Cute coffee shop in Hillsboro with tons of seating- perfect for catching up with friends, remote working (there is Wi-Fi) or even a solo afternoon. It's a bit pricey in my opinion for what you get so its not my go-to cafe but its worth checking out and the dog theme is a nice touch. I grabbed lunch here on several occasions and found the quinoa bowl dressing super tasty and filling. They have all your classic espresso drinks and cold brews available. Service is quick and friendly. There is also complimentary 90 min parking out back which is nice!

I've stopped by Fido a few times now and am always impressed! Located off of 21st Ave, Fido is a popular local spot for coffee and brunch. Fido has seating both outside (mostly in front of the shop on 21st, although there is limited seating in the back) and inside. The inside ambience is laid back and would be a great place to get some work done (many people had their laptops with them). The indoor seating is varied: there are tables off to one side, booths in front of the cash register, and single seats at a bar overlooking 21st Ave. The staff is always very friendly and patient with my indecisiveness! There are just so many good options to choose from. Although they were advertising their special spring drinks, I felt I couldn't go wrong with one of their "signature drinks". I opted to go with the "Local Latte", a coffee with honey, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. Of note, drinks can be made iced or hot and there are several options for milk (I went with oat!). The coffee was so good- some of the best I have tried in a long time. A perfect sweetness that complimented the more acidic espresso.For lunch, I ordered a breakfast burrito which comes with your choice of meat (I went with the veggie sausage). This dish comes with a green salsa for dipping. Although the burrito seemed small, it was packed with food. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes crispy, and the tortilla encompassing the burrito perfectly cooked. The salsa was amazing with a more subtle taste that paired well with the burrito. I was really impressed.I'll be back!

Fido is such a cute breakfast spot in Hillsboro Village. My friends and I love going here for a bite to eat, though it's definitely not on the cheaper side. Here's what I've tried:-Fido Veggie Scramble: 9/10 - I just love this meal, it's my go-to. Their crispy potatos are rich and delicious, the eggs are fluffy and flavorful, and the feta adds a perfect touch of tartness. It also comes with a slice of toast. It's a light meal that leaves you feeling content, though I would say for the portion you definitely aren't saving money.-Breakfast Burrito: 9/10 - Delicious!! Chock full of fluffy eggs, avo, potatos, and more, this burrito is a great bite. It comes with a green salsa that is just divine (I even ask for it when I'm not getting the burrito). It's not super big but my friends sometimes don't even finish theirs.-Gingerbread Chai: 10/10 - No words. Super spicy, sweet, delectable. Only available in the winter months = devastating. -Normal Chai: 0/10 - Tastes like I'm sipping milk. Makes me sad that I can't enjoy a chai here when it's not the Holidays.

Loved this spot! My breve was delicious! The staff was really nice. Plenty of seating. And I adored the dog themed drinks! Hillsboro Village is a great spot to walk around and relax too. And Taylor Swift said she loves it, so it must be great. And it definitely is.

Super cute coffeeshop in Hillsboro Village area of Nashville! Great place to hang out for a coffee date or get some work done. There is a lot of seating inside and two outdoor areas. Their coffee drinks are pup inspired. Eric was super friendly and helpful during our time there today and would highly recommend his service!

I had a great experience for brunch at Fido! My friend and I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little crowded, but there is plenty of seating, so we were able to find an open table tucked away in the back. The menu had a wide variety of food and drink, so there's something for everyone! I wasn't terribly hungry, so I got one of their seasonal lattes and a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was toasted to perfection and served with a generous amount of cream cheese. The latte was also delicious! Service was efficient and friendly. We were greeted warmly by the barista immediately upon walking in. He had a lot of great recommendations when we asked. Pricing was reasonable too! Tables were bussed pretty quickly and the cafe felt very clean. Even the bathrooms were tidy, which I thought was impressive given the brunch rush. Overall, Fido was great and I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Nashville.

Our friends at Fido have been serving up delicious eats and beautifully crafted coffee options for almost 25 years now. The service was friendly and informative and I loved their festive specialty drink menu. My burger was delicious with a noticeably high quality sweet bun. You could argue that the fries could've been fried harder, but that's personal preference. They were nicely seasoned with an uber yummy fry sauce for dipping. Definitely recommend this Nashville treasure to anyone visiting or otherwise.

The dog theme is also a fun addition, and it carries on throughout the restaurant. I met up with a friend here around 8:30 on a Monday morning, and I love that there's plenty of space to spread out. We snagged a booth near the counter and ordered a couple of drinks, which were ready quickly! I went with the Local Latte, which was refreshing and sweet, with a strong honey flavor. We didn't get any food during this visit, but I did note their tasty sounding breakfast options for next time. We hung out for a while and worked, enjoying the upbeat music they were playing throughout the shop. There weren't any outlets near our booth, but maybe there are some in the other seating area. Even still, this is a nice little local spot to spend a morning, and I would return!

This is a very solid spot! We were looking for a brunch-time place around Vandy's campus and this place fit the bill and was able to seat us right away. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. I immediately gravitated towards the hot chicken sandwich. I love Nashville hot chicken so much and I wanted to see how this one compared. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! And the fries and sauce that accompanied it were so tasty too. I would definitely order this again the next time I'm here. My two other friends that I came with also really enjoyed their meals. The staff was very sweet and attentive, and the ambiance was very busy college weekend brunch, to the surprise of no one. We had a really good experience and I'd recommend this place to anyone!
