We 2nd Felicia M review. $1100 for Luke warm lasagna. The service was not that great either but since 20% was automatically added to the bill already for gratuity, this could be the reason why service was lacking. Also, we were there from 5:30 to 9pm. We waited a very long time for anything to be served and didn't start our drink order until 6 pm. My family will not be back to this restaurant. The bread was hard to eat as well. Only positive thing was the gelato ice cream. Nothing special. I can make better homemade lasagna at home.

I recently attended Fabio on Fire for my daughter's high school graduation dinner with a party of 16 adults and 3 children. My husband booked the group reservation, which included a fixed $40 per person dinner menu. However, when our guests saw the fixed menu, we called the restaurant (twice) two weeks prior to confirm whether they could order from the regular menu instead. Over the phone, we were informed that additional food could be ordered but were never told it would be in addition to the fixed $40 menu.Upon arrival, our waitress clarified that each person would indeed be charged $40 plus any additional items ordered from the regular menu. This misunderstanding caused significant frustration among our guests who were unhappy with the limited fixed menu options and the unforeseen extra cost. Several guest in our party were charged $40 for the fixed menu(a 3 course meal that none of them ate any of the items) plus an additional dish. The service we received was mediocre. Throughout the evening, we frequently had to request refills for drinks, which should have been more attentively managed by the staff. Additionally, about half of our party ordered lasagna, which was served neither hot nor fresh; it was extremely soggy and disappointing.Overall, the total bill came to over $1,100, which felt exorbitant given the quality of the food and the lackluster service. This experience was a significant letdown on what was supposed to be a celebratory occasion. I cannot recommend Fabio on Fire based on this visit and suggest management improve their communication regarding menu policies and the attentiveness of their service.

Back in the day I had seen Fabio On Fire on check please Arizona on PBS and have since wanted to try it! A friend and I happened to be in the neighborhood so this was our chance! Got seated right away got there a little after opening so there was a decent amount of people but nothing crazy. We waited quite a while to have someone come over to our table.....there apparently was a conversation on who had our table (which is always pleasant to overhear within earshot ) so the server who I guess won the coin toss was friendly but very scattered in fact I don't know exactly what they did since someone else brought out our food and we had to wave him down for our check. FOOD California seared sea scallops were very good lightly breaded which was surprising but tasty none the less served on a tasty hummus. Bianca Parma pizza which was buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula and shaved Parmesan.....let's just say they don't skimp on ingredients it was piled with prosciutto and everything seemed very fresh a little difficult to eat with all of the toppings but it was good, I wasn't salivating but it was a solid pizza. I don't know what was going on with the service probably a one off, if I happened to be in the neighborhood I would probably go back but I'm not going to go out of my way.

I was looking for a nice place to have a glass of wine and a quality Italian meal. This little gem did not disappoint. I sat at the main bar and was served by Emma, who was absolutely delightful. I had the arancini, gnocchi with four cheese sauce, and pistachio gelato. Everything, including the Cabernet Sauvignon, was amazing. I would order it all again, except there are so many other things on the menu I want to try next time.

They make great food here. I had them cater for my high school graduation party a few years back. I like coming here, it's just far from where I live. When I do go, I am a huge fan of their short rib ravioli and CESCO salami piccante sandwich.

Decided to check this place out. I'm SO glad I made a reservation because it was poppin'! After getting seated, our waitress didn't come by for about 20 min. It was busy. The shrimp appetizer was delicious!!! Also my pasta with seafood was great, just know it has a little kick to it. My wife had the deep fried raviolis and she wanted more. The only thing I could say was the service was a little slow, only cause it was busy. Our waitress was great and very friendly.

Another great dinning experience at this little Italian gem. This place offers quality food at an affordable price. They've expanded since initially opening which helps with availability. During busy weekend hours, reservations may be needed.

Fabio on Fire - FABULOUS! FUN - great service. Truly a pleasure. We tried so many items on the menu, no bad choices. My only request for next time- salad dressing on the side. A little too heavy for me.
