Located all the way up north in Everett, this place serves up some nice Filipino inspired dishes. There is a decent Filipino brunch spot in Downtown Seattle and all the way in Auburn, so to cover the north side, this place does it well. I went here with a friend for Friday brunch / lunch, and shared the ube pancakes with macadamia nut add-on, 808 mixed plate with beef BBQ ribs, and garlic noodles with garlic shrimp. I also got the coffee with ube sweet cream. The ube pancakes have great ube flavor and the sauce is not too sweet, which is my favorite level of sweetness. Despite a slightly watery texture of the sauce, the pancakes soak the sauce well and were not soggy afterwards. The garlic noodles were good with the shrimp which was quite fresh. The garlic flavor is more subtle compared to other garlic noodles I have had in Cajun seafood restaurants and modern Asian restaurants, but it was still fairly satisfying. I would rather do a more Filipino inspired dish if I visit again, like the sisig, instead of this one. The 808 plate has a little bit of everything to try, and is highly recommended if you just go solo, since the variety is there. They have lumpia, fried spam, and crispy shrimp along with choice of meat (which we got the beef BBQ ribs for $3 surcharge) and rice, salad, and mac salad. The lumpia and fried spam were a bit on the dry side, but the beef ribs were so tender and flavorful, almost fall off the bone texture. We paid a total of $62 approximately for 2 people, but the portions are huge so the amount of food is enough for 1 gigantic meal or 2 satisfying meals per person, so it is somewhat fair. For 2 people, 2 dishes is sufficient, but we just ordered more to try more stuff in general.

Probably my first foray into Filipino food, and it was definitely different in a good way! I got the Crispy Sizzling Sisig and it lived up to its name. Served in a sizzling pan, you can eat the meat immediately but be careful. The rice had nice seasoning & the soft-boiled egg was cooked perfectly. I'll be back to try something different soon!

This is my go-to spot for Filipino food. The customer service here is always great, everyone is super friendly! The shop is small and has a limited dining area, but I love how brightly lit everything is on a sunny day. The ambiance here is casual and seems to be very family-friendly. Crispy Sizzling Sisig - 8/10 It's not crispy despite its name, but still very good quality sisig. It's a large portion and can be shared, I honestly prefer the Sisig Bowl over this plate since it doesn't include the salad and Mac salad. I like the added freshness to balance the fattiness and grease of the sisig. Hurricane Chicken - 10/10Super crispy and fresh! I love the sauce that is drizzled over the chicken, it's creamy and tangy. Again, I love the salad and Mac salad that are included with this plate. Ube Latte - 10/10Best ube latte in the area! The ube cream isn't too sweet and super foamy in texture. The latte itself also isn't too strong (my preference). I'm pretty much a regular at this place, and have also tried other menu options. They have a variety of sweets that are to die for. I love the ube pancakes, halo halo, and pasalubong. I'm always looking to try something new whenever I come here. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

I've been to Enseamada twice for Halo Halo & Lumpia and have had family members bring ensaymadas to family gatherings. I've not yet tried any of the entrees. I'm not a fan of the ensaymadas, not because they're not good, but because it's not "my" type of dessert/snack. However, my Filipino-born family members quite enjoy them. The lumpia is good - a little salty on its own, but good. You get a decent serving size for $9. It pairs well with the dipping sauce. The Halo Halo options are fairly expansive and a great treat for a warm day. This isn't the shaved-ice version, but instead think a mashup up a blizzard meets bubble tea with soft-serve up-top. My favorite(s), to this point, are the Ube-centric options. I've tried Ube with and without Oreo + Mango. The Ube flavor is reminiscent of a slightly-sweeter taro bubble tea with tarp ice cream/soft serve up top. At some point I do plan on trying the plate-style Hawaiian/Filipino inspired dishes. To this point, I've enjoyed the Halo Halo as a sweet treat.

I really wanted to like this place... and reflecting on it I'm not sure if this would be a place I would automatically think of to go back if I was feeling Hawaiian or Filipino cuisine. Parking: Small shared parking lot with other retail Pet friendly: NoFamily friendly: YesFOOD:1. Crispy Sizzling Sisig (Crispy pork belly coated with our special sauce served on a sizzling plate topped with fried egg and 2 scoop of rice) $17.95: 3 Stars - Honestly I don't think I would order this again. The pork belly was definitely not crispy, the skin was more tough and super chewy that it got unpleasant to eat. Their special sauce was too sweet for me. I've had some amazing sisig (home cooked as well as at restaurant) and I was looking forward to this... 2. Hurricane Chicken (Boneless fried chicken drizzled with garlic sauce, mac salad, and 2 scoop of rice) $15.95: 4 Stars - I really enjoyed this and I actually had to swap my Sisig with this plate which my husband ordered. He hit it on the head when he said it looked and tasted like Honey walnut shrimp you get at a Chinese restaurant, which he's not a huge fan of but I am!! DRINKS: Ube Sweet Cream - Of the three things we ordered THIS WAS THE BEST THING. I like ube but never got on the "I love all things ube" train but the drink looked so pretty I had to try it even if its was 5pm in the afternoon. The sweet cream was so thick like it was pretty hard for any of it to come out of the small whole in the lid. When you say you're giving me cream, give me some damn cream and they did!! The ube flavor went so well with the coffee and its not something I normally would have tried cause again (ube everything??). MENU/RESTAURANT: I really like the menu being limited as it means one there isn't a lot of time needed to decide. So you don't have to stand behind someone in line that is taking forever to decide. I've been craving Filipino food for so long (like for 6 years since we've moved up here) that I had such high hopes. This place is obviously popular due to the high ratings on this and other platform and there was a constant decent size line the whole time we were there. If you didn't tell me they served Filipino food, I would have thought this was strictly a Hawaiian restaurant. The moment you walk through the door, the music, vibe, and décor was VERY Hawaiian. Small restaurant, clean, and bright. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was if there is a line, you would be in the way of the tables but that's something almost all small restaurants deal with. SERVICE:Limited interaction with the staff as this was a walk up and order and take a seat place. The most talking you have is with the person when you place the order. That being said, everyone was nice .

I was around the area and have discovered this place through Yelp. I have seen posts on IG but haven't gotten a chance to try them til now. As I entered the restaurant, I was welcomed with some nice Hawaiian music around the background. The menu was nicely displayed above the counter. As I was scanning the menu, I knew exactly what to order. The owner was very nice and took our order. I decided to try the ube sweet cream iced coffee and the crispy sizzling sisig. My partner got the white mocha macnut iced coffee and one of their specials, hurricane chicken plate. The coffees were good but just a tad sweet to my liking. Wish the coffee was a bit stronger. Here are my thoughts of each dish:Crispy sizzling sisig: I love sisig especially when the pork belly skin is crispy and marinated well. The dish was tasty especially when a fried egg was added on top of the meats. I really like the generous portion size of meats. Although, it was a bit heavy for me, I couldn't finish the dish so had to bring it back home. This dish would've been a good alternative to share instead. Hurricane chicken: This dish was very good! It came with a few pieces of karaage smothered with a creamy sauce. The dish came with two scoops of rice, mac salad and a side salad. I thought this dish was my favorite. The chicken was crispy and had a nice balance of a lunch plate. I will definitely order this again.Overall, a solid Filipino brunch place outside of North Seattle. I will have to come back to try their ube pancakes next time when I'm up north!

This must get on your list!Come with only these expectations: super tasty food, and a lot of it! Also, save room for dessert. You will REALLY need to (and want to) make room for the dessert.Decor was simple but very clean. It was crowded with diners as well as folks collecting takeouts. Self-serve utensils and water with cups nearby. The 808 plate was a huge plate of delicious variety! Every item had its own deliciousness. The salad dressing was so good with the lettuce. The chicken, the pork rib, the beef rib... don't take my word for it. Also had lumpia, fried shrimp, a slice of spam, rice, and a creamy macaroni side. A feast on a plate! The Sisig was a plate of deep fried pork belly with rice and a fried egg. Although not crispy, the popcorn sized pieces were super tasty and we enjoyed the savory chewiness. The garlic noodles with shrimp was well flavored and tasty to the last bite. The Halo Halo ube dessert was a generous large cup of ube frosty, ube soft serve on top, boba and jelly at the bottom, topped with a piece of flan de leche. We totally enjoyed our meal and it made it into our absolutely come again list!

Would rate it 6 stars if I could!I've been hearing about this place a lot from my Filipino friends and I finally decided to go up to Everett with a couple of my friends! Let's just say this place was worth the hype. The ambiance gave me the vibe of a bakery/coffee shop, filled with pastries and greenery. The owner himself greeted us when we walked in and he was very kind to us!I got the Sisig Bowl while my friends got the Ube Pancakes, Ube Halo Halo, and Chicken Adobo. The portions were VERY generous, I would highly advise you to come here on an empty stomach because you will have a difficult time finishing the whole thing. I did not have a hard time because the food was truly delicious, the pork on my Sisig Bowl was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The glaze and sauce added to the bowl made it taste much better.Would I come back here? Yes, ASAP!

I've been here 3 times and it never disappoints. Great good, service is fast and clean place. There can be a line but usually enough seating for everyone. I got the Inihaw Plate and it was a great portion size. Desserts are delicious as usual, halo halo being a popular option. They also have boxed desserts such as ube tiramisu/cheesecake and mango flavors. There are also pastry buns you can buy. The 808 mixed plate is a popular choice, and you can get mixed meats! Would definitely revisit again and again.

My favorite go to Filipino restaurant outside of seattle. Would highly recommend the mix plate because it has a little bit of everything, although the bbq rib was a bit tough. The garlic noodle with shrimp is packed with flavor but can be heavy. The crispy sisig is dry and not crispy. You can't go wrong with any of their drinks and desserts, ube pancakes were not too sweet and halo halos always have a nice surprise in every bite.Staff is friendly and helpful. The place gets pretty crowded during lunch hours. There are cute small decors that add to the simplicity of this nice Filipino restaurant, the ukuleles are toned if you want to play them while waiting!
