deal is but I hope that it gets worked out soon. This place has been here for a long time in a neighborhood that has working class people from all four angels. If Fletchers can stay in tune with the environment then I can see them coming up faster than most in this area. The talent is there, just perhaps maybe a new coach to get the team motivated? I don't know. I just wanted my salad and my extra side items that I requested. I will give them a 2nd chance which is why I gave them 2 stars...

Let me start by saying that my low rating is based on the atmosphere and the service. I went here with my boss when we were traveling for work. At 4:30 the place was packed so we decided to try it out.We walked in and were seated immediately. The music was really loud, think night club music. We had a hard time holding a conversation while it was playing. The server had to speak loud just to get over it.It took a really long time to get our drinks, Iced tea and water so not really tough. I ordered the shrimp and grits, this was served with red gravy the way Charleston intended. There were a lot of shrimp and the grits were cheese grits with jalapenos. Not super spicy but enough to let you know they were in there. It came with a salad that I really thought was to small but I was glad because I had more room for the entrée. If I ever go back I would definitely consider this. The server was friendly and knowledgeable but was not really attentive to our needs. She would acknowledge a concern but took far to long to respond to it. My boss ordered fish and even after asking for silverware, ate the fish with his fingers because she did not come back for about 10 minutes.Food was amazing but the loud music makes it very hard to enjoy the meal.

Unfortunately, we came on a day when Mr. Fletcher lost his father. The staff did the best they could to keep the vibe going. Things moved a little slow but it was as well as expected. I loved the steak and fried Mushrooms. The mushrooms could have used a little seasoning in addition to the Tempura batter. Onion rings was a side totally fried so hard I scratched my gum trying to chew. So, I say them to the side but they too, were fried in Tempura batter and no seasoning. The pizza was tasty with extra cheese. Waitstaff is minimal so you will have to be patient for someone to take your order and bring your food.

It smelled like wood and roaches inside here. The restaurant is very dark inside so that was a sign to leave but I wanted to give them a fair chance. My leg felt like something was crawling on it at the table so we ran to the bar as soon as we saw seats were empty. The bartender Stephanie was great and overwhelmed as she was the only bartender serving. Shekinah was great too while we were in her section. We also ordered wings and they was doable being that we was tipsy at this point and wanted to feed our liquor but please don't order anything cold or dark or you'll be greeted by one of your cousins (roaches) lolGreat spot to kill time and get drunk as long as you can see through your drinks.

Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta always GREAT!Never disappointed in the pasta, baked wings or lasagna!!

Ok guys this place is a little gem! On nov18, 2021 we stopped in for lunch and wow. We had the oven baked wings lemon pepper and they are awesome also a basket of fries. Everything came to the table piping hot and fresh. These were some of the best wings I've had in a long time. If you're around stonecrest mall and want an affordable tasty choice stop in and let Bo get you some of those baked lemon pepper wings.

As gone done since the opening..i loved the pizza..was intown and decided to try but after seeing the crappy floor and waiting for someone to even acknowledge me..i decided nope i will go somewhere else..

Wings are excellent definitely recommend their custom blue cheese all the staff is very friendly extremely helpful the atmosphere is definitely nice price is definitely affordable definitely recommend this location

This place is a joke. Hardly anyone in there and we ordered a large pepperoni pizza. After about 55 mins when we were asking where our pizza was the waitress said we don't have any large pizzas. We can do a medium and a small? SERIOUSLY??? It took 55 mins to tell us that(which makes absolutely no sense). We left.

The restaurant has a bug infestation. they don't break anything down in the kitchen and really clean. Only one or two fryers work. they fry chicken and fish in the same oil. They toilets are always backed up. the ceiling is black from mold. filters are black from mold and mildew. most of the tables in the booths are broke. the employees will eat and smoke vape while serving food and alcohol. the managers drink with the customers all day. this place is a dump and if you care about your health. DO GO THERE!!!!
