Nicely baked beef piroshky.
Get your pickled herring and fresh Russian bread, and you've got yourself a yummy beer snack!
Pickled herring I got here. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and add white onions, maybe some mayo. Goes well with simple boiled potatoes!
Golden brown...
Can't go wrong with pel'meni! Beef and Pork ones are my favorite!

This is a great little store that offers unique Eastern European and Russian fares. They have a good selection of kielbasa's and other meats not readily available in other groceries. They import rye dough from Germany that they bake in-house to sell as rye loaves. It's the only place I have found that sells what is known in SE Pennsylvania as "Jewish Rye." There is a wide assortment of unique pastas, canned fish, and frozen goods like pelmini. The couple who run the shop are really nice and this is a local business worth your support.

I love coming to this European deli store! It's small but has plenty of options for European foods. Everything is pretty fresh too. Prices for meats like salami and kielbasa are much better that what you'd get at an American store, plus the quality is better. If you like salmon roe, this is the place to get it for a good price. Always fresh produce and great selection. If you like Russian candies and chocolate, this is the place to get them! Also, soviet style champagne and liquor filled chocolate candies. If you like dark bread, you must take home a loaf of Russian bread, it's perfect with kolbasa! Maria and her husband, the owners, are so friendly and honest. Great hardworking people!

What a clean and organized little store! And there's reserved parking for customers just right in front! Not surprisingly they got "Excellent" as food safety rating. A great start as you enter the store. Then inside it's full of Eastern European goodies. A couple of our friend yelpers made very accurate descriptions of these. So just going to mention my favorites: cheese and potato & mushroom pelmenis, the so versatile roasted red pepper & egglplant spreads, Greek taramasalata, yummy ice cream and chocolate bars I grab for the road, smoked fish, pickled herring, fish roe....and there's still more for me to discover. Prices are reasonables. Love these kinds of shops where there's all kinds of specialty stuff to jazz up my meals. Thumbs up!

It's a nice small community Russian/Armenian store. The husband and wife are super nice and friendly. Check it out if you're in the area, walking distance from Aurora Transit Center.

I finally visited Euro Deli Lakomka near 200th and Aurora on 2/17/23. One of those hidden indie gems found along the vast stretch of Hwy 99. Again, notable were the well stocked shelves and wide variety of items to browse through. Very similar to the retail shop in North Seattle, but with a much larger deli selection and more interactive store owner/employee. This was yet again another kvass stop with a Milka white chocolate & strawberry bar and genuine Polish sausage purchases. The Homie visited on another occasion with his dad and tried kvass in cans and bought a ginormous freshly baked bread loaf. I know that eventually I'll be back to get some of the bags of frozen pelmeni and perogies.

A true gem! The bread was freshly baked and we ate almost all of it right away - couldn't help ourselves it was so good. Such a great collection of hard to find grains, pastas, chocolate, cheese, and meat. All of their prepared foods are incredible!
