Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

After coming here for years and ordering the Impossible burger many times, there came a day (1/25/24) when we were given beef patties instead of the Impossible ones we ordered. We knew immediately by looking at the burgers that something wasn't right. The patties were shaped differently (not uniform like Impossible) and had a different smell to them. We are long time vegetarians and know the difference! My poor husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, about 20 minutes from our house. He first tried calling, but they would never answer the phone. Upon arriving back at the restaurant with the burgers, the cashier and cook insisted they were Impossible patties, AND refused to remake them or refund us! Whatever happened to the customer being right? Not to mention they were very rude about it! That's terrible customer service in my book! What a waste of $30! We will never be coming back here again!!!

Portions were huge, food was fresh and overall was a tasty dinner! We got the medium wings- they were juicy and flavorful.The large burger was good- it tasted fresh and it was HUGE. Although the onion rings were pretty bland. Wouldn't recommend those.Overall a good meal. Would rate it a 7/10

I swung in here to get a burger after picking up my dog from the groomer.It was the double king XXL , I got everything on it . It was pretty good.While the burger was cooking I went and gave my dog a quick walk around the lot.When stepping back in they were calling for Catherine after calling for Catherine twice the lady looks at me and says, can I help you? I said I'm here to pick up for Justin and she goes, that's who I just called it remind me of a couple shoes that did the same thing.

Fatburger is always bomb to me and this time was no exception. Turkey cheeseburger and fat fries did the trick for lunch!

Ordered and paid for a hotdog. I guess they are out of buns. Instead of telling us that, and asking if we'd like something else... they just brought out a dry hotdogs cut into tiny pieces on a dry child size bun. Um... really? Should've asked us.

The bathroom wasn't gross. That's all I can say. Wasn't busy, order was messed up. Food was good but took too long. When I was 16 I worked at a pizza place. I used to come in stoned all the time but I still could rock and roll, turn and burn, make the guests and management happy, and make cash. These people are having a hard time not falling asleep or drooling while staring into the abyss. Something about this place tells me that the non-existant management of this place is either sexually harassing underage they/themselves in the back, or doing big rails of low grade cocaine in the back. Or both. Either way it's the most exciting thing happening here.

I walked in, but I refused to order. Because I'm not paying almost 2 dollars for one small piece of chicken.My child's burger was okay.

It's just not that good anymore. The food is dry and the cost is outrageous... $40.00 for 2 people!! I could go eat at an actual restaurant for that cost. Sadly, this is probably my last visit to a Fatburger.

Definitely not holding up the to the standards of the original Fatburger but they are still worth the visit at least. I don't know when they added the Buffalo's Express but, in my opinion, they don't need it. The burgers are still on point and the handmade onion rings are still the best in the world but the customer service had tanked. No longer do they repeat your order from the order taker to the kitchen. The lemonade was nearly gone on my last visit and no signs of anyone attempting to refill it. As with most establishments these days, the employees seem to treat customers as a nuisance rather than customers who actually help pay their salaries. I don't understand how people can earn any money if no one actually patronages the restaurant but what do I know? Overall, we used to have 3 local Fatburger locations in Washington. One in Bellevue, one in Federal Way and the one in Issaquah. We now only have the Issaquah location and one way out in George that sucks by the way. For most people, traveling to Issaquah from anywhere is a treck and you'd think that the people running this location would recognize this but they don't. They just hate their jobs like everyone else so who know how long this location will be in business when you have to go way out of your way to visit and the service and value are iffy at best. I still like their food but if the place goes under, I would totally understand.

Burger and fries were good.Had a dead mouse on our outside table.Told an employee but they just laughed.
