Finney's Crafthouse - Oceanside

Nice place a few blocks from beach. Solid sports bar vibe with lots of TVs, high quality beer selection (mostly local north county breweries) and some really good food! I usually don't expect much from bar food, but was surprised when I got the Nashville chicken sliders. On point! Make sure to ask for ranch and dip them in. Pickled onion a nice touch too.Also the girl that served me at the bar was very nice, attentive and friendly (Saturday afternoon). Will go again next time I'm down here.

Ok so 5 stars to the manager, she was great, the service on the other hand was pretty bad, just a lot of not listening, no where to be found waiter and missing items but the manager took care of all of that. She was the star of the show.The food was ok, we came here because the prices were good and they had grilled chicken but the prices were good because it was all pretty much à la carte and u had to pay extra for fries. It's good if u don't want a side but if u do then prices start going up for every little thing. The grilled chicken was not what I expected, it was on regular white sandwich bread and very small like lunch meat kind of. Sauces were good and a must. Fries nope, the lemonades were great, tea not so much. The chicken wings were more like boiled but had a yummy sauce. It was nice that the chicken sandwiches came with chips but not the other entrees which was odd. The rooftop was cool and nice but I probably won't be back.

Had a really good time at Finneys (upstairs) yesterday. Betsy is a very good Waitress. She made it fun for us, so we were not hesitant to give her a good tip, unlike alot of places that want tips for doing nothing extra. Food was really good.Service Great! She brought us multiple beer tasters!Ambience was relaxed and inviting.We will go again!

Met a group of friends for dinner. We were greeted by our server Nikki with a smile and a can do attitude! We started with cocktails - the flight of margaritas quenched every flavor you could want -- nothing like a muddled jalapeño blood orange margarita! The food was phenomenal - we had a gamut of the menu options and finished with amazing tasty desserts- definitely try the churros with the caramel sauce! The GM Sean stopped by to make sure all was good... we will definitely be back!

A brand new spot in oceanside - two floors, indoor and outdoor dining and a nice roof top view. Finney's is a family run business with 14 locations throughout Southern California. They have some very refreshing cocktails, good food, and friendly service. The Strawberry Fields cocktail is one of the best I've had in recent memory (vodka, lemon, strawberries, lavender). Also excellent is their Margarita flight. I do not like tequila and I never order regular margaritas, but this flight is on a different level. Hibiscus with black salt - is very sweet and tastes like Kool Aid - our least favorite of the four, but still fun. The Blood Orange with tajin on the rim had a little kick to it and was very good. The Guava and the Watermelon are also very good. All the in-house juices are made fresh every day. The Mini Ahi Poke Tacos have very little Ahi, and I do not recommend them. I do however recommend the Hot Chicken Tenders. The Chicken is delicious and it comes with three different dipping sauces and Fries. This appetizer is excellent. The service was very friendly and helpful and the table-side checkout tablet is convenient. Also, there are no hidden fees added to the bill. What a nice surprise - Finney's has something for everyone on the menu, and you can't beat the drinks. I look forward to my next visit.

Went in again last light for dinner with some friends. I just love this place now-the service is too good! Other places need to take note-this is how a restaurant needs to be run! Delicious food, waitstaff that check on you consistently all the while refilling your drinks, a front of the house general manager that checks on their guests, and a clean and aesthetically-pleasing environment! I had the Chicken and Waffles.Not the best picture (blame my aging phone)....but it was just so good!! This is an appetizer but it was big enough of a meal for 1 person-and I had leftovers! The chicken was so tender and the waffle and the chicken skin had a good crisp to it-a perfect combo! Also, you can add a fourth if you want! Until next time!

I was super excited a new restaurant popped up in Oceanside! My family and I decided to try this restaurant out on Friday. We loved it! The atmosphere, the staff, the bartenders were just so welcoming. So when my sister in law came into down on Saturday, we knew we had to take them to this restaurant. Thr food was so good! Both on Friday and Saturday. On Friday we were a party of 4. And on Saturday we were a party of 13! And on both days, the waiter and waitress rocked it! Our party loved the food! We got a bit of everything.On Friday we got the chicken and waffles, the buffalo hot wings and the smoked tri-tip sandwich.The chicken and waffle was my absolute favorite!!! The smoked tri tip sandwich had such a good flavor to it. And my son devoured his wings.On Saturday my husband got the A5 wagyu burger. He really enjoyed that burger. We also tried the Bavarian pretzel. I like it. But I wasn't feeling the mustards I wish they had a better cheese. Like a smoked Gouda and a stone ground mustard. I just didn't like the sweetness in one of the sauces. But other than that, the pretzel it self was good. The garlic parmesan wings had a good flavor to them. And the pepperoni pizza was good too. My daughter got the margarita pizza and that had a good flavor to it.Overall this was a nice place to take family and friends to. The managers are super friendly. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The serving sizes are good. I will definitely be back to this restaurant.

Finally made it to Finney's. The inside dining/bar area was nicely done. Open, plenty of light from the large windows and plenty of seating. Both booths and tables so the options are there. We sat downstairs so didn't get the chance to check out the upstairs but that is a future goal.Though we didn't order anything from the bar it appears they have a good selection of craft brews. We ordered the Gary's Pepperoni and added sausage. We were surprised by how thin the crust was. It was like a cracker. Good but a different kind of crust for sure. We'd order a pizza again. We also ordered the Hickory BBQ Burger and onion rings. The burger itself does not include a side so you'll be paying for fries, onion rings, tots, etc. Both of these were good as well but I would have liked to see more BBQ sauce on the burger. If I order it again I'll ask for extra sauce.Overall a good experience and friendly staff. We'll return and probably bring family and/or friends.

I came to this spot with my friend to check out happy hour. Super cute new spot with delicious margaritas! Happy hour drinks and food were very good. Our server was ok, could have been more attentive so we didn't have to look for him to order more snacks. I will be bringing my mom next week when she is in town! Looking forward to trying some new food!

Just finished dinner with friends. We had great service from Amilio and the food was awsome! When we finished, Sean the G.M came over to make sure our experience was to our satisfaction. We told him that it was the best! Definitely we all will be back many times. Mark G.
