FIT BAR Superfood Cafe

Fair warning I need to give this place another shot for sure. Friends picked this for a bit of a breakfast meetup and I hadn't seen it before. It's literally a little front cafe in a gym. And the gym looks nice with some good equipment. Got here right when it opened and ordered a latte and an acai bowl. I can't say I felt warmly greeted in the early morning, but also I'm not a morning person. When I was asked about milk I said 'regular is fine' and was informed this was a vegan place...no objections to that, just an FYI.The acai bowl was fine and I guess me just needing to feel like my normal morning drink, I was lacking with sweetener options that I would normally have gotten. I think I'd probably try a smoothie next time (remembered that most places make acai bowls with a LOT of acai for my liking).Not much seating inside, like maybe 2 tables and a couch. Probably a great grab/go places for a health food kick.

A great find for me during my Washington trip!I found this place after searching for a breakfast spot to grab something quick to eat before my group drove from Seattle to Ellensburg. We wanted something quick and easy, but also still healthy and not going to weigh us down so we didn't feel sluggish driving. And of course, vegan-friendly options because I'm vegan!We didn't expect it to be part of a gym! However, it made a lot of sense and I wish my gym had this cafe connected to it! This place is super vegan-friendly, focusing on Acai bowls, smoothies, and coffees, but they had warm food offerings and snacks as well.I ordered the Zen Acai bowl, which has strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, coconut, and cacao nibs. I added peanut granola (all their granola toppings are vegan!) and agave nectar as my sweetener.The bowl is tasty, refreshing, sweet, and light! I actually got full eating my Micro-sized bowl, but without feeling bloated. Loved the light fresh fruit with the heavier granola and cacao. They also have vegan waffles and avocado toast as warm menu options! Plus an assortment of drinks to-go for whatever need you have - Energy, relaxation, CBD, vitamins, etc. There is seating to enjoy your drinks and food and people-watch and I barely noticed the gym next door at all. Overall, great find!

I came in after a manicure at the salon next door for a smoothie. I ordered their green machine smoothie and it was the BEST green smoothie I have tasted. I appreciated how thorough they were in taking my order-a lot of their smoothies and products feature peanuts. I loved their cafe and I love their location-they are easily walkable from anywhere in downtown Renton.

Additional option:Inflation, we're all feeling it. Want a $10 meal that's filling, delicious and healthy while it's hot outside? Smoothies are the way to go.These are some good darn smoothies. They're not super sweet and you can taste the fresh ingredients.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place! Over a 10 day Seattle stay, I believe we ate here four mornings! Great menu of smoothies, vegan breakfast offerings, and coffees. Lovely indoor/outdoor space was really nice in the summer weather , and they were very welcoming of our two dogs.

We actually came here after having breakfast. We both ate only half cause we knew we were going to loop back. They get a lot of pick up orders cause we were standard at the order counter for awhile because they were slammed in the back making orders, but we weren't in any rush. One someone came out they were friendly and informative. My friend asked if they could the Green Machine without coconut water and regular water was suggested to keep it refreshing. I usually get smoothies without milk but forgot to ask after my friends question I had the acai berry. Definitely want to cone back for the bowls I had my wye on the zen bowl when I thought we were going to have breakfast but my friend was feeling light headed and we knew she needed something a little more substantial. My friend loved the green machine so much she's going to come back and get them al the time. The space is nice and open connected to a gym. There is a overhead door that opens up giving the space lots of light. There are tables outside and inside. Shout out to the staff for their patience with all our questions. We'll definitely be back.

Traveling from out of town and was looking for an Açaí bowl place. Stumbled across this and had a bit of difficulty finding the location as Yelp maps you to 332 Burnett Avenue North! Wrong end of Burnett. Make sure you map to 332 Burnett Ave South, Renton, WA.Now that I have you to Fit Bar, you should try the Zen Açaí Bowl! The sizes are generous but still pricey. Flavorful and tasty.

Love ordering pick up from them. My favorite place in the area to get quality açaí bowls! Great service as well.

Excellent place for healthy and GREAT food and service. Small seating area, we went in the summer, and it has lovely outdoor seating. Renton, WA

I highly recommend this place. I was visiting some friends in WA and always look for a smoothie bar wherever I go. The bowls they have are absolutely to die for. They have 2-3 different sizes of bowls and I got the MACRO, the largest one. The açaí base for the bowl was great and even better than my local smoothie bar I always go to in California. The fruit is fresh and soooo good. I miss this place and can't wait to go back. A pinch pricey but worth every dollar. Attached to a gym. Love the essence at this place. Won't disappoint you. Even my friends who have lived there for years never knew about this place, now they are hooked.
