It's a lot of good food for theMoney. I got the Carne Asada torta combo. Delicious.! service was good also

The food was decent Rolled taquitos and Carne asada burrito. Very flavorful and tastyThe service was ok. Not used to ordering online being an out of towner and when we went to pick up we didn't realize we had to tell them. We are used to someone calling out a name. The guy behind the register was a little snippy and testy that I didn't let him know we were there to pick up and how is he supposed to know that there is an online order ready to be picked up. It was like whoa maybe put something up to let people know the process.

I've eaten here before and wanted to try their tostada this time . I had a bean tostada with the fixings. It was crunchy and fresh tasting, it hit the spot. Will be getting it again.

As Bert's go it wasn't terrible but it certainly wasn't the best. Shredded Beef Chimichanga was flavorful, a little too lightly fried for my preference, like the were not completely done. Flour tortilla was still pretty white rather than fried to golden crispness. The portion was large with Rice and beans. Rolled tacos contained almost no meat, practically just rolled tortilla. Personally a waste of money.The taco salad was good, the guacamole though seemed.... old? Unfortunately we ordered a side of rice and beans which cost a buck fitty each, they came in very small containers like a little salsa or sour cream might come in, sort of a cheap serving. The green sauce came prepackaged and sealed which didn't scream freshly made. It came to a little over $30 which I didn't feel was too expensive. Currently mixed feelings on returning.

This use to be my go to Federico's. I do not know what has happened with in the last few months but the food has been no where near as good as it use to be. I am almost certain they are serving old food and have become lazy. I use to go to this location often and have given this place multiple opportunities to redeem its self...To my disappointment the quality of food has been consistently terrible.

This restaurant swept my car twice and charged me twice for one meal and then the manager stated he couldn't do anything about it. Completely untrustworthy.

Just finished picking up an order from this place that we have frequented for years (you will find a previous review of mine raving about the service here). The service was snippy & short, where the employees here had always been courteous & friendly. The counter girl was not pleasant, & was quite rude. Placed an order for six (6) combo meals, totaling just about $70. We have always liked the radish & carrots that were served there, though they no longer offer the radishes, now they are charging for bags of carrots after the first bag. I ordered six combo meals & they will only give one small bag of carrots. If you want more carrots you will have to pay. Not one bag of carrots per meal.... & we were only requesting one more bag, & the counter girl with an attitude told us to "take it up with her manager", which i very well plan to, mostly due to her lack of customer service. I do not even know the cost of the additional bag of carrots, that is not the point, give the customer the small token of appreciation & keep the customers business. Make it make sense. One bag of carrots, for the cost of doing or not doing business with them again. So if we were to ever order from here again, which i doubt - but for others that do - order your meals individually & then charge each order paying with a credit card. Then you may be able to receive an order of carrots with each meal, as it should be. Also, all those orders that go without receiving carrots, are they credited for the carrots not received? It appears as if they no longer need the business, & i doubt we will spend our money here in the future. Buyer beware of being nickel & dimed for every thing here.

I 1000 percent recommend this place and the staff were excellent I'm coming back ohhhh and has drive thru I loved it 1st time here and I will be coming back :)

Food is decent but the service is terrible. Major attitude from the guy at the drive through over a mistake they made.

Taste/flavor is hood and service is good. The problem is the food is never hot enough. Tonight my cheese enchilada was essentially a rolled corn tortilla with grated cold cheese.
