The food here is amazing. Definitely made with love and care. I would give this place 10 stars if I couldThe ambience is quiet and cool on a hot Summer day. I had the MANSAF a delicious dish from JERUSALEM succulent lamb cooked with homemade yogurt on the low heat served on rice pilaf and almonds.I had a cup of the Greek chicken lemon soup. It was exactly how I like it. I also had the Gyros salad. There was a lot of Gyros meat on the salad. I was very happy please come and eat at probably really the best place in San Diego.

Great place for a dinner with friends! Friendly and welcoming staff, great food and atmosphere. We ordered lemon chicken soup, Greek salad and lamb entry. Everything was! Owner recommended a great red wine for my husband!We enjoyed gorgeous paintings on the wall! Highly recommended!

The food was tasty, the owner was even more entertaining - what a man of many lives, hobbies, and education. It was lunch time when we went and was empty, which was disappointing. The decor inside the shop was a little dated but loved the art that the owner painted himself. While nothing was truly wow, I am a huge critic of tabbouli and it passed my test. Would love to see this Authentic Lebanese restaurant get some more praise.

Food and venue are both very authentic. They don't have their buffet anymore due to Covid but I think it's made their food even better as everything is made fresh. We love the Massouka 10/1 which is ground beef and eggplant with cheese. It's amazing. Also the chicken tagine is delicious. The lemon chicken soup, cabbage with lemon and pita are my go-tos when I'm sick. The service is always fantastic. The owners are super friendly and his art is for sale on the walls. Highly recommend, beats out all other Mediterranean food places!

The best hole in the wall restaurant I've ever been to in my life. The owner is also an amazing artist and has incredible stories.

I have never had Lebanese cuisine before and wanted something fairly light and healthy after some weekend yoga so my friend and I decided to stop by here for a late lunch. It is tucked away in a small shopping plaza right behind the Sports Arena Shopping Center.We shared the grape stuffed leaves, chicken tagine, and moussaka. All of the dishes were hearty and delicious. If you're familiar with Mediterranean flavors then this shouldn't seem too unfamiliar.What is so special about this place is Al, the owner, is also the artist of all the art displayed here at the restaurant. It's not everyday you meet someone who is an artist, author, and a chef! He was extremely nice and friendly from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. It felt like I was talking to a family member.This restaurant has a lot of history and has been in the area for several decades. Unfortunately, due to COVID, they had to shut down half of the restaurant so now it is much smaller than it used to be. This mom and pop shop has an unique and warm ambiance. This would be the perfect place to have a lunch catch up with a friend or a casual intimate date.

Dining as an immersive art form. We enjoyed the congenial service, paintings and poetry on every place setting. The food was also superb.

My husband and I had dinner there a couple of weeks ago. It was wonderful to see all the art work on the wall and spoke with the owner while waiting for the food. The owner shared his amazing stories and his work. Food was so delicious and service was great. Can't wait to go back!

Great food family style is the best.service is incredible. So many servings of delicious and healthy dishes. Ambience is family style and culture with art and culture. Go there and support this great restaurant.
