Ordered double meat 8 in sub , got sub with no meat, then they put meat, very skimpy and I asked if was double meat, stated no I didn't hear you, was the worst dud I've ever had at firehouse subs and hands down skimpiest toppings, tomato was so thinly sliced you could see through it, will not be going back!

Got my order wrong and then took 45 minutes to come out and it was still wrong. Workers seem lost and do not know what they are doing. Very high prices for very mid food

Plane and simple, what a joke. Need to learn how to take an order. No lettuce or tomatoes on sandwich,I even seen them weigh the lettuce. There was some kind of sauce or spread on my sandwich form them not even wiping off knife after cutting another sandwich. $25.00 for 2 sandwiches, smaller bag of chips and a very small soda. First and last time going there. I guess some people have never been to a real sandwich shop! The looks of other comments.

Ordered a "New York Steamer" today, what I got was a sandwich with a meat to bread ratio of 20/80 and I'm not even sure I got brisket meat, as the meat layer was so thin. Of course the actual sandwich never looks like the picture, unless its from non franchised deli sandwich shop, and I accept that, but this poor shrinkflated meat excuse of a sandwich was very disappointing. Just a reminder to those of you who already know these consequences of inflation, you can shop across the street at Walmart and get the ingredients to make a way better sandwich without being dishonestly served by a franchise sandwich shop. I understand that Firehouse donates to literal fire houses but what happens when you drive away the customers with your sub quality sandwiches? Less donations to the fire departments or even less meat in the sandwiches? A slippery slope indeed. The pic attached has double the meat then the sandwich I received for $10.29+tax. Oh and I didn't get the pickle spear either. The term "steamer" also refers to a steaming pile of excrement. The jokes on me.

Super friendly, yummy food and reasonable prices. The day we were there was crazy busy but they still went out of there way to politely help every person and make sure the sandwiches were just as we wanted them and hot!

Order from the site directly. Do not order from yelp. It cost me an extra $5 for carry out. I'm pissed. When I selected order now, it automatically took me to yelp. I wish I could just cancel the order.
