Visited on a weekend night and our party was very disappointed with the food quality and the price that came with it. Drinks werent bad though. For food we ordered the following:-Appetizers: Quesadillas Super cheesy with guacamole and sour cream on the side. Flour tortillas were soft and a bit crisp throughout.-Entreés: Asada SandwichMeat was overwhelmingly salty! Could not finish the sandwich. Was generous with the amount of meat given in the sandwich though.Shrimp ChipotleSauce was overwhelmingly salty and curdled. Shrimp was not overcooked though. Appreciated that it was a huge plate though. Definitely sharable. Came with flour or corn tortillas. I picked flour and was soft/chewy.Taco Plate - AdobadaMeat tasted alright. Not as juicy as they had hoped it would be. 5 tacos was enough for two people to share.For drinks, we ordered margaritas. Very sweet, which half of us appreciated and half of us didnt. It did depend on the flavor ordered, but I liked it.Overall, won't come back unless we are here for drinks. Did love the chips and beans. Appreciated their own salsa bar where you can get/create your own salsa dip besides just a bean dip. Service was half available half not. Although, understandable because as it got closer to 8 pm, bigger parties started to arrive.

Fernando was AMAZING. They have a huuuge variety of salsa and tequila (obviously it IS a tequila bar after all) I ordered incorrectly, which was my fault completely but Fernando was amazing and had another dish made up immediately and it came out so fast. He kept reassuring me it wasn't a big deal. He was very friendly and understanding. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was overall an excellent experience! I absolutely recommend!!

Amazing food and very friendly and quick service here! We have never left disappointed! Drinks are always very good, get the cucumber margarita with mezcal or the Paloma with mezcal! Their birria tacos are very flavorful and the rice and beans are among the best we've ever had! The music here is always perfect as well! Will continue to come back for sure!

My wife and I frequented the South hill Puyallup location before they moved to downtown Puyallup. The food is excellent, the staff is superb and the ambiance is incredible. Fernando and Chelly the owners always have smiles and are glad to see us. Humor is always on the menu. The tequila choices are amazing. We will always come back.

I'm getting my cracked up windshield replaced at the nearby Safelite auto glass and decided since it could take an hour and a half to upwards of 2 hours, I just dropped off my car with the walked up to fiesta taqueria and tequila bar. This is my first time trying this restaurant and oh man was it a good choice !! I was almost gonna go to Casa Mia which is located directly across the street from them in downtown Puyallup. I've been to Casa Mia many times and they have excellent pizza, pasta and meatball subs but I thought about it and I've been eating so much Italian food lately that it was time to switch it up again. The waitress here was a sweetheart and checked in on me adequately to ensure I had everything I needed. I got an order of chips and they brought me beans to dip the chips in. I was told they have a whole station with a variety of salsas set up to serve yourself salsa and i grabbed a few of those options. The chips and salsas were good, the beans were super bland. They didn't put cheese or anything on them but that was nothing some salsa, onions and cilantro couldn't fix! I ordered a cucumber margarita and cilantro julep for drinks and both were pretty dang yummy !! I'd say I liked the cilantro julep a little more but if you plan to order it, it is a stronger drink so just be prepared for that! If you like strong drinks and cilantro It's great !! For lunch I had spinach quesadillas and OMG the portion size was ridiculously BIG ! lol they were delicious and filling as well. I couldn't quite finish the whole plate. I would 100% eat here again if I were to be in the area and I highly recommend them if you're looking for some great Mexican food and drinks in downtown Puyallup !

My family comes here and continues to have an exceptional experience. Not only does the owner remember us the entire staff is attentive and friendly. The sparkle donkey tequila is top notch! You can't go wrong with any margarita choice. The tables are comfortable and music is enjoyable. Family friendly but also can serve as a date night or girls night out. 10/10!
