The service is getting worse every time we come here and it ain't because they have been short staffed for two years. Which makes mediocre food taste even worse. Orders are wrong or missed. Orders taken waaaaaay after people after who got seated after us....not just 10 minutes after but like 20 minutes afterwards. When you ask for help...you're told to wait even more.

Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Filipino food! The Lechon kawali was so crispy and so flavorful and that's usually hard to master. Bravo! This LA native will be book marking this spot the next time I'm out here :) Great service as well.

Prepare to be stuffed! The entrees are HUGE. My friend and I ordered three dishes, all regular sized portion, to share family style between us: Chicken Adobo (marinated chicken seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and spices), Pancit Bihon (stir-fried cornstarch noodles with veggies: celery, carrots, and cabbage), and Sizzling Sisig (chopped slow roasted pork belly mixed with onions, garlic, citrus and spices; served on a sizzling plate). I haven't had much traditional Filipino food before visiting Fil Cuisine, but it was a good experience with a fairly large menu. So, I am hoping to come back to try other items! There is also free parking in the plaza that is shared with other businesses there. It wasn't that busy at 5:30PM on a Wednesday, so parking shouldn't be an issue.

So delicious!I went with a friend and we ordered the regular size of everything and came out with leftovers so the portion sizes are great for 2-3!We ordered the sizzling sisig which was had just the right amount of tenderness and super delicious. Make sure to mix the egg while it's hot!Chicken adobo was just okay, expected more of a vinegar taste but it was decent.I love their pancit! Lots of veggies and the noodles were cooked well. There is a parking lot and it shared it with other businesses in the same plaza.

We've been supporting Fil Cuisine since the day they opened. Jerry and Nanay has been taking care of us, gave us amazing food, that everywhere we went around Seattle, nothing was good enough. It was the closest to my moms cooking. However for some reason, recently the quality, quantity, even service has not been up to par with what we are used to. We've ordered online for pickup or delivery, we've taken friends to dine. Unfortunately the food has really gone down hill. Not sure what the problem is. But the last straw where my husband said we can no longer go and support Fil Cuisine, is we had Ubereats deliver today. The mongo beans was not the usual mongo beans. In fact it hardly had mongo beans, it looked like soup with spinach, and a few mongo.I posted a photo. Then the tortong talong..I was looking forward to because it's one of my faves. This time not only did the eggplant look old, but whoever cooked it poured so much salt it was inedible. Was it to mask the rotten egg plant? I just can't eat it. The only thing we could eat was the beef nilaga, but it had no flavor. After spending over 60.00, and not enjoying the food we had hope. We just can't spend our good earned money there anymore.

My hubby and I have tried many filipino food restaurants in the Tacoma to Seattle area, but this restaurant's food was so good. Not too salty, but still lots of flavor which a lot of places we have been is super salty. We got the dinuguan, chicken adobo, pancit canton, torta, & pinakbet. We both agreed that the torta was sooooo ono. Reminded us of home. There was a sign that said to be patient as they have been short staffed, but even then the service was good. We went during the mid-afternoon, so not a lot of ppl were sitting inside but lots of take-out orders. The inside and the way the food was served had a nice family vibe to it with big sharing portions. The ambiance with the nice wood tables. Overall, it is a far drive for us, but it was so worth it.

I am from SC and here for vacation. We dont have much filipino food where I am from so I was expecting something bomb. I got sisig and pork adobo. Both of them are so oily, I drained some of the oil myself. The sisig flavor wise is really good though it doesn't have any texture other than soft. Chicharon or making the pork crispy before making it sisig couldve been alot better but other than being oily and lacking in texture, everything was good. Adobo tasted like it was watered down. It doesn't even taste sour, salty or sweet. It was a bit sad.

Shoutout to our server Annie who seemed to be attending to the entire restaurant yet somehow made it feel like we were private dining! Service was impressively fast.Food was beyond authentic. So much so that my mom had the same bowls in which the kare kare was served! Huge portions of delicious food. Most of the dishes come with complimentary rice. The lumpia was crispy and hot.I loved the halo halo, especially the two huge scoops of ube ice cream.

Let's first talk about Kare-Kare which was fantastic! The peanut-based sauce was so flavorful, blending perfectly with the oxtail,I loved the mix of spices, and the veggies like bok choy and string beans added a nice crunch. The balance between savory and slightly sweet was spot on, making it more than just a stew. This Filipino classic really impressed me with its rich taste and diverse textures - a dish that's both comforting and exciting.Diving into a plate of Pancit Bihon was a flavor-packed journey. The delicate rice noodles were infused with savory soy sauce, highlighting the stir-fried medley of vegetables, succulent meat, and plump shrimp. Lechon Kawali deserves nothing but praise from me! The crispy, golden skin gives way to the most succulent and flavorful pork. The seasoning is on point, delivering a burst of deliciousness in every bite. FilCuisine brings all the comforting flavorsof home.
