Fàme Caffe

Great little cafe in Phoenix area. It's an order at the counter and grab your table type of place. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Great breakfast items such as chorizo tacos, Benedict. Their Cobb salad is perfect.

Usually love Fàme, but this latest brunch was some of the worst service ever. The wait was very long, totally understandable - great food and it was a Saturday, but I was with my mother and best friend, both with disabilities. My best friend actually uses a cane and needs to sit, with back support. A table finally cleared when I was next to order - my mother and best friend went to sit down and was immediately told they needed to get up, despite needing to sit due to their disability. I went up to order and shared my feedback with the cashier who was very defensive and cut me off and told me she would get her manager. She informed the manager to come over then invited the next party behind me to order, with the intent to assign as many parties while I waited for the manager as possible. The manager then came over and I attempted to share my feedback with him, who was also extremely defensive and spoke over me to share their policy of seating and told me they could "pull up a stool" when I then shared that they needed back support. He then just and stared at me, realizing he had no rebuttal and didn't even apologize. He continued to stare in silence until I finally asked "can I order so they can sit down?" Once I ordered they then had to wait another 5 minutes to get assigned a table because the cashier who dismissed me, was rushing as many parties behind me as possible, despite knowing the situation. I wouldn't post a review, but with the managers lack of empathy and the cashiers relentlessness to make our experience even worse, I had to share. Shortly after we sat down, a similar experience happened to another guest in which the manager was even less empathetic and even more argumentative. I hope the owners review this and reconsider some of their staff and leadership team. My only regret was not getting the names of the individuals involved. Good was decent this go around though, so there's that! If you can overlook cruddy service and just want some good food, this is the spot for you!

Have been driving past this place a few times now, and finally got to try it out! First of all, the interior and ambiance is just wonderful! I felt transported to a serene and peaceful place. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a small chai iced tea. The chai was perhaps the most delicious chai I've ever had! So creamy and with subtle notes of spice and vanilla. Yum! The breakfast sandwich was good, don't get me wrong. But both items coming out to $19+ was a bit expensive.

This is a very well ran restaurant that knows how to deal with a high influx of guest at one time. The flow they got going on here is impressive. The food was really good and fair priced and came out pretty quick. The coffee was good was lacking flavor in my opinion. The employees were prob the down fall of this place not really personable, talked to you like they were trying to get rid of you very little patience. But overall super cute lil spot with good eats.

Great local restaurant for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The atmosphere is very inviting with the open eating area inside and nice patio seating outside. The staff is awesome with providing service with a smile and keeping the tables clear or plates and glasses.The food is so good, fresh, and prepared on ordered. Nothing sitting around under a light. So much to choose from off the menu. My favorite is the chicken pesto sandwich. The aperol Spritz is delicious too.

Modern eatery! Nice ambiance you can sit outside or inside. You basically seat yourself. Go up to the register to order.I especially liked that they support local with the waters and the hot sauce!! The bacon was very good quality and the greens was a good touch.Loved that the other plate was on tostadas

The ambience is great. This cute restaurant is in the heart of Central Phoenix and it has a nice laid back hipster feel to it. Food was made fresh to order. It was nice that there are dog bowls for your pups to have water in the outdoor seating area. As a unanimous decision of our party, we would have preferred the food to be more seasoned because everything taste rather bland.

I think this is the perfect breakfast spot considering the PERFECT weather Arizona has been having lately. This is an order at the counter place that offers indoor and outdoor seating. They had a nice crowd there on a Sunday afternoon but the line moved fast. I ordered the parisian omelet with an iced chai tea. The tea was super tasty, I drank it entirely too fast. The omelette was amazing, the spinach and mushrooms in it were fresh and flavorful and the hot sauce they had on the table made the perfect topping for it. Staff was really nice and I really enjoyed the whole ambiance of the place.

Cute little spot, came here Sunday for breakfast with a friend. There was no wait time to be seated. You order at the front, they assign you a table and then bring you your food. The food was good, I LOVE Chilaquiles so I was ready for this. I added chicken and kept my eggs sunny side up. Overall it was good, a bit spicy for my taste but overall ok. I did order the Caramelito coffee (2 actually!) it was very very good! Def a cute spot to try if you're in the area.

For me Fame meets most of my needs. It is across the street from me. It serves breakfast and lunch. I have a few favorites. Omelettes, pancakes and especially the grilled cheese with bacon with a side of tomato soup.
