Five Stones Coffee Company

Great specialty coffee (my fave is the Stefano, everyone who likes sweet coffee should try this at least once) and yummy pastries! One of my favorite coffee shops on the eastside. This is a newer location, with the space a bit bigger and more seating than other 5 stones locations, but can still get a bit crowded. The service here is great, baristas and cashier are all so considerate and understanding, and do their best to accommodate requests.

Tried 5 Stone for the first time and asked for a recommendation from the barista. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and they talked me into trying their most popular latte which was the Cafe Stefano. They mentioned that it was on the sweeter side but after ordering an 8oz oat milk latte, I thought it was a solid, flavorful latte. I even ordered their cinnamon butter + sugar toast and it somehow evened out the flavor (maybe don't trust my taste buds lol).

Today I give them 4 stars for listening and leaning in to new ways to lead with integrity, kindness and inclusivity. Will be back in a month to see where it goes and update at that time. Staff were kind and helpful. Baked goods include one vegan berry bar baked in house and a gluten free option. Be great to see organic berries used . Interior warm and calming The bad news is non dairy milk- so all of you macros intolerant, milk allergic, compassionate choosing plant milk, vegan etc you will be charged a whopping $1.25 This is cost prohibitive for many especially students. Be a leader. Please explore having your prices be more equal - if you need to charge a bit more on regular coffees, cow milk, baked goods, etc. just spread it out so you don't penalize those choosing whether for medical, health, the environment or out of compassion for animals... non dairy milks. Informing my datapoints include having worked on a family farm on the Olympic Peninsula during college. This price is exceedingly high compared to nearby coffee places Next review will advise more about beans

Love this little place! It's a cozy shop with lots of seating (though it does get packed) the coffee is on point and service is great. We also had the sourdough toast with cinnamon sugar and yum! Can't wait to stop by again (already brought my teen kid to this place and loved it!)

Amazing almond croissant, love their toasts and if and when the manager Andrew makes the cappuccino breve it is phenomenal... perfectly foamy yet rich and velvety in texture. It's balanced and brilliant, exactly what a great cap breve should be. Unfortunately no other barista there knows how to steam a breve right and the rest either burn the milk or don't know how to get foam in there without overheating it and ruining it... off late it's been consistently milky and gross because the best hands in the place no longer makes any breves. so gonna have to look for a new coffee spot.

Service is on point here. I'm constantly impressed with how patient and helpful every single employee is. I've written a review in the past and I thought 4 stars was enough, but no - not it was not enough. So this is enough. This place is great. Stefano all the way. Unless it's a Missile day. The walnut honey toast is also quite good.Keep it coming Five Stones. Thanks

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff and the scent of coffee! The open floor plan gave me a view of the wide variety of fresh pastries that looked delectable! The staff were friendly and were able to make the perfect recommendation. I tried the cafe Stefano which is a house specialty latte with hazelnut and vanilla syrup with cinnamon and a note of orange. This drink was perfect not overly sweet and the coffee was so smooth! I would highly recommend trying Five Stones and bring a friend to socialize with or walk down by the water or shops!

Always a great experience here at Five Stones in Kirkland. This is my go to spot these days Kirkland. They have great parking which is a big plus and it's really close to a lot of good walking areas. Their coffee and drinks are incredible. Their avocado sandwich with egg was solid and also the staff here is exceptional. The vibe here is always great as well!

Lots of signature unique drinks. I've tried them all and my favorite is still the cocovanmint! Sweet and minty~Stefano's supposed orange flavor is light so it's not too overpowering. A few of my friends prefer that speciality drink.Day old pastries are discounted and marked.

I recently visited Five Stones Coffee Company, and it was a fantastic experience! This place has a great ambience that makes you feel right at home.The coffee is definitely a highlight--the flavours really stand out, and you can feel the kick of good coffee.
