The bar we went to had a closed kitchen so we resorted in snagging some grub from this truck!Tried:-Al Pastor Burrito ($12)-Carne Asada and Al Pastor Tacos ($3) each-Side of Guac ($2) - small.Everything was so tasty! The Al Pastor had a nice sweetness to it as Al Pastor should.

Looking for a late night meal and went to two places that were supposed to be open but were closed and locked, which led to this taco truck. I was surprisingly pleased as the reviews initially made me hesitant. The prices are the main problem here as each taco is $3, so they're relatively high. However, they do have a lot more meat options (6 total options) including beef lengua (tongue) compared to the cheaper tacos that focus on 3-4 classic meats. Got a few tacos and a quesadilla. Meats were all very good but what separates this place from a lot of others is the tortillas. They're fried in grease so they're more greasy, but the best part is the crisp crunch that comes along with the tortilla. This is the case for both tacos and quesadillas, probably including everything else as well. The crispy outer layer of a shell enhances the entire taste. The additional grease also helps, but maybe it's a bit too greasy.I really enjoyed the quesadilla but I'm not sure if I'd justify the $12 price point. Four pieces of a semicircle that are perfectly crispy, cheesy, and greasy along with a generous amount of sour cream and some lettuce, the quesadilla felt pretty well made. It took quite a bit longer than the tacos which is to be expected, but the end result was delicious with stringy cheese as I pulled each piece apart. Again, the price point was the drawback here as I can get more quesadilla for less at other places, so then there's a matter of quantity versus quality which is an argument dependent on the day.Overall a great stop for late night tacos or other Mexican foods whether it's for a late night snack or a meal. When you're craving some munchies, you just want to eat but the greasiness here can be beneficial as well as the fact that each layer of the foods (tortilla, meat, cheese if applicable, etc) are made with care and consideration.

0 stars. Worst burrito me and my Mexican friend ever had our life. Over priced garbage. Nasty tasteless beans, bland runny rice. Carnitas were inedible thick pieces of chewy fat. Guacamole was gross. Don't go here.

Sorry to say, I cannot recommend this food truck. In a city full of exceptional options this was disappointing.I ordered the veggie quesadilla. $12 + tax. A regular size taco with a couple of slices of zucchini. The owner didn't take time to melt the cheese or even heat it up. The cheese was pretty tasteless and was the finely shredded kind you see in low-end store-bought. A touch of salsa, with no flavor and a tablespoon of sour cream.Find one of the El Camino food trucks and you'll be very happy.

El mejor sabor! Best tacos in Fremont! I hit this place after bar hopping & always satisfying. Introduced my friends & they keep salivating when I mention it like Pavlov's dog. The 2 owners Angel & Johnny (Outlander Brewery) are great! Quick & fast service!

Looking for cheap eats in the area while waiting for an event to start Flair Taco was sitting ready.A taco truck with seemingly a permenent residence in the lot it stands in Fremont, theyre ready to serve up some fairly inexpensive tacos.Such was the case the night we visited here. The tacos were serviceable but nothing to write home about. Had to ask for extra toppings, sauces and and napkins. It's like the bare bones of taco trucks - awesome when you see one but you're wondering why it isn't awesome like so many Taco trucks are.Of you're bumping around the Fremont area and craving tacos and/or trying to save a little cash, the flair Taco truck will likely be there. This is fine but it's probably what I'd call and entry level Taco truck, good enough to hold you over but not good enough to return to.

By far, the worst burrito I have ever had. The rice was hard, the meat was dry, the salsa tasted sour. Also, it was $15. I expected more with this amount of money. Im giving them Two stars because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. It was late. It was fairly crowded but considering their location, this should not be out of the norm for them.Do not eat here, that's my recommendation until they improve the quality of their food.To the people who say you shouldn't order anything but tacos, I say maybe they should take everything off their menu that aren't tacos.

Appreciated the cochinita pibil and the lime-cured shrimp tacos. Best I've had since moving to Seattle last year. Staff was super nice! I'm gluten free and there were lots of options for me.

Extremely over priced. Making sure I never go here again! $15 for a burrito that was mostly Rice and Canned Beans. Barely any meat, extremely over priced. No space or tables to eat on. No salsas or anything offered with burrito either but screen turned to request 18% tip.
