Flame Burger & Shakes

It's very unassuming from the outside, but don't be dissuaded because the food is excellent! We had the spicy chicken sandwich and the 1/4 burger. Both were absolutely fantastic! Service was quick and friendly.

Have been going here since high school for imo, the best burgers you can find in A-Town hands down. And as for the bad reviews on the owner, she's been nothing but great towards me since I was a kid! Handle some straight forwardness people lol!

Bacon BBQ Burger loved that they cooked the bacon fully. It had just the right amount of sauce. Not too messy. Cheese Burger was on point cause it had lots of pickles... nothing like biting into a burger with the taste of the pickle. The fish sandwiches was good didn't like that it was two pieces of fish sticks.. lots of lettuce. I would recommend you try the place out.. lots more yummy stuff on the menu.

My wife and I like to support mom and pop establishments, hence we have been to this place 3 times. The environment is nice and quite and the food is pretty good as well as the shakes. Overall it's a decent restaurant. Minus one thing. The lady, which I believe is the owner is rude, always in a rush especially when they get busy. She's running around like a chicken without her head. We placed our order, got our food and sat down. After we finished our meals, we decided to grab some shakes for the drive back home. She got upset at us because we didn't order the shakes when we placed our food order. She told us to order everything at once because she's not just sitting on her butt doing nothing, she's busy. She also said that regular customers know that. I didn't say a word not a peep, just nodded, grabbed our shakes and walked out. Feel bad because we liked the place and it was close to home. Don't worry Mrs. Flame burger, we won't be coming back and maybe you should hire someone else to help you. Maybe they can make the shakes for you. I'm not telling you not to try the place because the food is good, just don't go inside order through the drive thru. No shake for you!

DO NOT EAT HERE ! Terrible customer service you can just tell the people in there are so unhappy with their life it's sad that tHey have to take out on theirs customers . I wanted a refund right after I got my food and they couldn't even do that . Do not come here if you want to ruin your day because it will !!! The way they talk & interact with their customers is so rude ! And don't buy shakes here either they will just mix vanilla w some cheap taste additive .

This Lady is Awful. She is very rude. I understand this is the Covid time but please be nice and respectful to your customers if you want your business running. I ordered 3 sandwiches and asked them on the Sourdough bread and she didn't take any time to listen to me instead she said oh come to the window. When i repeated my order to her to be sure i am getting what I am paying for. She got rude and said you never said Sourdough bread and came back with my food and said she won't take my order next time because i was confusing her. Excuse me madam! there are many other business who want money and serve good food. I am not going back to this place.

This place is amazing. They discontinued my fave - Hawaiian burger though. The fries are the best. They have good shakes too.

We were too early for the general parking gate to open at the White River Amphitheatre, so backtracked on Hwy 164 to find something to eat. Granted it was 3:30pm, only one vehicle in the drive through for large milkshakes. We were the only folks in the restaurant. Well worn indie, definitely mom & pop spot. There were decent variety of menu items. Straightforward counter service and cards for payment are taken.The Homie had a cheeseburger (no tomatoes or lettuce) with fries and a soda. I opted for two fried cod filets and fries. The latter were pooled with The Homie's batch.Cooked to order and piping hot. Crinkle cut fries well seasoned. Decent tartar sauce and ketchup/mayo dipping sauce. Overall food ordered was decent, but a bit spendy around $24 with tax & tip.Other notables:*Don't know whether they staff up accordingly when there are concerts scheduled down the highway. If you're in a hurry - go to the Taco Time, DQ, or McDs further down the road. Or opt for other spots in this strip mall, which included a Subway. Other spots included Italian, Mexican, teriyaki spots, as well as, a Big Java coffee stand.Other notables:*Flyers by the entrance aren't tourist type brochures. Do you need Jesus in your life? You get the idea.*Clean women's bathroom, but only one functional stall. *Exercise caution getting back on the highway, very heavy traffic both directions.* Don't regret getting a milkshake instead of a soda for $5 additional charge. Looked great seeing them hand mixed.And yes, food and drink onsite at Whiteriver Amphitheater is very pricey and has restrictions regarding bringing in outside food.

This place is the place to come for amazing shakes and fries but the service is the best I've ever had. My daughter spilt her shake and they made her feel totally ok with it . They actually cleaned it up and made her a new one for free and that is something you don't anymore. Thank you for teaching my child about kindness . Great place
