Okay, I had standard expectations. Just missed on a few marks--especially the food. Service was pretty good--had to prompt the waiter for our order. That's fine. But they checked up on us many times and water was filled promptly.Ambiance was okay--clean and updated. Just a fee missing details--bit more decor, remove stored items in dining room, etc. Other than that it was pleasant. Now the food. We ordered the pork sisig, pancit malabon, and grilled chicken. The pork sisig had no sizzle which probably means they didn't heat the sizzling pan enough. Thus, no crunchy bits. It was under-seasoned---lacking vinegar, salt, soy sauce, etc. The quality of pork was there though. The pancit malabon was a messy blob--bit under seasoned and over sauced, no crunch element (chicharon), no freshness element (veg). Probably should use a thicker noodle. It was tasty but just not a good version at all. The grilled chicken was quite tasty, but boiled and then grilled. I get you want to soften the chicken, but grilled chicken is more tasty with bit of chew. Maybe this is their shortcut, but I personally expect grilled chicken to have a chew. Probably one of the better seasoned dishes of the bunch. On a more positive note, I appreciate the unlirice. When I have great Filipino food, I would eat a lot of rice. Unfortunately, it was not worthy. To leave this review on a positive note---large portions, priced affordably, and quality ingredients. Just lacking some execution and missing marks for the dishes referred above.

I've had Fil Cuisine bookmarked on Yelp for several months, so seeing them pop up on UberEats when I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for was a win. What I ordered: BBQ Chicken stick, Pork and Chicken Pancit Bihon, Pork Lumpia. The best tasting of the three was the BBQ chicken, however, the packaging was an absolute disaster, arriving wrapped in foil with no end and no beginning, not being able to tell which end was up or down, and leaking sticky, thick BBQ sauce all over the place. There's GOT to be a better way to package this for to-go orders. It also came with a huge container of rice, although I specified no rice. The chicken was very nicely cooked, and the taste of the sauce was great. I'd order it again, but definitely not as takeout. The Pancit was what I was looking forward to the most, but I'd say it was just ok. Three stars. It was hot, and the ratio of veggies and meat to noodles was spot-on, but I felt like it lacked flavor. The meat had that taste that it gets when it's been reheated too many times. It was a huge portion, though, and it was still piping hot when it got here, so that was a plus. The lumpia were also good, but the sweet chili sauce provided had also exploded inside the bag all over my order, so I had to eat them plain which was a bummer. Perhaps this was the driver's fault, but it would not had happened if the sauce was placed into the container with the lumpia to start with. As such, it was at the very top of my order, inside the bag by the knot they had tied - of course it was going to explode when carried by the handle.I will definitely try them again, but only for dine-in next time. I thought about giving three stars due to the absolute mess unpacking this made in my kitchen and all over my hands, but considering this is a family run place and my first visit, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Super stoked to have Filipino food in the area again.

We arrived and it was pretty busy and a great indicator the food was good. It's got a very casual "five guys" kinda dine in feel so don't expect a romantic dining experience. They do take reservations. Which we did to make sure we'd make our movie in time. Staff: not very welcoming or friendly. One of the girls looked annoyed, didn't look at us or smile once in the near 1:45 mins we were there. Brighter if the people who served us were very knowledgeable or seemed like experienced "customer service" oriented people. At least the second server smiled and was nice though seemed intimidated to be dealing w people. They gathered in the front behind the counter talking and drinking w each other. Not paying much attention to others in the place. I've worked in the restaurant industry and that was never allowed the places I worked. Connect and eat n drink in the back. And be aware of your customers. Do they need napkins, more water, the check?Food. We ordered soda and water to drink. Soda came in a can w a straw. No glass was offered. Took awhile for someone to come back for me to ask for one which I did get promptly. Appetizer: we ordered the pork lumpia. Small and crispy but very yummy. Salad: ordered their tossed salsa which had small fresh cubes of mago. W a honey mustard dressing that wasn't typical but was quite refreshing and a perfect pairing w the salad. Entree 1: chicken adobo and rice. Just ok. Had a strange taste we couldn't quite identify but didn't taste like a traditional adobo. I thought it was almost Smokey. Regardless couldn't put our finger in it and was just ok. But serving size was good for 1 person. Also came w a big bowl of white rice. Entree 2: porketa. Oh my oh my. Delicious. It's served chopped up. We ordered "family" size and quite frankly there's so much left over the 3 of us can prob eat for 2-3 more days. This was tender, flavorful, crispy on the outside. So amazing. Side dish: pancit. We got the traditional one w a combo of chicken Pork and shrimp. It was perfectly made. Noodles were soft and flavorful. Little bits of meat and cabbage in every bite. Family size was Again enormous & Prob can eat this all week. Both filling yet light. The fresh lemon squeeze gave a perfect brightness to the noodles. I enjoyed seeing many Filipinos in the place. And watching all the delicious food they ordered while we waited for ours. So many options and so many things sounded delicious but we'll wait for next time. Pricing is good especially for the quantity n quality of food. Only 3because I would come back for the food NOT the service. Infact likely would grab and go. But it's nice to have a local authentic Filipino place. So if you want to try some good food check them out but set expectations accordingly if you're dining in.

I have always wanted to try Fil Cuisine because Filipinos were raving about them on FB. I finally had a chance to go and was not disappointed! The restaurant is clean and well-lit. There are pan de sal and other baked goodies on display on the main counter as you walk in. Good thing we came early because there was a birthday party with a buffet setup that arrived when we were finishing up. The two servers were friendly and engaging. We ordered lumpia; tokwa't baboy; lechon kawali; pinakbet; Coach's chicken; fried rice and bangsilog. Every dish was tasty and flavored well. I loved the lechon kawali (crispy skin and tender meat). The tokwa't baboy was also really good (not overly sour). I also liked the chicken (sweet). We also ordered dinuguan and pancit Malabon along with Spanish bread, cheese roll and sylvanas to go. I didn't care for the pancit Malabon because it was more pancit palabok with thicker noodles. Would I return? Definite yes because food is good, and service is top notch!

Great Filipino family restaurant. Standouts were the sizzling sisig and BBQ chicken. The pancit was a bit mushy but huge portion size. Family size = big family w/ big eaters 4+. Don't miss out on the Halo halo which was refreshing and delicious. Another reviewer mentioned that they thought they forgot their order. All my orders arrived, including add-ons, albeit slowly with long gaps in between dishes. So bring the whole family and just relax. It's a slower pace here.

I've lived in the Lynnwood area for years now and FINALLY, yes FINALLY, there is a Filipino restaurant in the house! Fil Cuisine is a restaurant in the same area as H-Mart. A little place in the corner without any glitz or glam, but definitely hits all the right spots when you're looking for good Filipino food. I've been here a couple of times, mainly orders to go. First order ever here was the Longsilog. Very traditional with the little sweet and a little spicy sausages, a bed of garlic rice, and an over easy egg. A standard for Filipino food and it did not disappoint. Since the first couple of visits, I've upped my game and straight go for the lechon kawali. The absolute unhealthiest food you'll ever eat, but still probably one of the best did not disappoint either. Deep fried pork belly with some perfectly crisp skin and rice. You cannot go wrong with this unless you tryin to lose some weight.Love Fil Cuisine and for sure will be going back for more.

Home is where the food is! I'm so ecstatic that we have a Fil Cuisine and the food tastes just as good as mom's! I feel like it is always busy so be prepared to wait a bit for a table. They have a large menu selection to choose from. Be aware that their rice serving can be enough for 2-3 people! All of their dishes are true, authentic Filipino food. I recommend trying everything, just make sure you come hungry!

We tried the Spam Si Log dish, and enjoyed it! I would add a little more seasoning to the egg, but still tasty! Everyone was very welcoming and we enjoyed our time there.Very spacious inside with really home-y decorations!

So, I have mixed feelings about this place. Ok, I got here at 11am I wanted the Sisig they said they were still making it and it wouldn't be ready for an hour. Disappointed but no big deal. I ordered the Lechon Kawali and decided to come back in an hour for the Sisig. The Lechon Kawali was pretty good hot and fresh. Came back at 12pm after shopping at Hmart ordered the Sisig I noticed the table that came in same time I did already got there food and the table that same in like 10 minutes after I got there got there food also. At this point it's been 30 minutes the lady that took my order looked at me then walked into the kitchen came out then put my order in. This whole time I've been waiting she forgot to put my order in. When I noticed what she did I asked her was that my order to just put in she claimed it wasn't and grabbed the paper that printed and said I put yours in already but it was the same one I so her just print. I almost walked out I wish I did but I waited another 20 minutes and finally got my food. The Sisig was room temperature the "sizzling plate" it came on wasn't even hot so they didn't heat that enough probably because it was a rush job at that point. The Sisig was dry and flavorless. No accountability for her not putting in my order that's what's the most annoying part. She even knew she missed up because when I went to go pay I put my card in and she pressed enter on her side before I had a chance to select the percentage I wanted to give her for tip. So she didn't get one her choice.Don't think I'll be back if I'm honest.
