Spicy Pechuga comes with rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas. The fresh jalapeños really make this dish.

Is the best shrimp soup in Houston really in Brookshire? Possibly!I also enjoyed their salsas served with chips but this is all I had. So for right now the solid four-star review.I'll be back for more

Had the best fajitas for 2 for a late lunch yesterday!! The salsa is spot on. Tortilla chips have a hint of lime which is always so good. Great service too. We travel cross country and always stop here when we come through. If you find yourself wanting Mexican on the west side of the Houston area, Ernesto's in Brookshire is amazing.

Nice authentic Mexican food. For starters the bowl of beans were really tasty! I ate them all! The "fajita plate" was incredible, the meats grilled and seasoned just right and really nice rice. The flour tortilla was handmade and had a great toasted finish. Don't forget the grilled onions....YUM!

The firiendly waitress had to confirm if I really wanted 2 orders just for myself. Little did I know that food.was served supersized!I ordered menudo. Their smallest size was huge. It came with the usual veggies, lime, etc on the side plus tortilla. Menudo was a masterpiece.Free appetizer included bean soup and torrilla chips with 2 types of dips.This is a small but terrible Mexican restaurant. It is testimony to great Mexican food taste only found great in TX.
