First Watch is a vibrant café that screams brunch through its lively decor and inviting atmosphere. I visited on a Saturday morning, and despite the busyness of the place, with both indoor and outdoor seating bustling with patrons, there was no waiting time, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, they have sufficient free parking outside, which made the visit even more convenientThe First Watch team is incredibly warm and friendly, and their efficiency is impressive. We were promptly handed two menus: the regular menu and a seasonal fall menu. Both offered an array of delicious breakfast options, making it difficult to decide. In fact, I was so indecisive that I had to request additional time from our waitress, who was very understanding. After much deliberation, I finally settled on the Chile Chorizo Omelet and the Frittata Rustica, paired with both warm and iced coffee. I opted to replace the side of green salad with lemon dressing with roasted potatoes, which was a good choice. Each breakfast came with a slice of sourdough or multigrain toast, a nice touch that added to the meal. The presentation of each dish was thoughtful and inviting. The eggs, the true stars of the show, were cooked to perfection. The Frittata Rustica was generous with cheese and packed with an assortment of vegetables like cremini mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, greens, and onions, which added a burst of flavor to the dish. I absolutely loved it.The Chile Chorizo Omelet was equally impressive--filled with chorizo and vegetables, and accompanied by plenty of sides like sour cream, Pico de Gallo, avocado, cheese, and chilies. It was a hearty, delicious dish that didn't disappoint. What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted vibrant and well-prepared, and the condiments were readily available at the table, adding to the overall convenience. First Watch provided an excellent breakfast experience, and it's definitely a spot I'd recommend for a delightful and satisfying brunch

This place is absolutely Fabulous! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and sat at the bar! What a treat! First let me say that we flew in the day before the CMA FEST and we were not used to this Nashville heat so we were exhausted, dehydrated. The heat and the crowds from the night before had us with low energy. This place gave us the energy we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I was highly impressed with our bartender Zackary. His hospitality was 5 Star and his enthusiasm and knowledge about the history of the restaurant was very impressive. He shared a bit of Nashville history with us too. I had never heard of First Watch. Management came over and talked to us about Nashville in general and was very helpful with our tourism questions. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We ordered Avocado Toast, The traditional breakfast and FarmHouse Hash!!! Coffee is delicious and we were so happy with our food and service that we went back the next day received the same extraordinary service! I highly recommend this place for Breakfast and Brunch! Bonus points for being walking distance from our hotel and so close to all the action!

We came by on a Saturday almost at noon, so the wait was about 45 minutes for the two of us, which is pretty much as expected for weekend brunch, especially downtown. Inside was nice and new and comfortable. Our server was lovely and very fast-and when we got our food, she came right out with silverware and syrup before we even had a chance to ask! The coffee was hot and they leave a pot on the table, which I'm a fan of.They have both a seasonal and regular menu, and both have options for everyone. I tried the "Tropica Sunrise" juice, but I wasn't a fan. It was kind of like a lemonade (so watered down) and definitely had some added sweetener, so it was disappointing. They juice some of the produce onsite, but not everything. Looking at the menu, the pineapple & strawberry was fresh, but the mango & lime was processed. My boyfriend got the French Toast and he was definitely a fan. I tried the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata (no parm), which was a bit unusual for me because I am picky about my salmon and like my eggs runny, but it was great! The salmon is wild, so that was nice, and although there was only like one sun dried tomato in there, there was plenty of onion and the chive cream to pack in the flavor. The toast was salty, but I didn't really want it anyway, and just a note that the salad is literally just dressed greens, but that was fine because it was plenty of food. The frittata was great and I'd order it again! Next time I think we'll just plan to come much earlier! I'd order the frittata again, but not the juice.

Good spot for brunch in downtown Nashville. The food and drink are great, but unfortunately the service is mediocre at best. Location is great just off of Broadway, but that means parking is street parking or parking ramps nearby. There was confusion on entering on how to notify staff you're there. I did get a table quickly for a party of one, but the staff was not attentive. I got the Works Omelet with potatoes and a Bloody Mary. The food and drink were great, but the servicewas not. Shortly after the food came out the waitress brought the bill. She did not ask if I wanted anything else. I would have ordered another drink, but it seemed like they were more focused on the quantity of patrons than quality of their experience. Great place for food, but service is mediocre at best.

I did pick up for my order, so didn't get to experience the service but the food was amazing. I got the breakfast bowl with brussel sprouts, egg, potato and bacon. Seasoned very well, I loved the detail of preparation and spice! I also got an immunity drink with beets and something else can't quite remember but it was really really good especially after just completing a workout.

My first time going to First Watch, I didn't know they have several in different states. It's not in NYC. Luckily, this was up the block from the hotel we stayed at and it's right off Broadway. Everything we had was good & our waitress was nice. First let's talk about the Purple Haze o sooooo super good and refreshing. I'm not a pancake or French toast girlie (I'm a waffles girlie) but I tried both this weekend in Nashville. The Hawaiian French Toast was really tasty had a nice blend to it. I had the shrimp & grits which were super tasty & flavorful. My favorite was in New Orleans but these were good too. The veggie hash was good & tasty as ℓℓ. The ambiance is also cute & lively.

Brunch at First Watch is a must! They sourced fresh ingredients that are in season and you definitely can taste that! For brunch, there are so many options (sweet, savory, mix). Service here was phenomenal, everyone was so nice and attentive and gave good recommendations. I got the skillet hash - Farmhouse with bacon, avocado, veggies, sunny side eggs, and cheese and it was delicious. Very hearty and yummy. It also came with toast, which goes well with the dish. My friend got the chickichanga and I tried a bite of it and it was so good, I will have to get this next time!! It was like a breakfast burrito fried with this verde chili sauce that sealed the deal. It comes with potatoes and fruit, making this a great savory order.Their fresh juices are the best. I tried the morning meditation, which was orange, turmeric, lemon, and ginger, and it was refreshing and a great drink for the morning. Make sure to ask them for their seasonal juices! My friend got the seasonal, which was the Tropical Sunrise, and it had mango, strawberry, and pineapple, and it was so good.

I am a huge fan of First Watch. This seems to be a newly opened location right off of Broadway. We went early on a Saturday morning so we didn't have to wait. We joined the waitlist before we got there, but it wasn't even needed. By the time we left it was getting pretty packed.Their iced coffees are so delicious! I love the cold foam they put on them. I highly recommend ordering one! I got the Chickichanga breakfast wrap and it was absolutely delicious! I swapped the potatoes for the grits. Very good choice I made. I would definitely go back here!
