Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Psa: Food tasted hust as good as it looked so we couldn't get photos before demolition lol....Everything was great! I believe our waitor was Josh, we were sat almost immediately, ambiance was nice, intimate and laid back atmosphere. The food was flavorful, my husband got the Chilean Seabass and I had the 3 course meal- tortilla soup (AMAZING!), Salmon and Shrimp was great but I personally like hubbys Seabass better. They had the exact same sauce and shrimp on top of the rice pilaf however the flavor if the bass itself but delicious, BOTH wer GREAT nonetheless! Then I got the crème brûlée cheesecake but was too full to try yet so its taken home with me. My husband became a bit hangry comin in so sorry if he rubbed you the wrong way lol but food and service, thanks Josh!

After a long morning of meetings and missing my flight I had 4 hours to waste before my next flight. I found Firebirds on Yelp and the pictures looked good so I decided to give them a try. I was seated immediately but it took about 10 minutes for my waitress to acknowledge I was seated. There were no other customers near me so maybe she didn't realize they had seated me in her section. I only realized how long I was waiting when I reread an email I had sent when I first sat down. My waitress was not very friendly and didn't offer anything beyond saying ok. My food came out quickly but the fish lacked flavor. The sauce was ok but the actual fish was bland. The baked potato was good but it's hard to mess up a potato. Overall my experience was not worth the price and I won't be back.

Food was great and the waitress was very helpful (Could tell she was juggling quite a few tables). Old fashioned was good and the atmosphere was not too loud so I was able to catch up with a friend. Would definitely go back.

We had never been to Firebirds before so we didn't know what to expect. So I decided to take my wife to Firebirds. Parking:The parking was absolutely horrible I wish there were dedicated spots specifically for this restaurant because it's connected with other business, BUT I have to be clear even though the parking sucked this does not take away the experience we had nor does it take away the five stars I'm giving it. Atmosphere When you walk in the lights were deemed which I absolutely loved. This gives off the ultimate Valentines Day Experience in my opinion. You could also smell the many different flavors of food they were preparing so my eye were wide open excited ready to look at the menu and taste one of the many different flavors I was smelling. Customer Service The customer service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly. FoodThe food I ordered was the Tomahawk Porkchop with fries. This food was absolutely amazing. At first the got my chop at medium well but they quickly resolved it by giving me another one. They apologized about it. I informed them that it wasn't a big deal because I understood they were extremely busy. This wasn't an issue to me because they resolved it and very friendly. Once I got my food though everything was great. The food was the exact flavor I was smelling. The food was good. The customer service was good. It was a win win a minus the parking. Total for my chop and fries were28.99 before taxes. We will be back!

Mmmm... please do yourself a solid favor & head over to Firebirds! Cozy, warm atmosphere & great food, wine selection & good service ( shout out to Brandy our server/bartender)! I had the Ahi Tuna Salad & it was delish! Exploded with flavor but yet, felt light. Will FOR SURE be going back to try more yummy dishes!

This was our first time trying this restaurant and we're highly disappointed! $25 for Parmesan crusted chicken which looked like burnt pancakes! Couldn't even eat them! We will never be back!

I frequent Firebirds and each time the food and service is spectacular. This place also has a really good happy hour food and drink options.

So, this place is a bit hit or miss depending on what you order and can be concerning based on the price you pay. The Chilean Sea bass is incredible, just melts in your mouth. The key lime butter sauce was spot on and paired well. Now, as for salmon or porkchop I wouldn't recommend because both were very overcooked and tough. Service incredible from the hostess to the servers as they were all very attentive. Every time I've went they ask if we have a reservation, we say no, then they immediately seat us anyway lol. Just an interesting experience to me. Would I go back?? Yes, for the Chilean Sea bass and also the shrimp appetizer they had on their happy hour menu.

The first time I went there, I thought it was terrible. instead of posting I called Firebirds and spoke with the new manager, Rachel. She said she was turning this restaurant around and please try it again. Last night we went back l, and Oh my goodness, NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENT! The waiters were so professional and polite. the food was out of this world Fantastic! Kuddos to Rachel and the other managers. i would say, try Firebirds, you'll love it too. Thank you Rachel for coming out to meet me. You have done a dynamite job!

What an absolutely amazing and unexpected evening! Making the reservation, we indicated it was a going away dinner for my oldest daughter leaving for her freshman year of college. After dinner, the general manager came out with a dessert and a basket of dorm room essentials for her. Our whole family was in tears at this beautiful gesture. The GM spoke with us for a while and he was simply incredible. I can't thank the staff and GM enough for creating this core memory for our family. Mind. Blown.
