Fabio On Fire-Panini & Gelateria

Very fresh and delicious foods. We all had a panini each, but the pizzas and gelatos both look really good.Very casual with counter service only and self seating. If you're looking for a casual, relaxed atmosphere with delicious made-to-order menu items, this is a great spot.

Such a yummy spot. Got some gelato. There's one that's with vanilla and chocolate chips in it but they sell out, quick. I got 2 flavors, sea salt and chocolate. They also have cake and it looks good. They also have sandwiches and it looks yummy.

Wowzers!!If you've not been to this sweet little off-shoot of Fabio on Fire, you are truly missing out!!The food is over the top fantastic! I had the Puglia w/prosciutto w/FRESH!! Bufala mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and arugula- absolutely divine- and HUGE!!If that's not enough, their Gelato is absolutely amazing!! I couldn't dr use between the cherry swirl and New York cheesecake, so there's only one thing to do- get BOTH!! They were both SO creamy and filled with authentic flavors- even the cherries were real. I can't say enough about Fabio On Fire Panini & Gelateria. Authentic and fresh ingredients. It's hard to find 'boutique' anything around Peoria & Surprise, but to have this quality of food and authentic Italian style... well, I found my favorite place - Fabio on Fire X 2!! I am a fan of locally owned and this one is a winner.

We love Fabio panini! Such good food and it's nice to just pop in to grab a sandwich or enjoy it there! I love that you can also get the bread if you're there early enough. Their prices can seem like a bit much but it's too good to truly matter!

First time in. It's been awhile since I've tasted something so authentic. I was sold after the first bite. Tried the Donna Di Cuori - could taste all of the flavors and I was happy there was more arugula than the meat. I'll be back to try other flavors of sandwiches and the gelato.

I love Fabio On Fire Pizzeria Italiana and was very excited Chef Fabio had opened a sister restaurant with a more casual ambiance. I wanted to introduce my work family to Chef Fabio's delicious creations. We were welcomed by the sweetest young lady. She explained the menu to us and the additional options for Chef Fabio's famous pizzas. My group ordered two pizzas, two paninis and a few gelatos. Everyone enjoyed their entrees & desserts. My Piccante Panini was absolutely delicious filled with thinly sliced spicy salami, bufola mozzarella, arugula, caramelized onions, parmigiana spread and extra virgin olive oil. The panini dough was light, chewy and had the perfect crispy outer shell. We appreciate Chef Fabio's hand crafted creations and will be back soon.

I've been here a few times and always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, there is a wide variety of gelato flavors and they're all good, and the sandwiches are authentic and delicious. In a neighborhood with a lot of chain restaurants, it's really nice to have something different!

Best paninis ever. Their portions are great and worth the price, and so flavorful and delicious. Also tried their gelato: salted caramel and lemon cake which was so smooth and creamy. Their diplomatico was one of the best I've ever had and the pastry was so light and flaky.

I love Fabio on Fire's other restaurant and have been looking forward to trying the panini's here. It's pricey for a sandwich but completely worth it. The deli meat and produce they use is quality and you can taste it. The bread is slightly crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy the inside. I had the Piccante and it was so good. The parmesan spread was amazing, i'd put it on everything. The caramelized onions were sweet and still earthy with a bite. Compared to other views my sandwich had plenty of Sopressata calabrese on it. I'm 5'8 - 200lbs slightly pudgy but with rugged good looks and half of the sandwich filled me up. I will be back!

This place has great food, service and most importantly Gelato! The Pistachio Gelato is amazing!!
