My friend and I were in the area so decidedTo grab some breakfast. We get like having breakfast burritos so saw Filiberto's and wanted to try this location out. The place was clean, salsa bar looked clean and stocked. I couldn't decide on breakfast burrito so decided to go with the Arizona burrito which is made of diced steak, potatoes and pico de gallo. It came out hot, although lack flavor. Needed salt. Anyway, $11 for medium size burrito. It was ok. Not sure if I would get it again.

Ate here twice and both time was a disappointing experience. First time the food was just awful. We ordered one bean+cheese burrito and one breakfast burrito. Both were practically inedible. Second visit was a drive through order. The carne asada bowl was quite good. However, they messed up our order on the bean+cheese burrito - we were given something entirely different.I've been to a couple other locations which were consistently delicious. I hope this location can get it together.

It's been years since I've been to a Filiberto's, but I was starving and their it was. I actually had to make a u-turn. Glad I did. I had the #20, which included a shredded beef taco and cheese enchilada. It was delicious. Love the beans. #DukeOfEats

Lowest rated taco shop in Phoenix. Yet here I am.We weren't feeling the complimentary hotel breakfast buffet so we drove down the street to Filiberto's.Reviews were garbage but it seemed like most people hated the high prices for upgrades and often had messed up drive-thru orders. Nobody reported any sickness...We ordered some breakfast burritos and a carne asada burrito for breakfast on a hiking trail. Unfortunately two of the burritos had a few small hairs on the outside. It looked like cat hairs (At least I hope they were cats and not rats). I suspect the cook lives with several cats and there was cross-contamination from his clothing. After further careful inspection on the outside and inside of our food we did eat the burritos on the trail. We didn't tell the kids about the cat hair, and we didn't get sick.The breakfast burritos were okay, a bit dry and bland. The carne asada was decent...This is a two star taco shop especially with cross-contamination.- Nobody got sick- love their green salsa.

They close the lobby at 8 PM. They are very rude here and the food is substandard compared to other locations. You're better off skipping this location.

For the record, I've eaten at this location about 5+ different times. Every time I go, I leave disappointed and regretting spending my money. This is easily the worst Filiberto's in the whole valley. Waited 20+ min and spent $32 on a cold California burrito missing half the ingredients and a cold plate of enchiladas with a churro. The staff doesn't seem to care about getting orders out quickly or correctly either. Better off cooking at home. Weak!This doesn't even compare to the Thunderbird/Cave Creek Rd location. If you want solid Fili's, take the extra 15min and go to that one.

Have eaten here many times, food is hit or miss hardcore. Today went through drive through and asked specifically for just cheese on my road tacos and then at the window she asked if I got rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole. I specifically said no just cheese for the second time. Then we paid for the full amount with cheese and guacamole. We were told that there was no difference in price for the two, but upon checking the website this was a lie. Then when we got home, they had guac. Karla at the window was completely rude and disregarded the change. We love this place and sometimes the food is amazing but the rudeness and uncaring behavior is just quite frankly annoying as fuk.

I honestly feel stupid for reviewing a fast food restaurant, but I gotta do it. 30% of the time my food comes out right. 100% of the time the people are rude. They made me drive all the way home and pick up my food that had stuff in it I was allergic to, that I asked them not to put in it. I guess that's on me for not taking it out of the trash and bringing it back, but I was only there 20 minutes ago. Wild. Then they said I ordered it wrong, but as a person with food allergies I know what the heck I said.
