I love me some carne asada fries, thought I'd give this chain a try since they have really convenient locations. The salsa was a little bland for me, I also didn't know that they would give the thick cut of fries with it, not the skinny ones. Overall, the plate felt healthier than other renditions of carne asada fries I've had. It seemed less oily, they didn't overdo the sour cream or cheese, and they were generous on the carne asada, so I'll give them that! Service was fine and they were pretty quick to get the food out. An okay, somewhat healthier(?), although a little less tasty, option if you're craving carne asada fries.

Disappointing Change in a Longtime FavoriteFor 20 years, I've been a steadfast patron of Filiberto's, with the carnitas burrito as my unwavering choice. This dish, a longtime favorite, symbolized consistency and quality for me... until my recent drive through visit. To my dismay, while the price remains at $10.29 before tax, the burrito that was handed to me from the drive through window bore little resemblance to the abundant, flavorful wraps of my past experiences. The size has dramatically decreased by at least a third, a stark contrast to the generous servings that defined Filiberto's offerings. What once filled me up before finishing was wolfed down leaving me longing for something else to fill me up. What was once a meal that justified every penny now struggles to meet basic expectations, leaving both my appetite and my perception of Filiberto's value wanting. The most jarring part of the experience was the burrito's aroma, reminiscent of dirty dishwater, indicating a decline in quality that I could never have anticipated from a place I've trusted for two decades. This shift in size and quality, without a corresponding price hike, has profoundly impacted my dining experience and loyalty. I understand that changes in business operations are inevitable, but when such changes compromise the essence of what made a meal special, it's disheartening. It seems it might be time to explore other burrito shops in the area, in search of the quality and satisfaction that Filiberto's once provided. My hope is that this feedback encourages Filiberto's management to reflect on the impact of these changes and consider their longtime customers' loyalty and expectations.

This place reminds of one I had back home in Orange Cty CA called Alerto's The rolled tacos aka taquitos are by far my fav. Will definitely come back to try one of their all day breakfast burritos.

Girl in the window was a straight beezy. I asked for extra salsa of both kind which she was super rude and said "no you only ordered a burrito you can only get two of both". Which Is obviously extra salsa of both(dumb a$$). I would hate my life too if I worked at filabertos. Plus I'm full Mexican you cannot deny me extra salsa regardless. I don't care what I buy or how much. Won't spend my money at this wack place again. Shea filabertos is the best this girls a straight up hater with a wack job tryna be salsa police. Girl bye loser. Makes me annoyed cause I even handed an extra dollar to her for extra salsa and she gave it back. Clearly can't accept a tip. The girl is giving dumb. Should have asked for my money back. Ima just straight feed this burrito to the coyotes outside. Don't need that wack energy.

Food is way over priced and poor quality.Over $9.00 for a Bean and Cheese + 3% fee to use my debit card? Cheese was hard not even melted. How are you going to over charge then mess up a bean & cheese? So disappointing..

My chili relleno was good, the "guacamole" is more like an avocado crema. My companion's pork chili verde was tasty but, it didn't look appealing. My other companion's taco and tostada were good. All the meals came with the obligatory rice and beans. The rice was delicious, the beans were your average restaurant refried beans. The salsa verde was tasty and had the right amount of heat. The bad things were one of our sides of sour cream was missing as was our side of rice. It was good, but not really worth the price

This Filiberto's feels like an entirely different restaurant than others. This is the gold standard of Filiberto's. Customer service is incredible. The food is flavorful. You can tell the staff cares, even the night crew.

I'm from out of town and had a long travel day. I was looking for something good and quick. While it quick, "good" isn't the word I'd use to describe the food. Very basic. Rolled tacos had dry meat inside but the tortillas were crunchy...for a bit. They literally put cheese and guac right on top even though it was a to go order so common sense would tell you to put it on the side so things don't get soggy. But nope..guac all over it. Same with the chimichanga...covered in guac and sour cream. Based on the size alone I was expecting it to be good but again, very basic. Also not sure what meat was in there as there weren't options to choose from but the meat was cold. Also never had beans in a chimi before so that was odd. Quesadilla had meat only, granted I asked for no cheese but I was expecting some kind of sauce or something. But nope, grilled shrimp on an almost burnt tortilla. The shrimp was good though. The green salsa was the highlight of the meal and ended up on everything which made it semi decent enough. Rice and beans were also mid. I was just expecting more I guess...

We went through the drive in, which was broken. This place sold us the carne asada with no tortilla. How exactly shall I put the lettuce and pico de gallo together with the refried beans and meat. This is the same as selling a taco without a shell. The food tasted like dog food and they did not do their job. I will just go elsewhere from now on. You lost a customer.
