Five Guys

I hadn't eaten year in years and was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved their burgers and fries! We picked up the food and took it home and everything was still hot when we got home. It was pretty busy when we got there so had to wait about 10 minutes but that's fine because that means the food is nice and fresh. I love the flavors on the fries. This is definitely my new go to place for burgers!

It's ok. You have many good options for burgers, and while what I got here was certainly passable, for the price you can do much better. The double cheeseburger came on a small bun about the size of a burger from the golden arches although it stacks higher due to the thicker patties. I did appreciate that it had both onions and mushrooms on it. The cheese looked like a couple slices of American cheese...pretty disappointing. I do like American cheese when it's melted, but they can do better. Overall very average. The fries are good, solid thick cut fries with the skins on them. If you have to stick with a chain burger, for less money with more interesting side options, go to Smashburger. For the same price but better flavor and a bigger burger go to JLB Eatery.

Dined in for lunch. It took a bit to order because the guy at the register was on the phone. Eventually another lady (manager?) took our order. We ordered 3 burgers a large fries and drinks. It took about 5 minutes to get or order, not bad. The order came out perfectly as we ordered it. If you've never been to Five Guys, the fries are fresh cut and super generous. I guess I should be happy they offered dine-in at all. The location I wanted to go to did not. There were only 3 tables to sit out due to social distancing. The staff was very nice.

We got a couple of fives guys down in houston and so I am familar with how their food is. We dropped by for a meal and found the food to be enjoyable. Their frieds, however tend to be overly greasy and smudged. Despite this the locatation is pleasant, the customer services is commendable, and I'd considered returning.

The 4 and 5 stars at this place must be friends of the owner. This place is a joke. Prices are a joke. There are 25 places within 5 miles of this place with lower prices for a much better burger. 5 Guys is a shell of its former self and this place will be out of business before long.

Greeted with a friendly smile. Food served hot and fresh. Generous serving of fries! TikTok made me try the Grilled Cheese burger!! It was very delicious. Restaurant was clean. My need with this place was their prices. Receipt attached. I mean, am I out of line here with my thinking?

I absolutely love five guys and I'm happy this location is open. I walked in and immediately got greeted. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and helpful. The other gentleman who made my order was also really nice. I asked for extra pickles & he did not disappoint. I was in & out in less that 10 minutes - and they were busy. When I got home our food was still really hot & fresh. everything was delicious. Great job guys!

Howard is very professional over the phone and is dedicated to giving excellent customer service for this location. His attention to detail and speedy client attention will always keep him on top. :)

My review and rating is not really about how bad their food is, but their value and price. Their burgers are tasty, much better than most other fast food chains but a double cheese burger with regular fries are twice the price. Now yes if we move up in quality so should we move up in price right? Well if you go to BB butchers, a high end steak house, their burgers are around the same price and even lower. Now I've eaten at B&B Butchers and their burgers is massive and better as well as their truffle fries. Does five guys make a decent burger? Yes. Is it worth 17 dollars? No, $12? Maybe. Me and my fiancé popped in for a late lunch, I wasn't that hungry so we only ordered one meal and I just nibbled on his burger. The food was not nasty, I just don't think the one meal was worth the 22$ it was. Honestly not much better than the mcdonald's down the way. Also there was multiple employees walking around inside and outside, looked like they were about to have a meeting but it just looked VERY unprofessional. Won't be back anytime soon
