If you have been to one Five Guys, you have been to them all. I love the concept of paying one price and being able to put as many toppings on as you want, especially because it is a generous list of toppings! For $10 for a burger, you really can't beat that! BUT, when you add in the $5 fries, I am not sure it is quite a deal any more (with tax, it ends up being $18 so for a few dollars more, you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant and get a really nice burger and fries). The burgers are nicely done (never frozen and made fresh daily) and a nice portion. The fries are made in peanut oil which is supposedly good for cholesterol. I think it must be the fries that are extremely greasy because when you get it to go (or have leftovers), the grease is seeping through the brown paper bag. Their were not any gluten-free options so I wasn't able to eat there, but my family was and they enjoyed the food. The restaurant was really clean. The person taking our order was friendly and very patient as we were trying to figure out what we wanted.Overall, it is a good place if you want a burger and are starving so need it fast or need something quick to go...or need something late once the restaurants have closed since they are open until 11pm. For the money, if you have more time, I would recommend a sit-down restaurant to get a more deluxe burger and fries since you'd only need to pay a few dollars more.

Just finished working out and was hungry, but also on a keto diet, so nothing that I could eat sounded appetizing at the time. Didn't feel like cooking, so decided to get a lettuce wrap burger. Only my second time having a Five Guys burger, and I really like the all the extra toppings you can add on with no additional charge. I was really surprised at how good my lettuce wrap burger came out. I've had a couple lettuce wrap burgers not too long before this, and this was the only one that I can hold and eat like a burger. They wrapped it and put it together very well, and did not become a mess until my last few bites. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, and would have enjoyed it more if I could have it with fries. Service was very friendly. Will come back.

I ordered their most expensive sandwich the bacon cheeseburger and it was certainly not worth the price point. 20 bucks out the door for just a sandwich and the burger was the size of a whopper and average tasting. They also have a bad habit of using wayyyyy too little wrapping paper for some reason they don't wrap the entire burger so the top half of my burger ended up on the floor when I tried to unwrap the sandwich. I watched them do this with every burger they prepared. Why they do it? I don't know other than to save paper. Will they change this habit? Probably not. The employee saw my burger fall apart and gave me another top bun. The reasoning for their higher prices as a fast food joint is because their toppings are unlimited. I asked for sauteed onions and mushrooms. The toppings were delicious albeit greasy. The beef was kinda rubbery. I can't see myself giving them more than two stars because they're no comparison to a nice sit down burger restaurant in downtown which would be of equal price point and much better quality.

Always a fan of Five Guys. My favorite Cheeseburger hands down, and the cajun fries never miss. It's fast, has a great atmosphere to eat in or its quick to pick up for take out. I've had issues ordering online in the past, so I default to in person even if I'm picking up for takeout.

My family has been using this burger stop for 10+years. Mostly it's a pretty good experience. They get the orders right and have friendly and hard working service and the place is clean. We mainly order online, which is a streamlined and efficient process that we appreciate. The food is tasty and they have my favorite fries. Ordinarily, I would have selected 5 stars for this location. However, I have selected "Could've been better" 2 star rating. This is due to corporate practices that ignore social etiquette and takes advantage of American tipping confusion. This practice is reflecting negatively on all the locations and businesses who are taking advantage of customers. This is not the only business jumping on the tipping bandwagon and the whole trend feels "icky" and sneaky. So here is the issue: Why oh why is Five Guys begging for tips in Washington state where minimum wage = minimum tipped wage of $15.74 in 2023? In Seattle, it's an even higher wage of $18.69 per hour. When ordering online, you are defaulted to pay a minimum of 15% tip and you have to explore a bit before finding the option not to tip under "other". It feels like a threat. Like, if you don't go along with the tip that the workers will do something to your food since you are ordering online and not there watching them prepare it. There's not even an explanation online anywhere about their tipping practices and how the tips are divided up amongst the staff or if the staff are even aware of how much you tipped online. The product price is high for burgers and fries and should be enough to cover a fair wage. Tips are for states where businesses are allowed to pay the federal minimum tipped wage of $2.13 per hour and the server lives off tips. This is not the case in Washington state and a number of other states. Furthermore, it is common practice in WA state to tip people who perform well at a personal service like a host/hostest/waiter/waitress or a dog groomer or a hair stylist. A cashier and a cook at a fast food place does not qualify as personal service as the service is not uniquely geared towards each individual customer. The burgers are made on a pre-determined assembly line to the doneness determined by the cook and the product ordered and not customizable by the individual (except toppings; which come from a standard list). Five guys' behavior of suggesting that tips are expected for an assembly line product is unfair, not reflected within cultural etiquette in Washington State (rude). Five Guys, you should be paying your staff a fair wage out of the product price customers pay. Stop with the demanding of the tips in states with a high minimum wage!

Five Guys has good burgers for a fast food place, but it is overpriced for the quality of food you get. I went here this week and got a grilled cheeseburger, which was decent. For fast food, the wait is usually longer, and the food is suitable for a chill night out. The best thing about Five Guys is the abundance of fries that they give you, and they never disappoint. The service at this location is just average. Sometimes it is good, and other times, the workers seemed rushed and not in a good mood. Overall, if you are looking for an overpriced burger that can be customized for how you like it and want lots of fries, then Five Guys is the place for you.

We were craving a burger tonight so we decided to pick up some Five Guys for a quick and easy dinner. We ordered two bacon grilled cheese burgers and added toppings and a regular fry. The burger was tasty, however, the patty was pretty bland and there were barely any toppings on the burger. The fries were unfortunately way too salty. We asked for sides of hot sauce too and they only gave us two containers that were nearly empty. Five Guys is pretty pricey so I wouldn't say the quality of the food was worth the price tonight. Good place to go to if you're looking for a quick bite and craving a burger but it can be a hit or miss here.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order online with them. Error message came up and said order not placed. Tried again. Ot went through the second time. Got to the location to pick up, and they had doubled my order. They said that both orders went through and I had to take the food and they could not give a refund because the food was ready made. They charged my credit card twice. Refused to refund the second charge. Terrible customer service. Why would any establishment do this to anyone.
