Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Our waiter Alexis was great! One of my dinner companions has some allergies and he explained how they could accommodate. It seems like Firebirds does a great job with allergies - and now I know the veggies are prepped fresh daily, not some frozen mix. I had the 7 oz filet with a baked potato and the Dirty Bird martini. The martini is shaken tableside and is plenty dirty! I enjoyed everything though next time I'd get a steak butter or something for the steak. It didn't seem very seasoned.

Bottom line up front: Do yourself a favor and go to The Keg (in the same complex) instead. We came as a group of 6. It felt like the AC was not working the entire time. Some of us were literally sweating. Our cocktails came out AFTER we were done with our appetizer. To give some context - we ordered the appetizers at the same time as the cocktails when our waitress greeted us. Our reservation was at 6pm, and we didn't get our cocktails until 645. When we remarked on the wait, she told us she got double sat and the bar was busy. No offer to try to make things right. The 2nd round did come out in a normal time frame, however. We each ordered different steak - and none of us were impressed or even finished our meals. The steak was low quality, the toppings were bland, the salads were overdressed, and the mashed potatoes were meh (and I am very easy to please with mashed potatoes). The lobster queso was pretty good, as were the deviled eggs. The waitress was nice enough, but not great. We all agreed we would never come back nor recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, I love this place. Sit in the bar area and have Jenae give you the best service.Second, never order any of the soups or Chilli. Some reason they don't have any crackers or any kind in this place. It's a bad joke at this point. Even f'ing Wendy's gives you crackers with their Chilli! I can't give a nice place like this anything higher than 2 stars for missing something so basic as crackers. Unacceptable. If it wasn't for Jenae and the deviled eggs you should just go to On n Out.

After setting up my daughter for her Jr year of college. We decided to get something yummy steak. It was down the street from where we were staying. We ordered all different things on the menu. The drinks and food was very delicious. The only thing I do have to say was my daughter's steak was not that seasoned but other than that it was very delicious. We got there about an hour from closing but the service was still great.

First of all, the service was absolutely amazing!! Probably the best I have *ever* experienced, thanks to our server, Molly!! (And the hostess was also wonderful when we called and when we arrived). Molly had a sparkling personality, gave us great recommendations, was professional, kind, and super friendly. I seriously wanted to give her a hug when we left!As for the food, it was 4.5 stars (except the bread deserves 10 stars!! I don't know what magic is involved but that was THE BEST BREAD EVER!!)We both got the surf n'turf and it was enough food to bring half of it home. The lobster and steak were both huge and tasty. The lobster was a little chewy and the flavor not as good as some I've had elsewhere. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection! But the flavor was a tiny step below others I've had. Still it was all quite satisfying experience and I'm looking forward to having my leftovers!Overall this was a spectacular experience and a great way to celebrate. We will be back again to try some other options, and hopefully we'll be lucky enough to have Molly as our server once again.

I have been craving a good prime rib for awhile and tonight I finally satisfied my craving. With my server nudging me, I did cave into their 16 oz prime rib with a loaded potato and it was massive! It was cooked to order and was juicy and very tasty. The loaded baked potato was also great. They also provide complementary bread and butter which I appreciate. They have a great 3 course meal for $39.95 which is an awesome deal and I definitely want to try that next time.It was pretty busy but the service was great. My server was very attentive the entire time. Definitely recommend this place for dinner.

This place get busy. They do take reservations. Please plan ahead or you'll end up at the bar like us. Not to worry as we found out it's not such a bad thing. Hence, this is a review specifically for the bar service. Jenae was our bartender. Lucky us she is a master of her craft. Hopefully she's working the day you visit. Not only is she attentive but knowledgeable with menu and drinks. She made our dinner date super fun and enjoyable. The food was delicious. The Lobster appetizer was on point. The side mushrooms were buttery. We didn't take pictures of our cocktails. Because they went down fast. Lol. That's how good they were. We will definitely be back and try the table service next.

Enjoyed my happy hour meal here with the Fired up shrimp and Ranch Rings. I hadn't dined here for a while so I was happy to know that the food and service is still great.The FireBar area started getting lively around 5pm. There are some good food and drink options for happy hour which is Momday thru Friday 4pm-7pm.

Dominic was SO amazing tonight. What a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend if you dine at firebirds to request Dominic. We will be back for sure!

PLASTIC UTENSILS!?! WHAT KIND OF STEAK HOUSE HAS PLASTIC UTENSILS!!!This is a sit down restaurant we found, well reviewed, with great photos of delicious looking food. We made a reservation and, expecting an upscale steakhouse, observed the "smart casual" dress code. We sat down at our empty table (no water, no table settings) for more than 15 minutes before the overworked waitress finally came over. We gave her our order (still with nothing on our table) and waited for our appetizers to arrive. Shortly after placing our order, a girl came over with two small plates and PACKAGED PLASTIC UTENSILS (?!?!) which she unceremoniously left on our table in a pile. IN A STEAK HOUSE!?!?! We didn't wait to see what kind of steaks were served to be enjoyed with PLASTIC UTENSILS! We got the hell out of there and will NEVER GO BACK!
