First Watch

This is my first visit to first watch and I came with my wife. We got in at a great time within five minutes of arriving the place got really busy. It's a chain. There are number them in Illinois is super fresh, baked fresh made fresh cooked fresh. Would you let Millia farm table type of restaurant. They had outside seating. We arrived about 930 and we did notice that the other side of the parking lot was completely empty when we left at 10 AM. The other side of the parking lot was completely full.My wife opted for the biscuits and gravy, and these were prepared with a homemade biscuit huge, sliced in half with turkey sausage gravy, which was amazing. It also came with seasoned potatoes, thank cubes of potatoes, cooked to perfection and seasoned although a little bit heavy on the salt. It also came with the side of eggs of your choice she chose scrambled the presentation was very nice with a sprinkle of chives on top fresh chives. I opted for omelette and mine came with chorizo slices of avocado, two types of cheese and some pico de gallo. It also came with two slices of toast and a side of their homemade jam. What I really liked about the plate is it came with some mixed greens with a lemon vinaigrette those were delicious and a perfect complement to the breakfast breakfast.Bougie and it was delicious. I am very hard to please when it comes to coffee and that coffee was great. They gave you a lot of choices of the flavored creamers at the table, but I'm a half-and-half guy and I asked for half-and-half in the politely got some from the back in the kitchen , I could not be more pleased. The coffee was delicious. I had 2 cups of it. They did half-and-half that doesn't agree with me due to medical reasons so I for fresh all the time and they we're happy to accommodate.All the waitresses I saw were very professional and made it a great experience. Their level of teamwork was above and beyond, and they were very fast and my wife loved the decorations and the decor in the restaurant. The seats were comfortable. It was not too loud overall, it was a great experience and we will be back , when we pick our son up from the airport.I'm not sure if other locations are anywhere close to this you will find yourself an excellent breakfast spot. For the quality of the quality of the restaurant and the prices were extremely fair. I had no problems paying menu prices for these items. I thought I had a really great value for the money and considering the level of service and the level of cleanliness and the food quality I give this five stars. I don't normally give five stars, but they deserved it today most definitely.It appears good there is a lot of farm to tables sustainable type of menu and there's plenty of options for vegans or vegetarians for meat, lovers, etc.

This is the second First Watch I tried, and the food is indeed Instagram worthy. The ambiance is warm and friendly, amid the hustle and bustle busyness of the dining area. They have an outdoor seating area which is a nice option.I ordered the avocado toast, which was good. It consisted of two small pieces of bread, with a generous amount of creamy avocado and two eggs. The eggs were cooked to a perfect "over easy" (the only way to have eggs yo). I also ordered this with a side of bacon and a Morning Meditation, one of their specialty drinks.Service was good and prompt and I can see why there is always a line for this place.BATHROOM REVIEW: Single, separate bathrooms, with door latches that show if a bathroom is occupied or not. There are four bathrooms to choose from. The one I chose had a lot of toilet paper.... just not on the roller. Overall, it was clean enough and got the job done. Sit or squat? Sit.... a line it up with the abundance of toilet paper.

We were in and out in under and hour and I love that. They're friendly and can turn tables over quickly. Went out for breakfast with the family on Thursday am, good crowd for a weekday am. I ordered a simple healthy turkey: egg white omelette with turkey breast, feta, and tomatoes. Side: gluten free toast and tomatoes. Another person had toast and my sister had an egg white wrap with turkey and mozzarella. All food was good and delicious! I especially appreciated that we could pay on our phone. One little gripe: $3.99 for hot coffee! Yowza

Yummy breakfast spot. Whether you're in the mood for something healthy, gluten free, indulgent, First Watch has an extensive menu of entrees, sides, beverages. I opted for a fluffy veggie egg white omelette and substituted fresh tomatoes for fried potatoes (which looked delicious btw). Others ordered avocado toast, eggs prepared different ways, bacon, sausage, coffee, fresh pressed juices. The stand out dish were the lemon ricotta pancakes. So light, fluffy, and just the right hint of sweetness. Fortunately, the serving was generous so we were all able to share.When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown to a table to accommodate our party of six. Wait staff was friendly, patient and attentive. Parking in the adjoining lot was a breeze. Reservations are not accepted but we were able to put our name on a wait list while we were still on the road but nearby. The restaurant itself is bright, modern, elevated farmhouse chic.

If you need something quick and in the area, it is good enough. The people who work there seem to take it like a regular job. You expect the kind of service as if you went to a large chain restaurant like Denny's or iHop. The atmosphere is nicer and better is better than those two places I mentioned. Better alternative over other fast food places for a quick breakfast or brunch. I assume a lot if the business is from the hotels nearby and some local area restaurants.

One of the best meals ever--called Baconado. It was delicious. This new restaurant in Rosemont was beautiful and staff very friendly. My daughter fell in love with their avacado toast.

I haven't been to a First Watch in so long, so my coworkers and I decided to head there for lunch. You can go onto their website to make reservations or join a waitlist at the time you plan to arrive. That way you do not have to wait for a table when you get to the restaurant. I highly suggest you do that as they do tend to get busy around lunch time during the week. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was great! She went over the menu with us after one of our coworkers pointed out that it was their first time at First Watch. She was also constantly checking in on us even though the place was pretty busy. The last time I went to First Watch (in Orlando, FL), the decor was giving a slightly upscale IHOP, but it seems that they've redecorated, and it honestly looks much more upscale and inviting. The food was delicious! I remember the portions being slightly larger, but I guess even restaurants are no longer immune to shrink-flation. I love that they have a "healthier side" option on their menu. It was even showing calories and macros. You can also find all this information on their website. I had the Power Wrap and it was light, filling and delicious! The turkey was smoked to perfection and the sauce truly tied the whole thing together. I highly recommend you try that if you're on a health journey this year. It comes with a side of fruit, but you can always substitute for other options like a side salad. It was good to be back, and I'm glad I found a great and affordable lunch option during my WFO days. ~Till next time!

I arrived to work early and decided to give them a try. Great choice. Bright, clean, new spot. The host was very friendly. I sat at the bar. A very handsome, cool, friendly server named Taso took my order. Reasonably priced. Food was delish, not that heavy, tasty. Good coffee. Now I can conquer my day. I will definitely be back.

I had ordered 2 large salads and paid for extra chicken and extra avocado and they did not add it to my order. And I don't know if it's a new person in the back but I've been getting big thick cuts of lettuce in my salads for a while now. Those big pieces are inedible

Food was GREAT. Pleasantly surprised. Didn't know this was a chain. The potatoes were AMAZING!!! We had the chicken tacos and farmhouse skillet!! The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant was clean. Gives you that downtown feel without actually being downtown. Will be back for sure. For the service, the waitress was amazing. Very attentive and she made perfect suggestions without being overwhelming. Here's the only thing I did not like. The host barely talked. Seemed annoyed at best. Even when paying the bill, didn't say much. Just stuck out his hand for the bill and credit card without words. If you don''t like your job, make efforts to get a new one. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
