We had lunch today @ Fausto's and it was such Relaxing place with a soft music in the background. The food was very delicious ,tasty. and very presentable at the same time. The homemade bread was not good , but excellent . Overall, this is the best place in suburb where you feel you're homeGreat service will be back

Small pizza place with some selection of pastries and cookies. There is a dining area that was equally small and uninviting. A single person was at the counter helping a line for slices of pizza. There was no host assisting the dining area. It may be a nice local spot to get pizza and sweets; however, not nice enough to stay to enjoy coffee in a nice atmosphere

I just love this sweet, family-run business. This past week, I tried one of their giant slices of pizza. While I LOVE the cosy, homey atmosphere in Fausto's, I ordered to-go. Took my pizza and sat in the park. 10/10. I have now found my favorite budget-friendly Arlington Heights meal! Grab a slice, walk to your favorite nearest Arlington tonight Park, and enjoy!

This place was empty when I showed up and after trying the pizza and the meatball pasta dishes I could see why this place was very bad and they apparently make the food and then just reheat it in a microwave it appears. I was over all disappointed by the Deli and Restaurant with a small outdoor seating in a strip mall within Downtown Arlington Heights this Italian restaurant is not worth to go either for breakfast lunch or dinner. It took forever for my orders to come out even though the place is not busy and this must rank among the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Not a very good place ever to go to she ever

I've been ordering from Fausto's on and off since I was a teen taking dance classes down the street. Back then my go to was the Caesar salad. It's the perfect Caesar salad. I still get it sometimes because it just hits the spot. Yesterday I got their Italian Beef with hot peppers and a bunch of cannolis for dessert. The Italian Beef was great and came with a container of gravy. That was genius because I love a dipped beef but they don't travel well. The star is always the cannoli. Their cannolis are the best I've found. Everyone else makes a weak tasting filling. But Fausto's is perfect every time.

Their food has been so good lately. Whoever is in the kitchen is amazing. Service is great. Nice and cozy inside too.

The most low-key, underrated place in downtown Arlington Heights. It truly blew me away!I wanted to get a quick lunch since I was working at the library nearby. I wanted a fast casual place and somewhere I've never been before. I Yelped restaurants near me, and long and behold I was driving over to Fausto's.First off, this reminds me of a classic, humble Italian shop/deli. They have catering and dishes you can get by the pound, along with a menu of paninis, salads, pastas and pizzas that you can take to-go or eat there. I decided to dine in. I got the large Greek salad and a cup of their chicken rice soup. WOW. The soup was phenomenal, probably the best chicken and rice soup I've ever had. And the salad was huge, fresh, and vibrant! The employees here are so kind and helpful, as well.If you ever want a panini, sandwich, pasta, salad, dessert, or any Italian dish really, Fausto's is your place to go!

Three of us popped in for lunch. We had the House Favorite Sandwich, the Margherita Panini, and the Veggie Panini. All 3 were excellent! Ingredients were fresh and delicious! The service was friendly and accommodating. It had been a few years since my last visit. There's a covered outdoor eating area and the inside has been redecorated. Really nice place for lunch!

Anyone remember and miss Fausto's when they were Italian-owned and actually served delicious food? That was about five owners ago.The menu is far from authentic tasting Italian, and the hefty prices are hard to justify. For example, they charge $8 for a loaf of semolina bread, which is simply absurd. The food is overpriced and not fresh. Ambience is basic wannabe Harlem avenue Italian style cafe. To add to the disappointment, I discovered that the place isn't even run by Italians, which might explain the lack of authenticity. The cashiers were rude, and the customer service was poor.If you're looking for genuine, fresh Italian flavors, I suggest exploring other options. This place is overpriced for nothing. Last time you guys ever rip me and family off.

Amazing authentic Italian food. I loved the lasagna, homemade meatballs and my gf ordered the chicken lemon which was out of this world! Great customer service and the owner Leo is great! We will be back!
