The food is five stars every time! Whether you're sitting in or taking out it never misses. There is nothing better than this salad dressing! The gyro is consistently good as well. It's pretty no-frills on the inside and the parking lot barely fits three cars so be prepared to look on the street.

Been craving some greek food, so decided to check out this place in Brighton. When you first walk in, you can either order takeout or dine in. We decided to eat in.I ordered the Spinach Pie Dinner which came with two sides and a greek salad. The dressing on the salad is magical. I don't know what the secret ingredient is but it's soooooo good. They actually sell bottles of it behind the counter so I decided to buy one to bring home. I heard the lady at the table behind me say she wanted to buy a bottle too. It's that good. The spinach pie filling was good too, as was the rice and green beans. They also serve a bowl of warm pita bread before your meal. Tip: dip a little into your salad dressing...you'll thank me laterMy friend ordered the chicken gyro and she liked it too. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the overall vibes inside are good. They do have a private parking lot (shared with Dunkins) but it's super tiny and watching the cars come in and out of it was making me anxious. I suggest trying to find street parking. Will be back!

I love this hidden gem of a restaurant! If you're looking for an authentic Greek restaurant with reasonable pricing, come here!Food:We got the Lamb Shank dish and Moussaka. The lamb fell off the bone beautifully, very tender and not dry at all! The sauce paired perfectly with the lamb. We got it with lemony potatoes and rice and I loved how strong the lemon flavor was on the potatoes! This was my first time having Moussaka and I loved it! The layers of cream, cheese, potato, eggplant, tomato, and beef all blended together in a beautiful harmony. Ambiance:This is a very casual, local spot. You can tell the owners are invested in the community which is so great to see! Every time I drive by this place during dinner time they are packed!Price:Prices are not bad at all. Each plate is about $20 each but comes with the entree and two sides. The Moussaka was $13 and so worth.Overall would go again (and I've gone again after my first experience already!) and everyone should check it out!

I was excited to try a new Greek restaurant because even though I cook some of the food, there are not too many restaurants that I actually like but this one I liked. They had lots on the menu, but I wanted the chicken gyro. It comes with a side salad with is a plus cuz it has the best dressing I ever tasted. The chicken gyro was cooked well and very tasty. It wasn't dry like some places. My daughter ordered the spinach pie with green beans and rice as the sides. That was a tasty dish as well. The restaurant is small but very pleasant. Lovely pictures of Greece, really cozy and warm when you are there. I enjoyed it, especially being cold day. You can get some things to go like deserts, the salad dressing, which is a big plus! We bought one. I would definitely come back and try something else. So happy I came.

There are so many Mediterranean spots in the city that it's easy for them to blend together in my head, but Esperia Grill is a restaurant that stands out!I tried their chicken gyro on pita ($15.35) which came with a side of Greek salad. The gyro alone is slightly cheaper at $12.05. I highly recommend getting the Greek salad side because their salad dressing is herby, garlicky, and creamy! The gyro itself was super tasty. The chicken was flavorful and had a char to it without being dry. I loved how fluffy the pita was! The bread was chewy and soaked up all the juices from the chicken without falling apart. We also got their fries ($5.45) which had this crispy battered coating that added a lot of flavor.

The atmosphere is very authentic Greek. Nothing too fancy, great for families/groups/couples to come and enjoy a good meal. The food, however, is lightly Greek, think Greek-American food. Its great and I would love to comeback, but the authenticity of the food was not approved by the Greek-immigrants I brought here. We loved the service, atmosphere, and the food itself, it just was not very authentic. I suggest coming whenever in town. Parking is a nightmare, as its shared with the 3/4 spots Dunkin has. Highly suggest walking/Uber.

This is a cute, homey little grill with some pretty great tasting food. I ordered a chicken pita (and switched out the greek salad for some fries) which left me very full and satisfied. This isn't quite the best pita/gyro I've had before but it's still a pretty solid option. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making it a great spot to dine-in!

I really wish I could have given a better review. I placed a big order and was super excited to try this place out. On the first bite of baklava I got a 2 by 2 inch piece of plastic that I nearly choked on. I immediately called the restaurant to alert them of this and they seemed unfazed. I then asked for a refund for the 2 pieces I ordered since I didn't want to eat the second one after having plastic in the first and the guy on the phone was super short tempered, rude and snarky. After he abruptly put me on hold, he came back saying that the best thing he could do was refund me $6 and to either take it or leave it and then had me reread him my card number to charge me for the entire $115+ dinner again. Food was mediocre at best which I didn't mind, but the nasty attitude completely ruined any chance of me coming back.

I recently visted Boston and went to this establishment with my friend. For context, we are both gay men. We weren't particularly hungry, so we ordered the avgolemono and a beef kabob dinner to share. Before ordering, I informed the person taking my order that I have a severe shellfish allergy, so much so that I carry an epipen with me at all times. They assured me that what I was ordering had no shellfish, so I placed the order. When the food came, it looked great! the kabob was very tender and cooked to perfection. When I tried to take a sip of the soup, I realized that there was an entire shrimp floating in the middle. I have no idea how it got there, as the soup doesn't usually contain shrimp. Thankfully I hadn't eaten it, so I called someone over and explained the situation. Instead of replacing the soup or offering replacement meals, they, not so kindly, told me to leave the restaurant because I was "making too much of a commotion" and I was "disturbing other guests", none of which happened by any stretch of the imagination. I didn't feel like arguing with them, so me and my friend left. As we were leaving, we passed by the person who took our order. When we stepped out, they (not even that quietly) said "f***ing f*gs". I'm shaking as I write this review because I cannot believe that such blatant homophobia is still present in public. Yes, the food was good, but clearly there is a lack of manners, attention to detail, and common decency at this restaurant. Will not be going again.

I have loved this place since I moved to Brighton back in 2010! I especially love the village salad with chicken gyro meat added. Soups are great, lamb is great, rice is great....never had anything bad. I haven't lived in Brighton for years now but still get back whenever I can.
