Omg this food truck is amazing. I ordered the Carolina Style Pulled Pork with Mac and cheese and collards. The bbq is kind of sweet, with a molasses style base. It's a sweet barbecue and not too much vinegar. The Mac and cheese is a shell style mac. It was creamy and really good. The collards were also on point. I usually ask for vinegar but these didn't need any extra. The cornbread was sweet as well and not crumbly at all. Totally a winner here. Great food truck.

"This is the best sandwich I've ever had!" My wife.By far the best BBQ I have ever had. The burnt ends sandwich was huge. The sauce was perfect. The bun was amazing. This is a must eat. Their food truck gets around so be sure to find it. I was impressed, very impressed.After eating at some of the best places in Chicago's food scene, living in NC and eating at some of the most famous spots on the planet, this was the best food experience I have ever had.You haven't lived until you try one of these sandwiches. My husband and I came to visit our family in Nashville. I was craving for smoked wings for so long. I visited a couple places that claimed they have the best smoked wings but they didn't fulfill my cravings. I looked on Yelp and someone said FNS has delicious smoked wings. I gave it a shot and I am so glad. This food truck is a bomb! Smoked wings are amazing! They are delicious and juicy. I ordered the plain wings because I wanted to smell and taste 100% smoky flavor from the wings. Oh gosh! Worth it! Burnt ends brisket is so tender, juicy and flavorful. I am going to buy a tons of their nummers bbq and bring them back to Maryland for sure. Outrageous bbq spot you have to try!

Not impressed with the tacos. I would go with something else on the menu. The wings looked good, and so did the brisket and pulled pork. I had the Nashville hot chicken tacos. Beware! The heat level is flaming. Hottest tacos I've ever had. It was legitimately a struggle to finish two. Also, the toppings were too heavy and made everything soggy. These are fork and knife tacos.I'll update my review when I find this food truck again and try something different. 3/5

Appetizer smoked wings with white Alabama sauce. Yummy! The food is from a different company. I believe the servers are the owners. Great place to get a bite and beer. I'm not a beer fan no review on that.They have two locations. I visit the location on 5012 Centennial Blvd Nashville TN 32709.

The Nashville hot chicken here is excellent. Good fried chicken and great spice levels. Also have had a great hot fish taco here. Highly recommended, especially in combination with those outstanding Southern Grist brews!

Fire and Smoke never disappoints. Got the hot chicken tacos today and they were perfect. Out of slaw but Joe made it perfection either way. Beer and tacos. Always delicious.

I have ate here several times. Had hot chicken and brisket. Both were excellent. Sides are super flavorful. Make the trip not just for the SGB beer, but to eat at Fire N Smoke. Have not had anything I have not loved.

Hot chicken is on point, 5 different levels, I went with hot.......that's they're #3 lv., it was hot but had so much flavor....wow!!! My wife had the Burnt Ends, we were worried we'd be getting a dried piece of meat, but OMG they were so moist n had a nice bark ....almost like a pork texture, with all the beef awesomeness .....and they have the best sides of any Hot Chicken or BBQ joins in town....

My first visit to Nashville, and I ate a handful of hot chicken and BBQ here, and this was by far the best. And definitely the best green beans I've ever had (seriously, even if you don't like green beans). The Mac n cheese was on point too, not soggy, soft noodles like at Hattie B's. I wish I had the opportunity to try the entire menu before we had to leave town!
