I had never visited this restaurant before until I visited today with a co-worker for lunch. I am so glad that I did. It's a small tucked away place. The vegetables are phenomenal! They're so full of flavor. I HIGHLY recommend the collard greens and pinto beans. The service was wonderful. I KNOW I will be going back again.

Back for MORE! Soooo goood!! Remember, my mom told me about this place. So, we wanted to go back. This is such a great deal! Yummy food close by and on my way from the community pool.The parking lot is small.The restaurant is super clean!So excited!Supper is served!

The food was just alright. I ordered the Jerk Chicken with cabbage and rice and beans. It didn't have any flavor to me inky the sauce that I requested in the side. I will need to go back and try it a 2nd time. I am glad that I placed my order online.

I think this place has a lot of potential. I love the combination of Caribbean and Soul Food. There isn't much seating, so if you want to go with a group, I suggest making sure that you either drive one car (because there is not much parking) and get there once they open. I look forward to going back!

This place is LEGIT. You are missing out if you don't try this. Everything is seasoned like it should be. Jerk chicken is perfect, but the move is getting the red beans and rice with oxtail gravy on top. They may have one of the best Mac and cheese in Nashville. You can literally get a 2.5lb plate of food for $16. I wish I found this place sooner

I really like this food! It's not overwhelming and hits you in the face ... which you do needed times! But this was soft simple and quaint! The oxtail fell off the bone. The peas and rice were seasoned perfectly. Didn't make it to eating the fried okra lol. And the chocolate cake was just the perfect touched. Hadn't tried the rum cake yet. But I do want some more oxtail! Will be returning if I can make it due to the Limited hours!

The lady serving the food is a GEM, it felt like i was talking to my mother. Sweetest lady ever. The food? AMAZING. I had the oxtails, rice and mac n cheese. The sides are tasty and fresh! But the star was the oxtails. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND
