Super disappointed. Again. Tonight, I ordered a carne asada burrito and added sour cream... $13!! if that wasn't insulting enough, I got home & my burrito is HALF the size of what they used to be. Its also room temperature. It can't possibly be holding at a proper temp.Tbh, I'm completely unhappy with all fast food since COVID. Prices have gone up and quality has gone to $hit. This is just another example.

worst drive thru, extra pricey, long wait time to order food, the service was not friendly. The customer service was poor and rude. This place sucks and charges for their hot sauce. Don't waste your money or time here. The place is run down with trash outside. I will not be coming back to this location. Location locks doors for dine in as well during regular business hours and is always empty . Shut this place down!

Really inferior food, service and prices. The craziest part is there is a Federico's one mile down Peoria on 67th Ave and Peoria. Federico's has much better food, portions, prices, and friendlier service. Don't waste your time or money going to Filiberto's. I don't even know how they manage to stay in business. Probably won't for long unless it's a front.

I asked for shredded chicken, and I was given undercooked ground chicken instead. When I asked about it, they said its the chicken every fili's uses, but I go to Filiberto's every Tuesday, and I've never seen the chicken this bad. Horrible service, all I asked is if I could swap the tacos and they gave me a hard time. I didn't even want my money, i just wasn't going to eat raw chicken. I bit into one and returned it.I will also like to add that the manager (younger guy) told me to throw away the tacos, then told me I ate them right after, so he wouldn't replace or refund them, and proceeded to tell me to dig them out of the trash and bring it to him and he would give me the refund. Well i did what he said and humiliated myself, dug the tacos out of the trash, and returned them to the counter for my refund, and this was all recorded on the store cameras and corporate called me and apologized because they watched the audio and footage. I cannot even believe this happened to me at a restaurant. They told me it would be taken care of, but I cant forgive this. Its insane. If that is the management hired, I'll get tacos somewhere else.

I had gastric surgery and can only eat a small amount so I order a half pint of pollo asada and it's always about $3. I get it maybe a couple times a week. I literally got it 3 days ago and today this clown decides to try to tell me DOUBLE the price. Bruh it's like 3 spoonfuls of chicken for $6. You're out of your mind.
